IF I could give no stars I would. They didn't show up for my appointment and said a truck broke down. I rescheduled for Tuesday they say it was done for Wed and then called wanting to move that appointment out because they overbooked on top of someone else. I have used Steve and the guys at InSite OilChange for several years on my Ford Mustang, BMW 328i, and Jeep Wrangler. I would say at this point I have utilized their services at least 15 times. For the busy person who often does not have time to drop off a vehicle or wait around for an oil change to get done, InSite is a great alternative. They come to you, are better trained to take care of your vehicle, will do a better job than the "quick service" lube places, and are friendly, accommodating and flexible. They have always arrived on time to perform my oil changes and top off other fluids, and have done so at both my office and my home. Rico is a fantastic representative for his company, and I had several of my neighbors get oil changes right after me! I absolutely have to say that this is the most amazing tremendous terrific thing ever. Anytime I want to get an oil change it's always a hassle I have to drive my car to the shop and then spend time waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and it's always a major problem and a major time suck.So after years and years of taking my car in to get oil changes I thought wait a minute if I can get Chinese food delivered why can I get an oil change delivered? So I did a little research and I found out that you can actually have somebody come to your home and maintenance your car do an oil change refill all of the fluids check all of your gauges and filters and everything while you're sitting in your living room watching TV. How awesome is this?. So I literally never have to hardly ever go into the shop again because they'll come to me in my spare time!!!! What's even better is I called Steve who is the owner and everything went so smooth it was unbelievable. Steve arrived on time was very pleasant and professional and proceeded to do all of the maintenance and oil change and checking on my car and completed everything in about an hour. And I have to say the price was even a little better than I got at my service station. We needed an oil change before a road trip to oregon and our usual mechanic was booked out a week so tried these guys rather than go to drive-thru places who always focus on constant upselling. InSite arrived on time, did the work in the time they said, no up-selling and no mess on the driveway. We put about 3k on the car over the next few weeks, including driving thru california in middle of summer. Car performed perfectly, temp didn't budge an inch. Maybe it would have done that anyway, maybe not. But the slightly higher cost was well worth the convenience of avoiding the drivethrus - sitting in a cramped waiting room for 60mins watching fox and friends and drinking bad coffee before getting upsold by an overworked trainee mechanic reading a script. Great thing it did too! I emailed them via their website Tuesday morning, Steve called me within the hour, and I had an appointment for later that day. They were punctual (30 minute window), courteous, and extremely convenient. Unfortunately, I had a meeting I had to go to so I couldn't stay and talk, but the service was excellent, I spent 0 time waiting, and I felt very happy and satisfied with the short time I did talk with the gentleman servicing my vehicle. I was emailed a description of the fluids checked (and of course I verified, since it was my first time with them), tire pressure checked, and any other recommendations, as well as a copy of my receipt. These guys are great! Quick and efficient. They were on time and very accommodating to my work schedule. They took 30 minutes flat to complete everything. They didn't try to get me to buy a million things that I "needed" like every other time I've got my oil changed at other places. The only thing I need was an air filter which was very reasonably priced, and Steve let me know how long the air filter would last before I needed a new one. I've known about On-Site Oil Change for six months, and was impressed with the concept that they would come to my location, do my oil change at my home, and save me the time and hassle of getting it done at a dealer or oil specialty chain. So during the week of Father's Day, I called and scheduled an appointment for two days out. I spoke to the owner, Steve, and we set a time 9am Thursday at my address. Sure enough, 10 minutes prior, they called that they were enroute, giving me headsup. I greeted Steve and his auto technician, and they went about prepping the area with mats and tools to change my oil. I went back inside to make calls. About 20 minutes later, they knocked on my door, the job was completed. They changed my oil with 5/30 wt synthetic blend, refilled my windshield washer and brake fluid tanks. They're very dedicated, thorough and clean! Steve put a new sticker inside my windshield, with the mileage point of the oil change, and their phone number to call again when ready. It was easy-peasy, no mess, no fuss, and I saved time, The charge was fair & affordable at going market rate for an oil change today, and I felt good about supporting a Local Business.
