Charles and Alex were very kind and helpful! They got me in quickly after working all day so that was nice. Quick quality service! I'll be back, thank you!! read more

I had an issue on my Tahoe and coolant was leaking and the water pump failed and I'm really Glad that I was able to take it to this Jiffy Lube for help. The team inspected the vehicle and found the issue right away and gave me a clear estimate for the work and after it was finished the next day the pricing was right in the range that they had provided me before. The service was great and the team did a great job on my vehicle, thank you! read more

I called the day before to see how long it usually takes for them if I came in right at opening, the man I spoke with in the phone informed he couldn't be too sure because it depended on if his workers showed up on time. I thought that was interesting but he was honest and helpful so I showed up the next day. Pulled up 2 workers sitting right there, I waited for 5 minutes there was no line and no one even acknowledged me. So I left! read more

Wow! Engine light came on and my SUV needed coolant. Went to Jiffy Lube to see if they could assist. Chris was amazing! He checked by engine light, popped the hood and helped me add the coolant. No waiting and super friendly! Highly recommend! Thanks Chris! You were a lifesaver! read more

Got an oil change from this location and about two months later, my car broke down while driving. Took it to the dealership and they informed me that whoever changed my oil last had not closed oil filter properly, so oil had been leaking constantly. Ended up having to get an oil change at the dealership. I can understand mistakes but was not fun having to idle my car home after it sputtered out on the side of the road! read more

I just want to give a special thank you so much to Chris who is the manager who worked extra hard by helping me with my battery issue and Armando helping me and the staff at jiffy line Chris personally took his time to help me and get my battery situtation fixed and it was a big mess . I will forever appreciate this day and will always come back to this jiffy line cause it is by far the best with service and customer service or anyone even caring so thank you Chris for making my day . read more

First time going to any Jiffy Lube for oil change. Went to this one right after lunch break on a Monday. Chris the manager greeted me and took care of my car's oil change, filter change and tire rotation. They were quick and efficient and polite. They honored my mobile coupons on the phone. Highly recommend. read more

I just had my oil changed here. Andy the manager was the nicest manager I've ever dealt with at any Jiffy Lube. They were fast and let me know things that were wrong with my truck. I'll only go there from now on. read more

Great service, kind workers, was in and out under an hour. only con is the AC is broken in the waiting room, too hot for that in this AZ weather! feel bad for the guys working. read more

I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me. A lot if people in this type of business see a woman and try to take advantage, but that wasn't the case here. They talked to me respectfully. However, the waiting room is dirty and leaves a lot to be desired. Likewise, there was nothing Jiffy about the experience. I was there over an hour and a half (but was told that it would be 40 minutes before they could look at my car when I arrived.) I'm also not sure that they even looked at my filters. They didn't show it to me. read more

I came in today for my oil change and I was luckily the only one here so it was super speedy! They don't try to upsell me here which I really appreciate, all the workers are professional. They also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed the inside of the car which was an added bonus! read more

please please please do not allow your young employees to wear a Make America Great Again hat. There is no reason to make a political statement to those just trying to get their car services. the manager was there and appeared to have no problem with this attire. read more

Came in today in need of an oil change - someone did recommend this specific location to me actually! Stephanie helped me from the moment I got there & when I came back to pick up my car. I sometimes struggle taking my car into places alone due to unfriendly behavior from staff but Stephanie was incredibly nice & welcoming. You could tell they were busy but made sure not to display any type of frustration towards me or other people waiting. She was also incredibly informative & helped suggest what needed to be done to my car to make sure it's in good shape. We need more people like her in this industry! I will absolutely be back :) read more

Came in for a Routine oil change and fluid top off. I Was helped by Noah J. Kid was great, really Knowledgeable about cars and really easy to talk to. Plus I love his tattoo !! Definitely gonna come back in for my breaks with him in a few weeks. read more

Drove right up and greeted by friendly employees to help get my oil changed. I watched through the glass as they did full service check on my car from the brake lights to vacuum the mats. I watched as they refilled my fluids and refilled my cabinet filter. After they completed initial inspection on my car, someone car into the waiting area to explain the recommended services needed and explain next time I will need oil change. I really appreciate the professional and quick service. The waiting area has tv to keep you entertained, magazines if you prefer to read and water/coffee. I actually enjoyed being able to look through the glass window to see what was going on with my car. I am girl that likes to see your actually taking out the old and putting in the new. Note: Mid morning is best time to visit this location as I was able to drive right up and get immediate service by 3 employees. I will return in future on Thursday morning to get old change! read more

This location is poorly managed and the staff has a bad attitude, particularly Logan. He clearly does not enjoy working at JiffyLube and appears to not care about his job or how he makes customers feel. The manager on duty failed to address the issue and rather than apologizing and admitting that Logan's behavior was unacceptable, denied me service and asked me to leave. He clearly is not suited to be a manager and it was very clear that he could care less about losing business by denying a customer service based on a poor action that one of his employees is responsible for. read more

Came in for a second time - Collin and the staff were all great. All were very professional and helpful, especially Collin . Would highly recommend this location based on fast service, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. read more

We drove all over calling a bunch of places looking for anyone available for an oil change, and last min pulled into here. In no time flat they were getting ready to assist us. Logan was amazing, he came right up to us and started getting the car looked at. He was super fast and efficient, I was amazed by his customer service. Also the coffee was pretty good too, which was really surprising for an auto shop, at least I think so! Will definitely be coming back!! read more

Jiffy Lube - "waiting area" - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I went to Jiffy Lube Store #1860 today to get my oil changed, Colin (the assistant manager there) was extremely helpful and affordable! Great Service :) read more

Jiffy Lube - Wait here. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I'm a review gal. I tend to only go places with 4+ star reviews, but I found myself in a bind when I was getting to my 7,500 mile Kia check up (in order to keep my warranty active), and every other auto shop was booked up. I came here last minute for an oil and filter change, fuel additive, tire rotation, and an inspection of air filter and hsg belt. Not only was the staff able to do this within 30 minutes, they made sure to add a note about checking the hsg belt since it is not on their standard check off list. Overall extremely satisfied with our service! read more

I (a male) had been sitting there waiting to get assisted when a female pulled up next to me. A short, rounder worker assisted her prior to assisting me when I had been there longer. Jiffy Lube won't be getting any more of my money. read more

I want expecting the service I received today honestly. I came here because I live a block away and I'm lazy. Glad I made this choice. Rich helped me out and answered any question I had. You can tell he knows what he's doing and really cares about it. Made it easy to donate to MDA through Jiffy Lube because you can tell it's important to them. Doesn't press any other services on you but I added two more services because they were needed. Jiffy Lube just needs to update what they show on TV. Donny want to listen to people on talk shows talk about how rich the Kardashians are. Everyone at this location were great. Will be back for sure. read more

Well, I have to apologize to this establishment. I posted this review about a month ago, and, since that time, I had my car back to my own mechanic, who, indeed, confirmed that they mistakenly forgot to change my brake fluid when they replaced my brakes. Boy, was I ever wrong about just assuming that I was being given wrong info by this mechanic!! Sorry, Jiffy!!! Nothing "Jiffy" about this location. And, they had all sorts of recommendations for us to spend more money with them, for things that just weren't necessary. For instance, they told us the brake fluid was contaminated and needed to be flushed and replaced, however, that was actually done about 2 months ago when we got new brakes from Welhelm in Cave Creek, so we knew that was an outright lie! Not going back to this location again!! read more

I had a truly WONDERFUL experience here. I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Austin - Austin not only helped with my car and questions, but he showed me how to check my fluids and make sure I felt safe before a long drive. Austin, thank you. Feeling taken care of with your car is an extra special addition to the day and appreciate it!! read more

Got my oil changed on a Sunday on my way out of town. Josh was friendly efficient and informative about my oil change options and the additional needs / concerns with my vehicle. Thank you Colin for helping me prove my dad wrong! Did I have to listen to him ramble for 30 minutes about cars afterwards like I wasn't the one that was right? Yes I did, but it was okay, because I was right. Super fast service and wicked taste in tattoos. read more

I came in this morning to no wait...yay! (It was 45 minutes the afternoon before). I was promptly greeted and escorted to the waiting room. A few minutes later I was told that I didn't actually need an oil change and was good for another 2000 miles. Even though my oil change message was displayed in my car, the manufacturer has it set to a specific number of miles not necessarily when I need one. They topped off my fluid and sent me in my way in 10 minutes (maybe even less). These guys could have done the oil change anyway and I'd never have know. I appreciated their honest and that will bring me back as a customer! Thanks! read more

Very over priced. I was told an oil change is close to 90 dollars. I was offered a 15 dollar coupon which ended up being 88 dollars after it was done. Would never pay that again. read more

I was a customer here for over ten years, and the management used to be the best in Scottsdale. The manager I had this time was extremely confrontational and rude. He did his job, but was not professional. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this location and do not recommend. read more

Incredibly rude on the phone. Refuse to make appointments, so I called to ask a question about how busy they were before I drove down and the man who answered just kept saying "I have no idea" in a rude and dismissive manner. Figure out customer service. There is no excuse for acting this way in a customer service role. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Angel was super helpful and thorough when explaining everything with my vehicle. It was fairly affordable and the service was super quick and easy. The staff here is super nice and accommodating! read more

I called up this Jiffy Lube and asked them the price of a conventional oil change. The man on the phone (I believe his name was Thomas) quoted me $55! I said, "Wow, that's expensive" and he said "Sorry, I don't make the prices." Like I realize these people probably don't like their job but can we get a little more professionalism? read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I went in to get my oil changed and they didn't add oil. I left the shop and my oil light came on. I had to go to on a work trip so I didn't get it checked out till I came back a few weeks later and turned on my car and it started to make a funny noise so took it to another mechanic who said there was barely any oil in the vehicle. So I took it back to jiffy lube and the manager said it was my fault and that he wouldn't refund my money. I also called corporate and they were extremely rude and sarcastic and wouldn't refund me. They are extremely unprofessional and I won't ever go to another jiffy lube again. read more

You can't beat the service at this JIFFY LUBE. Techs were very personable and professional. Explaining each step in the process.. got me in and out in lightening speed! Bravo great job!! read more

I have gotten my last three oil changes here and this is an awesome place to do so! It's quick, efficient and the people are friendly. So you leave with a fresh oil change and clean car read more

Do NOT use this place to have an oil change or anything else!!! It is bait and switch,,,They pretend to tell you it is a certain price and when your'e done its 2 X the price and they ignore coupons and internet ads. BEWARE!! read more

Stopped by on my way to the Yelp Adopt-A-Family UYE at Metro Brasserie to pick up an oil change gift card, and I was there for half an hour. Worst service ever. If I hadn't waited until the last minute and wasn't just down the street from Metro Brasserie, I would've walked out. But I did, and I was, so I couldn't. So despite all my rage, I was - come on, you know the line - trapped like a rat in a cage. What - too 90s for you? Come on, Pumpkins rocked, admit it. Anyway, so first I stood there in the waiting room, me and the other three people waiting for their cars. There was nobody behind the register. I asked them, "Is there somebody working?" "Define working," one of them said. The others laughed. When the clerk finally showed up ten minutes later, he came in and started messing with the register, which I was standing in front of. "Hello," I said. "Wait," he said. I told him I just wanted a gift card. He nodded. One of the mechanics came in. Somebody's car was done. He called the guy, the guy came over. Here's their exchange: clerk: Your car's ready. customer: Did you rotate the tires? clerk: Yes. I mean no. (looks at paperwork) I don't know. (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back in). No. Do you want them rotated? customer: Yes. clerk: (sighs, waves customer away like he's swatting a fly) customer: I'll go ahead and pay for it, you know, since I'm standing here. clerk: oh, uh, I don't know if I can... (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back inside) Okay. customer: They're pulling my car out. clerk: What? customer: They're pulling my car out. I don't think they're not going to rotate the tires. clerk: do you still want the tires rotated? customer: No. clerk: (rings him up for oil change, no tire rotation) My turn. me: "I'd like a gift card." clerk: "How much?" me: (tell him amount) clerk: (stares at register for 5 minutes, every once in a while glancing over at piece of paper taped to wall) me: Everything okay? clerk: (goes outside, talks to mechanic, comes back inside with mechanic. Together they stare at register for another 5 minutes, then mechanic goes back outside, talks to another mechanic, comes back inside) mechanic: You want a gift card? me: Yes. mechanic: How much? me: (tell him amount) mechanic: (goes back outside, talks to another mechanic, comes back inside, stares at register, reads piece of paper, re-reads piece of paper, stares at register...) Finally they figure it out - he's got to swipe the gift card. Of course his hands are covered with grease. He hands me the card, covered in grease. Nice. Don't worry, Gabs - I cleaned it up pretty good before handing it over ;) Man, am I glad I didn't take my car here. read more
