Been taking my cars to this Discount for many years. A few months back I got a flat so I took it in and realized I needed new tires, so they got them ordered and I left my car there for a few hours while they got shipped in. Picked up my car, they had it parked out in the back of the parking lot, I walked around it didn't notice damage. The next morning, when I was washing my car, I realized they had completely destroyed my side skirt: since it's near the ground and I have a low car it wasn't visible in the parking lot unless I got down on the ground level. Then, on top of that, I found chips on THREE of my brake calipers, on the tops. My calipers were only painted a few months before and this Discount Tire is the only place that has touched my wheels since, it's almost impressive that they managed to cause so much damage in one day. The side skirt looks like they tried to jack my car up from the body panel. Did they have the new guy work on my car? I will say, the store's assistant manager was very apologetic and submitted a claim, but their insurance denied the claim because the damage "didn't look fresh". Unfortunately I have no video evidence (dashcam didn't get anything, plus it wouldn't really show much from the inside of the car). So now I'm out several thousand dollars (repainting 3 calipers, new side skirt + painting, new PPF on the side skirt). Will never go to a Discount Tire again! If you have a nice car avoid at all cost! They are convenient but they will damage your car and not say a word to you about it: they 100% knew they messed up the jack, and I'm sure they noticed hitting the calipers and went "oops" then carried on with their day. To the discount rep who replies to negative comments, don't bother asking me to contact you. This store has all my contact information, the ball is in your court. read more

My brand new BMW M3 which I have only owned for 1 month suddenly got a severe flat tire that I thought for sure it could not be repaired given the way my tire looked. It was so bad that I had to get a tow truck to tow it all the way to discount tire to have it evaluated. I was absolutely impressed and amazed with the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work/service at this location. Isaac and Lucas both assisted me and helped quickly diagnose the issue and said that my tire was patchable which ended up being free for me! Normally to replace these performance tires would cost about $500 per tire, and I am so grateful to discount tire for helping save the day. They even showed me the giant nail that they pulled out of my tire which was no problem for them to fix. I have been a Discount Tire Customer for literally decades, going back to around 1990. At that time I worked with a fellow whose wife was an executive with Discount Tire. He introduced me to Discount Tire and since that time I have purchased almost all of my tires from Discount Tire or an affiliate. The service at the stores was always good, I have no complaints about that. One feature that I did like was the advertising, I was regularly informed about sales, usually $80 to $100 dollars off a set of 4 tires. A couple of weeks ago one of my tires became damaged and I used that event to decide to replace all four of my tires. I searched my e-mail but I didn't find a current discount offer. So I called Discount Tire's tollfree number to arrange a replacement. In the process of agreeing to buy new tires I asked Discount Tire's representative about this regularly advertised discount. I was told that there were not any current offers. So I explained to the representative that I didn't need to replace my tires immediately and that I would wait for the next discount offer. In response I was informed that if a new lower price offer came out within a limited time (I think that thirty days was mentioned) that I could call Discount Tire back and that the price would be adjusted. So I went ahead with the purchase. The tires were purchased and delivered/installed that same day. I was happy with the service and the new tires. Then, the day after I took delivery, I received an e-mail about a discounted offer, below what I paid. So later that week I called Discount Tire and asked for a price adjustment. I was told that I was not eligible for a price adjustment because I had not used a Discount Tire Credit Card. I have never had a Discount Tire Credit Card and I had always been given the discount in the past, a large part of the reason that I kept coming back. I explained this to the representative and explained further that the previous representative, who processed the sale, never told me that I needed a Discount Tire credit card to get this discount when I was buying the tires. That representative on this purchase had accepted my non Discount Tire credit card over the phone and it was done. No mention of needing a Discount Tire Credit Card for a discount. This representative, to whom I was expressing my dis-satisfaction, basically seemed to me, to have "too bad, so sad" attitude and did nothing for me. I reported this on Discount Tire's request for a review, that I was unhappy. More than a week later Discount Tire has not responded to my complaint. So my conclusion from this is that Discount Tire doesn't care. They got their money, this time! But never again from me! read more

I have been using this location for over a year now, and they are always very helpful. They are responsive, friendly, and reliable. I just had one of my tires replaced. It took a while longer than usual, but I trust them to do a good job. They provide a good value, because they will air up or patch tires at no charge for customers or charge a prorated amount to replace a tire if it can't be patched. I'm grateful that they honored the warranty but immediately after our advisor looked at the car he tried to bait us into getting unnecessary extras. First, he claimed we needed 4 new tires after only a couple years of light use. After we declined he quickly changed his approach and tried to get us to purchase windshield wipers. He tried to charge us $30 for wipers and after calling him out on the price and pulling up a pair of blades on Amazon for half the price he agreed to replace for $16. I came in last Saturday to get a tire patched that had been going flat and a young man took the time to check and assess all my tires. He expressed great worry about how bad my tires had actually been and urged me not to drive on them anymore, even to call a tow truck if i wasn't able to buy new tires. My tires had actually been worn down so much to the point where the wire framing was showing. I didn't have the funds to purchase tires that day but he was adamant about asking if he could bring his managers over to speak to me and see what they could do for me price wise. Even though I didn't buy tires that day I was really grateful he took the time to warn me about how bad they really were and was willing to go above and beyond to help me. I have been purchasing tires for 30+ years for myself and my company and always been great working within Michigan market. I moved out to scottsdale and my wife had ran over 3 small screws on a brand new lincoln truck, so i took off the tire and dropped it off at this location to get repaired. After several hours, I have not heard from anyone, so i drove to the store and they told me that they would not fix the tire due to 3 screws,and you need to purchase a new tire for about $300 . I had to have her truck that night and i took upon myself to fix the tire, so I had to go to auto part store, buy a valve stem, that they removed, and a repair kit. I noticed that there was only 1 screw that penetrated through, i fixed it and the tire was perfect. I had such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never go to Discount Tire again, I think that your company is just about up selling and not taking the time to help people like me that remembers when Discount use to care. This shop, this location, I've been visiting for 22 years or something like that? I used to know all the kids in the bay or whatever you call it. That isn't the case anymore but they're still an awesome place. This last time I ordered and scheduled online because the line gets frigging crazy. The wait gets crazy and I knew this. I scheduled the earliest time that worked for me with the plan of leaving the car until they were done and go pick it up. I wouldn't wait at this place anymore, even with an appointment. It just gets so busy. My tires were really bad like, metal out and showing bad. I called them up to see if they could get me in a few days earlier. They also didn't have those tires in stock and that was the cause for the appointment being so long out. I paid an extra few bucks for the upgrade which they did have in stock. He told me they might be able to if I got it there early enough. They were totally able to get to it that day and I am so grateful they were, it wasn't ready until toward the end of the day but on my end it was days early and it was all set. The insurance offered on their tires are totally worth it, if you can spend it. Using them for all your tire needs will help using the benefits of buying their coverage. Anyway, I love discount. I only otherwise use my mechanic if I happen to need them there but I'm sure even he would suggest I take them to discount because their services really are the best. In my opinion. read more

After using this location for 30 years of service, today I was completely ignored. I I got here at 9:00 and watched everyone that came in after me also drive away. I just need two tires and I'm writing this review at 1:35 with my truck still sitting in the parking lot and four others sitting in the lobby. When last I asked I was told there are 10 cars ahead of mine. I asked for updates and received none. What a time suck - take all day off to get a flat tire and it's pair replaced. As I wrapped up this review I get notification my truck is ready to pick up but I can see it's still being worked on in the bay. Ten minutes later they drive it to the door and hand me the keys when I notice the put the new tires on the wrong end. I have to point this out to Ian, the service rep and he is embarrassed to admit the error and says five more minutes. Fifteen minutes later the truck rolls out again and I see they rotated the driver side but NOT the passenger side. Ian says another five and it takes fifteen. I got out of there at 2:30. They should provide a Discount on my Tires after a + five hour wait. read more

First I want to say Connor was great this review isn't his fault. However, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I brought in a new accord with perfect rims, never been worked on or scratched, and left with scratches on literally every rim. I do not know how they managed to mess up so badly. There's scratches around the lugs on every rim as well as scratches along the edge of each rim. Upon confronting them I was very disappointed with Brent's response (the manager) who down played the whole situation and was frustrated I was asking for this to be resolved. Thankfully Connor is a very honest employee who vouched for the rims being perfect before they were brought in. You guys need to move him up and seriously reconsider the rest of your management structure. Do not take your car here if you care about getting it back in the same condition, because you won't. read more

Awesome I had an appointment, in and out in 36 minutes 4 tires. I purchased the specific tires on Discount website and they were delivered to the installation location. Great price on tires too. Key item to know is to make sure when setting up an appointment that the tires are in stock/shipped to the location from the warehouse. If they do not have stock they will need to be shipped in from the warehouse about 2 hour delay. I see a lot of negative reviews because the customer did not pre-plan to make sure that the store has tires in stock. It is impossible to stock every tire size and brand. read more
