This is hands-down my favorite mechanic and oil service shop in the Valley. Being locally owned and operated is just the beginning. Every single person who works here is top notch. They're honest, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and they never try to upsell you or take advantage of you. They tell you exactly what your car needs, nothing more, nothing less and they get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. I've recommended Lightning Lube to just about everyone I know on the East Side because they've earned my trust time and time again. If I could give them 100 out of 10 stars, I absolutely would. Got my air/ cabin filters along with transmission oil change. The mechanic, Jimmy was communicative about what he noticed and if I wanted the service. The biggest surprise was when I mentioned I had been struggling to reconnect my phone to my car's Bluetooth. The manager came out, took a look, and had it connected in less than two minutes! That level of customer service went far beyond what I expected during a routine oil change. It's rare to find a business that's not only fast and knowledgeable but also willing to help with something completely unrelated just because they care about their customers. I truly appreciated the extra effort and kindness. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this team!
