I recently visited RideNow while shopping for an ATV, and my experience was pretty mixed. I worked with Jesus, the salesman, and he was great. He was friendly, showed me the ATVs I was interested in, answered my questions, and was upfront throughout the process. He seemed honest and was easy to work with, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got to actually negotiating a deal, the experience changed. Management came across as rude and extremely pushy, and the fees were honestly astronomical. I understand that it's a business and they need to make money, but some of the charges felt excessive. For example, they wanted to charge $700+ for registration when the actual DMV cost is around $25. At that point, it felt like they wanted to charge me for everything short of the air I was breathing in the showroom. I have no complaints about salesman personally--he was great to work with. But because of the management, excessive fees, and overall buying experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that makes the buying process feel a little more reasonable and straightforward. read more

I bought Honda Talon from Ride Now in Vista, Ca. Excellent machine. Took it in for service, something under $600. To be done in day or two. Two days later call to see if work done. Was told a revised quote was sent. Just came in and price went up a little over $400. Parts. Oil was not included in the oil change listed in the service. Never heard of that. I picked up and took Honda to another shop. Quoted about the same price but included oil and other parts. $400 less than Ride Now's revised quote. Regarding parts, after I bought battery from them, found out same battery was over $100 less at WalMart. A fuse I bought at O'Reillys was 1/3 the cost Ride Now wanted. I've had Ride Now do some good work but service and parts are out of line. If you're looking for a part, Google it and compare to what Ride Now wants. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at RideNow Goodyear. I installed a used Ride Command display in my Polaris RZR. After working with a Polaris tech, we successfully synced it to the ECM so it showed the correct VIN and hours. However, the mileage still showed 2,883 miles from the previous vehicle. The Polaris technician told me the mileage is stored in the Ride Command display and that any Polaris dealer can manually enter the correct mileage. I called RideNow and was told it would be no problem and cost $82, so I scheduled an appointment and dropped the RZR off Monday so it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday morning they still hadn't worked on it. Later that afternoon I was told the mileage wouldn't "sync," even though I had already explained multiple times that it cannot sync and must be entered manually. The next morning I stopped in because we were leaving to go camping and riding. They still had no answer from Polaris. After more discussion they asked me to bring the original gauge cluster so they could verify mileage, so I drove 20 miles home and back to get it. When I returned with it, they then told me they didn't know how to manually enter the mileage at all and were still waiting on Polaris. At that point I asked if they could even perform the service, and the response was basically that they had been trying to tell me they couldn't. Then they tried to charge me the $82 anyway despite doing nothing. After arguing for about 15 minutes they finally waived the charge as a "one-time accommodation." One time is all I need, there will never be a second. This wasted two days of my time and almost ruined a planned riding trip. If the shop didn't know how to perform the service, they should have said so from the beginning instead of scheduling the work and sending me on multiple trips. I've heard bad stories about RideNow service before and unfortunately this experience confirmed them. I won't be returning for service or purchases. read more

I went in for just to tighten my chain and they lift it out in the rain and it messed up some of the aftermarket lights I had and they didn't wanna fix it for free. They said it wasn't their fault but when I end up fixing it myself later, it was their fault the piece that got wet because of their negligence is the piece I needed to replace costing me $200 to fix their mistake and it looked like they were trying to open my gas tank without the key so it's now bent and not only that my chain fell off after only a few times riding it because I don't ride it that often and I always thought they didn't do it right, but I couldn't prove it read more

Brought my motorcycle in for a new rear tire (probably one of the easiest things you can do on a motorcycle) and when it was returned to me my chain slack was worse then when I had brought it in, although it was already well out of spec when I brought it to them, they had somehow made it worse. After riding for a little bit at highway speeds I had checked it and they had left my right side adjuster bolt and locknut completely backed off, meaning they never tightened it. On top of that my rear axle was just about hand tight and i was able to unscrew it with my hands. They did give me a full refund which was much appreciated however I simply cannot ignore the fact that their mistake could have killed me. for your own safety I do not under any circumstances recommend bringing any motorsports vehicle to this place, please just go somewhere else. read more

This is a review of the Service Department. Our Can-Am had a problem covered by warranty. When dropping it off, we specifically stated we did not want to leave it there for weeks on end because the machine was still usable while waiting for warranty approval and ordering parts. We wanted to bring it back on the day the repair was to take place. Mike reassured us it wouldn't take that long so we left it there. After many phone calls asking for status updates (he never called us) and constantly being told they had submitted everything to the warranty company and were waiting for approval to do the repair, we finally called CanAm Customer Service. They checked with the warranty company, which stated that RideNow had not sent them the information they needed. Customer Service then contacted RideNow, and finally, after 4 weeks, RideNow performed the repair, which only took a couple hours. Then, when we returned to pick it up, Mike wanted to charge us over $175 for an oil change that we never ordered! We have a one-page work order, signed by us. Mike produced one with a second page ordering the oil change stapled to it. This was not signed and we had no copy of it. Mike's response: "I wouldn't have written it down if you hadn't asked for." We showed him a receipt from another dealership where we had just had the oil changed 50 miles earlier and asked him why he'd think we would have wanted another one. He just grabbed the paperwork and headed for the back office, presumably to talk to someone with more authority than he had. When he returned, he just handed over the keys. Additionally, when I unloaded the sxs, there was a dinner-plate sized oil pool on the deck of my trailer, and the frame pan under the engine was full of oil. So, I didn't ask for an oil change, was initially charged $175 for the change, oil leaked everywhere, and when I went to put my stuff back in the glove box, I found the unused oil filter & gaskets, still in the box. This work was performed by their "best" technician- Steven Z.. A week ago, I got a text from them: "Sorry we did not meet your expectations. A manager will contact you to see how we can improve your experience and address your concerns and provide you with a discount code." Well, they didn't get back to me and I don't need a discount code. It was over five hours round-trip to the dealer, so there's no way we'll do it again. Do Not give them your business. read more

We've purchased 3 bikes from this place and each time we go in it just gets progressively worse. We purchased our first two bikes in 2023. The process was so long and daunting. We were there for HOURS, it was like a car dealership experience times ten. The salesmen were just trying to play games and go back and forth with us. Then my wife purchased her motorcycle and was paying literal cash for this bike, and it still took SIX HOURS to just purchase the bike. Any time we've called into service, the representatives are rude and dismissive. Today we went and were looking at another dirt bike and the floor rep Chuy that we were talking to had an attitude and showed clear frustration with us wanting an OTD price on another dirt bike. He said he would bring us a copy of the cost break down and then comes back with just the number written down and his number because he couldn't give us a copy. So we asked to see it again because we didn't get to really look at the numbers. So then another guy brings the paper and didn't want to let my wife look at the paper. Literally CLENCHED it in his hand when she tried to take it to look at the breakdown because it was "company property and policy" that we couldn't have a copy of it. Like okay cool, can we at least see it? We get home and see there's a dealer retail of $500 on the bike! So the bike is actually $500 cheaper in their website than what they were showing on the cost break down and had listed in store. SCUMMY!! They were going to pocket that additional $500!! The dishonesty is crazy!! Can confirm we will no longer be giving this establishment our money. Absolutely terrible customer service for no reason. We're done with this place and will take our money elsewhere. read more

Issues with the shop and their service, (Goodyear Ride Now but wait extra days for repair and some parts may be missing) I have a 2018 Honda Goldwing. I've taken it to the shop 4 times for service, repair, and 2 factory recalls. Each time I was given an estimated date for pick up and that my service advisor would call me when ready. Each time it's days later than expected, and no call. I would call on the due date to hear we will call you, and days later still no call. I would call again to find out that it was ready. I show up to pick up my bike and there would be an extended wait for them to bring the bike out. 1.) My bike was in for a scheduled routine service, that should've been a 1 day service but turned into a 3 day service. When I got the call that it was ready I showed up to pick up the bike, but due to someone's negligence the bike's accessories were left active and it drained the battery, I had to wait for them to charge and test the battery. 2). Honda sent out a factory recall for the gasoline pick-up pump. I registered and scheduled the bike for the service. I was told they had the part and to bring it in. I left the bike with them and was told I should be able to pick in 2 days, I called to find out they didn't have the part but they ordered one and should have it by tomorrow. My bike was in for 2 weeks while waiting for the part so they could replace the part. I noticed that the seat was not installed properly and was left unplugged. Got it fixed. 3). I had a rear tire blow out, we were fortunate that the tire was still holding air and my wife and I didn't fall (Tread came completely off the tire). This caused 10K in damages to the back and underneath of the motorcycle. I bought the tire warranty when I bought the bike but it didn't cover damages to the bike, just the tire. It took 2 weeks to get the tire warranty company to approve the tire, not the damages. My service advisor showed me that the tire was still at 40lbs even 4 days late when they came and picked it up to take in for repairs. The shop would not start working on the bike till I made an insurance claim. They included the tire cost and replacement. It over a month to get all the parts and get the bike back. I noticed after getting home that the saddles were not opening properly, and the trunk tail, brake, and turn signal lights were not working as well as the rear fender light. I called and they said to bring it back, they fixed the saddle bag issue but not the lights and told me that they couldn't repair them under this repair due to them being aftermarket (Gold Strike). They explained to me that they would charge me 80.00 per hour to troubleshoot the issue. I took my bike home and found that the mechanic had failed to plug them into the harness. The one light that was damaged was the rear fender light. They ordered one but wanted 80.00 per hour to install it again due to it being an aftermarket part, I installed myself. The light they ordered didn't work (not on them) but had to order another that I installed. My bike was down for more than a month and the tire warranty company did approve the tire replacement but wasn't used due to the shop charging it my insurance. (PS My Service Manager no longer works for the company) 3). Honda sent another factory recall for a drive bolt. Again I registered and called the shop to schedule the repair. I was informed that they didn't have the part. I asked if they would order it and I will schedule it for the next day. 4 days later I received a text message stating that part was in and I could schedule the service. So I scheduled. I called the day prior to the scheduled date to confirm that I was on the schedule and if could drop the bike off the night before. I was informed then that one had ordered the part and they had none in stock. 1 week later I got the text message the part is in and I could schedule anytime. I called the next day to schedule for 2 days out. again I called the day before to confirm I was on the schedule and if I could drop the bike the night before. All is good and I dropped the bike off Monday before closing, I was told it was a 6.5 hr job and I should be able to pick up my bike Tuesday evening. I called Tuesday evening to inquire about the status of my bike. I was told that my service advisor would call me once the repairs were completed. I discovered that my service advisor was on vacation and had been out for 5 days and was not due to return to work till next week. No one called me on Wednesday or Thursday. I called Thursday late but before closing was told it was ready. Once again it was not, I waited 40 minutes for them to bring it out. I was very happy I had the bike back but once home I noticed that the right side transmission cover was missing. They are closed now and I can't wait to hear what BS they are going to have for me now! read more

Only one sales rep was worth a shit, the others just want the big ticket items or credit checks. Well seasoned and high fico borrowers don't play games or waste time. Told them exactly what our catches were. Well after 3 hrs of wasting time there I walked out cause the Finance manager AKA Nashes son lied about taking Harley on trade! So we arrive and this time we met KYLE. "Salesman". Now I have bought over 100 vehicles as a consumer and Kyle is a good salesman. He knows the game and plays it well. He also was pretty dam knowledgeable on what he is selling. Even steered us away from the $35000 unit towards a $25000 unit cause he thought we would not be happier in the long run. That means he literally listens and it made picking one out so much easier!!! I would definitely enjoy working with him again. So back and forth playing the Bull Shit game and as it was almost closing time we said will come back next Saturday. So on Wednesday I stop by but couldn't get the deal I wanted so I left again. Yes all Power sports have costs behind the retail MSRP. That is just normal. Freight, Build, etc. Now RideNows is a bit higher than the others but the Service contract, etc is over the top. So at this point I figured no deal will be made cause Build and Freight costs are set by upper management cause that is guaranteed revenue. But on the back side service contact, extended warranty, gap etc. the finance manager has room in those numbers! They just didn't want to budge. So once again I left. On Saturday we showed back up to pick up the Harley. We did the Bull shit game again for hrs! I was done and told my wife let's go I already have something lined up. But then we agreed! We got the unit my wife wanted. Ride Now made money, and KYLE will continue to be my contact as long as he stays in this industry! Now this could have been done the first day! But it just dragged out to a week. We didn't ask for a amazing deal. Just wanted a little Vaseline put on it!!! So over all it was not a bad experience. It did remind me of the old movie "Used Cars" without the suits!! We just stood our ground. And to be honest I had another deal lined up at Kelly's Kawasaki for basically the same deal we got. My daughter went to this dealer to get a 2021 Honda SuperCub, which they advertised in CycleTrader for $454 dollars under MSRP, or $3295. When she got there with the cash, they added on more fees than a used car dealer. With tax the finale total was $5700. Tax was roughly 10% of that, the other 62% extra were bogus fees with only a few legitimate fees. I advised her by phone when she called me to walk away. On CraigsList we found her a used spotless 2020 with 540 miles on it , from an owner in Scottsdale. It was spotless and unscratched. It had an aftermarket Crome rack, also with a passenger seat, factory passenger foot pegs, and a windshield. Total out of the garage was $3200 and $89 to register it. (First Photo was the dealer's add in Craigslist, the second what we brought home from a private seller also advertised on Craigslist). This dealership in Goodyear really blew it. My daughter is an Aerospace Engineer with cash. I know she will grow out of this bike relatively quickly, and will pay cash for a series of bikes, ending perhaps with a Honda Goldwing sometime in the next decade. But it won't be from this dealer. I will never return to and Ridenow Powersports ever again!!! I bought this helmet on a Monday and came in the following Wednesday to exchange it for a different helmet. After riding around it was a little too bulky for me and didn't do well at higher speeds. The assistant manager Zack told me he could not exchange it because the film on the lenses were removed. That's literally the first thing you do when testing out a helmet to see properly through it. Removing the film off the lenses is the thing they don't tell you that disqualifies you from return in the store but is in the small print on the receipt so they can get you. There was also an extremely small mark on the back that was already there when I bought it. The helmet was originally $400+ marked down to $190. Ya do the math The fact that they couldn't do anything to help me out was extremely disappointing. Zack had the nerve to tell me he could charge ME 25% to take it for a restocking fee. What the heck kinda people are working here??? This is Extremely upsetting and now I'm stuck with a $200 helmet and a $60 dark shade that I won't use, and all I wanted to do was exchange it. Our first interaction was with RideNow Goodyear and it was a HUGE mistake. My husband contacted them about a 2015 Can Am Spyder and was told that it is still available and invited him on April 03, 2021. We arrived at Goodyear Branch at 1:30 p.m. and saw the Spyder he inquired about - a sales person approached him (didn't even introduced his name) and told the salesman that we are interested with the said bike. They asked my husband's DL and his debit card and ran his credit. 4:45 p.m. after 3 hours of "running"his report they came out with an outrageous number and was asking for downpayment. And if you calculate the amount it is 3X the selling amount. I counterpart the amount and told him that the amount he's showing doesn't makes sense and it's more than our brand new car vs. the old Can Am Spyder. He refused with our offer and so we asked my husband's debit and DL. Attention to all those looking for a used vehicle from this dealership they will absolutely disappoint. So to explain why I was lead here I had a new 2021 Yamaha and was interested to going to a different style motorcycle. The new to me Yamaha('23) was used and of course just being allowed to do a visual on the thing doesn't help with the specifics which can be of concern. The thing that was mainly upsetting is the "inspection fee" that is supposed to ensure a piece of mind for it to be safe, with said vehicle. Well the front tire was not straight to the motorcycle the way it obviously would be from factory, how safe is that!! There was an indication of coolant issues along with the clutch cover having silicone spread over it with no claim of work being done on that section. This establishment is as good as garbage for this negligence and fortunate for them they get their money and I'm left with extra cost to make it right because why would I even trust their word or work ever again. Buying a new machine, sure you might be safe if they don't drop or damage it on their own because they are "professionals" that way. Looking into a used machine, be very cautious and perform a very thorough inspection or you'll be yet another victim and they'll keep getting away with it. Good Luck! read more

I had L.E.D headlights and taillights put on my 2017 Kawasaki Zx14r. Came out great. Except I was missing a screw I later found out. I asked them to change the oil and top off my brake fluid. The sales guys offered me the silver package. I said ok. I picked my bike up They said they didn't find anything wrong. I checked the brake fluid. It was never filled. I called the guy out and he said they don't top off fluids with the silver package. I said I told the guy to top it off when I brought the bike in. And further more If he had done a inspection and found anything the bike needed he should have called me to ask if I wanted the work to be done with extra cost. Would give them 0 stars if I could. They advertise a RZR 1000 Turbo R with ride command. I go down to purchase said car and it doesn't have ride command. They say if the online advertisement says it has it then Ride Now will honor this. Guy comes back 2 min later with a lame ass excuse saying that when these cars are new they advertise that but they are only pre wired for ride command and that now they won't honor it and install it. Shady way of doing business. Advertise a used car that clearly says it has ride command 2 places in the add and then it doesn't . read more
