We decided to test drive the new Street Glide 3 Limited and see what all the talk is about when it comes to the new suspension on the 2026 Trikes. Purchased a used 23 Tri glide last August that was said to be certified and ready to go. Took it for a 30 mile test run when home. It over heated only to find out there was no coolant in the reservoir. Bought the coolant and was told by the manager they would make it good and reimburse me for the expense. After repeated emails with little or no response the reimbursement still hasn't been received to date. The paperwork for the title summary took 3 months to receive after repeated request. They originally told me they would expedite it. Over the years I've purchased 12 Harley's from various valley dealerships and this was by far the worst experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the dealership's service department, management, and sales team, given the serious consequences of their repeated failures. Specifically, the new 2025 model, which replaced my original bike, was delivered without the warranty and service contract I had purchased. After hours of being on the side of the road because my bike broke down 200 miles out and getting it towed, They waited for me to arrive past closing. I bought a new 2023 Anniversary model Ultra Limited there in 2023, and I can't even begin to guess how much I've spent there in clothing and gear, as well as upgrades for my bikes. I use their service dept exclusively, and am very pleased with the care they take of my bike and the treatment I get there. They can get busy, so it's best to schedule ahead if you're able to. As it was time to put new shoes on my 2019 Ultra, I headed down to RoadRunner H-D and spoke with Ben Cable, the Parts Manager. I was looking for the Dunlop American Elites on each end and found they are almost impossible to find, nation wide. But Ben was able to search their inventory and they had a matching set in stock. Since I bought the tires through RR H-D, the labor for the tire's installation was Free. I then spoke with Brian "BD" Davis, an Advisor back in Service. Appointments were scheduled and when I arrived that Friday morning, he was there waiting for me and my bike. Some quick signatures, an inspection, and away it went. A few hours later Brian called and said that their Service Technician had discovered that I had a leaking fork seal. I came down and spoke with Service Technician Ignacio Lopez. It was apparent from the start that Ignacio, besides installing my new tires, had "thoroughly" inspected my Ultra front to back. We discussed the action to be taken to repair the seals and I decided to have him replace both fork seals then and there. Brian kept me advised through phone calls and txts of what was occurring with my service and the time it would be available for pickup. It rolled out the back door to service repaired and washed exactly on time! For these guys, this was just another day of parts and service. I've been around motorcycles and dealerships for 50 years and this was not just another day for me. The positive customer service and attention to detail they all displayed and the technical training, experience and talent that Ignacio displayed around a Harley  Davidson was amazing. Financially, this wasn't a cheap day, but my Ultra has new shoes and a perfectly working front suspension, none of these which you want to be cheap about.
