Great experience! I went in not really knowing what product I wanted and when I explained my vision, Eduardo was there to help me pick out the products needed. Eduardo was great! Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello and he is so knowledgeable. Love that I found this store! Went in looking for a brush that would help speed up cleaning my cars if all the dog hair and Oscar helped me out big time. Not only did he recommend the right brush I needed, but he also demonstrated how well it worked before purchasing. My trucks carpet really holds onto the hair so Oscar walked out and used the brush on my floor mats to show me how to use it and that it really did work! Used it the next day and vacuuming was a breeze! Thanks Oscar for your help! read more

I came in at 6:20p on a Saturdray to get my normal supplies. Woman greeted me and asked me if I've been here and if I am looking for something in specific. They ask every customer walking in which is perfectly fine. I replied and said I've shopped before and I'm looking at this and pointed at said product. This was about 20 seconds into the store. No big deal. Business as usual. Out of nowhere, this big black guy talks right behind me and said I shouldn't be disrespecting a woman like that. I said "what", turned around and saw this guy in a Chem Guys shirt that every employee wears. He repeats himself. I tell him off and gesturing at him that I responded to her and even gestured at the product. He said "I don't care, don't disrespect women like that. You're being rude." Clearly this employee doesn't listen to customers. A short argument begins and I said to myself I had enough of this. I'm here simply to buy another bottle of HydroSuds soap that I ran out of, and not even a minute into the store I get the absolute worst customer service I have ever came across. I'm being disrespected right as I come inside.. there's no way in hell I'll ever come back. I made it clear to the guy I'm never stepping foot into this hostile shop again. He didn't greet me and asked me if I needed help. This guy has no busineses talking to me. Absolute lack of customer service, no situational awareness at all. If you're a mananger or a franchisee owner reading this, go look at your security tape and make sure this guy doesn't work here again. Absolute nonsense. If you're the manager or the franchisee, go get yourself a reality check and don't ever talk back to customers again. I was in and out of the store in no more than 3 minutes, with a horrible experience that I wish no one else receives. This review doesn't go against anyone else who has helped me here. It's all on this the big black guy. Spent some money here on my visits, but that's the last time I'll ever be back. It's a hostile environment and the employee doesn't want me there. Why would I ever support this store again? I get a no-hassle, no-haggle buying expereince at the Walmart down the street that supplies the same products. read more

I don't give reviews very often but couldn't resist. My daughter and I came in today for help to remove scuff marks on our car after an "incident" with a garage door. Christina was so helpful and gave us product that made the car look like new. My husband used the product on his car as well and was amazed. Finally a place and come to to get what I want and I don't have to wait a few days to get shipped to me cuz I like most of Chemical Guys products and they have them all their showroom is huge for detail place and their prices are good too I think they're about the same price or maybe a little cheaper than can you guys at self you pay tax who cares I got their vitalize wash haven't tried it out yet hopefully it's good Step2 cars are ceramic coated they're polishing pads are cheaper than the place to get mine which is a plus everyone that works there is super friendly they don't know an absence requesting they'll find someone there or they will call someone to get the answer for you so this could be the end of ordering online for me keep up the good work guys thanks I cars appreciate you read more

Came here to buy supplies they had a special online where if you spend $50 dollars on the wheel category you get a free red rocket. They didn't have it in stock so they told me to come back when I was in stock. Came back and the same person who told me that said she never said it. If you're going to run a special and tell someone to come back honor it or thats just false advertising not coming back. read more

This whole company is amazing! From the Mesa location to the Avondale location. The owners and staff are literally always happy to assist you and are very knowledgeable. Their positive energy is contagious! Their Avondale location has already begun having cool & fun event's making a terrific impact on the car scene & local community. The products speak for themselves. Had the spiral rings of death on my hood but after clay barring, with the lube then using the scratch products & wax it fixed 85% of my problem and that was by hand. I didn't even use the rotory polisher. We look forward to seeing what DG:Avondale has in store next! read more
