Um...okay? I booked an appointment online for a $375 detail on a Saturday. I got a call from them asking that I reschedule because my detail is "going to take too long". He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept... read more

They were able to get me in same day and were done with an uppper and lower engine bay cleaning in about 30 mins. Not sure what to expect from a lower engine bay cleaning, but when I went back to my mechanic, his response was they got it fairly clean. Upper engine looked great and maybe my mechanic is just picky. It allowed us to identify two more oil leaks, so it got the job done. Price was around the same as other offers. read more

Paid a little over $200 for a detail, which ended up costing over $4500.00 in repairs! They tore up the leather on the console and it had to be fixed and then whatever they sprayed on the mats looked normal and shiny until after the car was home for a few days and I rode in the passenger seat for the first time, the oil type stuff was really thick on the mat, I wiped my finger through it and it came this thick pink oily liquid that was at least a quarter inch thick. Looked like transmission fluid to me. Took it back to them and of course they have no idea how it happened and the cowardly owner didn't even have the courage to face me when I went to pick it up and had some young kid stand there and try to tell me they didn't do it. While we were standing there I reached in the back seat and pulled out a mat and it HAD the same thick oil substance on it! I said to him, look at this! And this is after the second time of them detailing it, so I asked him if this was standard quality, I was flabbergasted that if I take it in complaining about this thick oil product they put more of all over my car?! So while standing there looking me in the eye after watching me wipe my finger through that, still says "yeah, we didn't do that" now I'm trying to not blow my top and then ask him, so you're telling me that this oily product was all over my mats before I brought it the 1st time, you just didn't feel like cleaning it up then? Bring it back the second time and again this substance is all over but it was already there before I brought it in, and now after two times and even more product, that again if it was there before WHY didn't they clean it?! Estimates for new carpet are insanely expensive. They refuse to take accountability. read more

I brought in a vehicle late in the day on a Friday, right before closing, because I needed it detailed by Monday afternoon. I was flexible, and had no problem leaving the car there for the weekend. They had some deals going on, and were able to get the minivan detailed, including carpet shampoo at a very reasonable rate. They even threw in a exterior wash. They had the car done by noon on Saturday, and the final result was better than I expected, and better than other shops in the area that I have used in the past. I will definitely be back to visit these guys next time I need a vet detailed. read more

I would've liked to have given five stars, but unfortunately, my expectations were not fully met. The first thing that was a turn off was having to pay extra because of pet hair. This is a very expensive full in and out detail and imho should not have been an up charge. however, the main thing was attention to detail was missed several times. Even after advising the manager not to miss pulling out the tow mirror to clean, when I arrived for pick up, I saw that one mirror was out. One mirror was in and sure enough when I pulled it out. It had not been cleaned and had to be done then. When you come to pick up the truck they ask you to go through it and see if anything needs to be addressed. I hate having to do this because I start getting nitpicky I'll be labeled an asshole. I gave the truck a once over and left. Once I got home, I noticed the lack of attention to detail. On my bed cover the latch mechanism bar was untouched and was filthy. I also have very nice aftermarket shocks and suspension pieces and there was still dirt crust around the housing of the shock bodies. the plastic trim that is between the windshield wipers and the hood was left unshellac as well and dull while the rest of the car is sparkly. However, overall, the work done on the body and shellacking of the interior and exterior looked really good and overall, I'm happy with the job. read more

I met Vern about 6 mos ago when I had a clear bra put on my BMW 640i. They did a great job, good value for the product and very professional individuals. I also recently took my 2016 Veloster for the $99 detail job. The car had road tar on several fender wells and running board areas. The detail job came out great however several areas, where they used hard chemicals, took the paint off along the drivers side running board. Right from the start Vern said he would take care of the entire drivers side and have it painted and HE would cover the cost. I was thoroughly impressed and honestly expected this to be Vern's answer due to my prior experience with him and his crew. Air park Auto Detailing did a ceramic job on my truck August 2021 and they did very nice job that made my truck shiny and look gorgeous. Before Christmas 2022 I took my truck again to for exterior ceramic wash and interior detailing, tow cook spots that I mentioned to and brought to the attention of the lady I talked to and it's the reason for the interior detailing. After truck was done in over two hours, I checked under the rear floor liner and surprise!! Still dirty un vacuumed and not even cleaned and the cook spots are still sticky. I asked the guy there to re do the rear floor and he did it, still, I left with wet floor carpet. read more

All I wanted was a interior detail of a car that was not that bad just normal stains on the seats. They don't charge by the job. It was a flat fee of $200 which I felt was way too much for the job. When we got it back the back seat still had stains in it as if it wasn't touched and the side of the center consul was never cleaned. For a $200 interior cleaning I expected much more. read more

Pricing was a little bit more than I've paid for a hand wash, but I was the only customer and the detailer spent a good amount of time on my vehicle and ensured it was spotless. More of a private small business rather than a high traffic type with a dozen employees. Recommend for anyone not in a hurry who wants that extra time spent on their vehicle. read more
