He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. It remained in perfect condition for the several years I had the car. I'm now back again to get a different vehicle tinted. If you're on the fence about where to get your windows tinted or what level of tint to go with, you owe it to yourself to stop in and check out their showroom. They have a lot of different options and examples of different levels of darkness that you can view on example boards and actual automobile glass. Once again I was on the fence about what level of darkness to go with and between the examples they have and the tips they provided they made it an easy decision. I have no doubt I'll be very happy with the end result and I'll definitely be back in the future. Original Review from October of 2015: I want to start off by saying there's a reason this business has 4.9 out of 5 stars. They provide excellent customer service. I live about two miles from them and they offered to give me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in their lobby/ waiting area. I'm sure it's not something they're able to do for every job but it was nice of them to offer. I decided to wait in their lobby/waiting area which was very comfortable. They have a couch and some chairs and also a TV with access to Netflix. The job was done quicker than I expected and looks perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on the fence between two different tint choices and after they explained and provided examples of the differences between the two and explained previous customer's experiences I was able to make a decision and I'm happy with the decision I made because without their advice and experience I would've picked a lighter tint that I know I wouldn't have been happy with. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Aladdin's Window Tinting because they put customer service and satisfaction first.
