Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. I'll be coming back for your business again and recommending you to everyone who asks.

A soda can had fallen out of my backpack and exploded the day before, hence the reason I was looking for a detailer. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. This is a busy truck between dogs and football, it was pretty messy. They did a great job! I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Thank you so much!

Let me start here. For whatever it's worth, I am now a retired professional detailer. As a…read moredetailer, I was one of the first authorized providers of ceramic coatings in Arizona. I have detailed everything from daily drivers to rare concourse level and auction show vehicles. As a detailer, I always steered clear of installing clear bra and vinyl wrap. It is exhaustingly precise work that can go bad at any turn because we live in a dust bowl. I did my research on the current state of professional detailing in the areas and I was almost ready to travel to California to have what I needed done. Luckily I discovered 48 Detailing and, after reviewing their portfolio, it became my clear choice. As a military veteran I was also happy to go with a veteran owned business. From the very first contact their customer service was, and continued to be, exceptional. Each employee I interacted with during this multi-day process was talented, extremely friendly, and particularly professional. There is literally nothing I could think of that I would improve. The price was realistic and fair for the top-tier quality of the products used and the flawless work. I cannot overstate how much I wish every organization was this good. Scheduling, continued communication throughout the process, and quality control were beyond reproach. Without exception, this is my new go-to detailing, clear bra, and tint shop. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them without exception. No matter where you are located, they are worth the trip.

After researching many of the companies doing ceramic coatings in the area, I called Ride-N-Shine and spoke to John Bates regarding the process of getting a ceramic coating. He is very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on my car. I watched him and noticed his attention to each and every detail on the car. He is obviously very good at his job bringing everything he needed to my home including water, pressure washer, and all the other supplies needed. He did not even use the electricity at my house. The cost was very reasonable compared to the other companies I considered. Thanks for a job well done John.

Bill the owner of this lovely and efficient customization and car detail shop personally answered…read moreall my questions via phone, text, and seemed to have done the window tint and ceramic coating for my 2012 SLK (talk about amazing customer service and an honor!) Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!
