Absolutely excellent on every level, responsiveness, communication pricing and workmanship…read more Initially, I had them black out the roof of my wife's new SUV. Then, I recently brought her car back to have all the windows tinted with heat resistant film. Beautiful job. I also brought my Mercedes S63 AMG cabriolet to have a complete chrome delete and heat resistant tinted film applied to the windows. Their work dramatically elevated my car's aesthetic. Night and day. I love it. This shop is fair, professional and takes great pride in their work. Thank you so much!

I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

Stratton Motor Cars - One of a kind!

Three months buying a custom, one of a kind car, I had left the office late and on my way home. I…read morewas on one of AZ's wonderful highways and had hit some construction debris. My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! Anyone needing repair, or simply wanting to 'pimp their ride', look no further! You'll be amazed at how awesome these gents are! Thank you Alex and crew!

They are easily one of the cheapest in the Valley and do great work. My issue and the reason I'm rating only three stars lies in the communication and responsiveness I received from the owner. I had an appointment for Wednesday 8/5/2026. I dropped off after hours and utilized the night drop box which was no problem. I let the owner know what I needed and that I'd like the invoice sent to my email and the key left somewhere we agreed to because I wouldn't be able to get the car until after hours. He told me about Zelle payments to avoid a fee, I told him I wanted credit card points so he agreed to send me an email invoice and told me all of that was no issue. We texted about a wrap for a different car to which he requested to call me about, we spoke about the wrap and pricing, then I reconfirmed that I will be picking the tiny vehicle up after hours, he said to Zelle him, I informed him again about the invoice and he agreed again. He texted me asking if I could meet him at 5:30 to pick my car up and to Zelle him the money. I informed him for the third time now that I would like an emailed invoice and I was going to pick it up after hours. He then tells me at 5:15 he is driving back to the shop and what time can I pick it up. I told him I am not off work until 5:30, so the earliest I could be there is 6:10. He responds at 5:47 asking if I can be there at 6:30, I text him back saying I'm already on my way and will just wait until 6:30. I arrive at 6:10 and inform him I'm here and waiting until when he is ready for me. 6:30 comes, no response, 6:45 comes, I text him again asking if he is still meeting me here. 7:00 comes and I call him, he asks "Can we reconvene in an hour", I let him know I've already been waiting 30 minutes past the time HE told me to be here, on top of the 30 minutes past drive it took to get here. He finally shows up a bit before 7:30 for me to pick up. He asks me to Zelle again, I inform him once again I am going to be using a card. He tell me the total and I pay. As I'm leaving he asks me when I wanted to do the wrap on the other car, I tell him based on my experience today I'm no longer interested in his services and don't trust that I will be communicated with properly. We talk back and forth, his excuse is that he was spoiling his girlfriend all day and time slipped away from him. He offered to give me a free windshield visor (for my cracked windshield that I already told him I didn't want) and an unknown discount on the wrap I was no longer interested in. The only time any accountability was taken was when I told him there was a problem after the fact, even a 5%-10% discount for wasting my time would have made up for it. This entire situation could have been avoided if he just sent me the invoice before closing, I could have used a spare key to get the car and then just gotten the key later. He was more interested in selling me a wrap and trying to force me to Zelle than actually providing quality service. I'm not asking for you to respond instantly or remember every detail about ever customer but when I ask you to send me the invoice via email and three messages later you ask me to Zelle, it's obvious you aren't paying attention to anything I'm saying.

The prices I was quoted ranged from $1000-$2000. Kyle's quote was one of the more reasonable quotes I received. However, the thing that impressed me the most was his attention to detail. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what each part of the job was going to cost This was by far the most professional quote I received, and if I have the opportunity to do so will definitely call Kyle at Canyon Auto Cosmetics to perform the task.
