NOTE THE RESPONSE FROM Pristine Mobile Auto Spa: Feedback from customers should be received as a gift. We are telling you where you are coming up short and hope you will continue to improve. We picked you...in a sense, we voted for you and many have been let down. Work on your customer scheduling and communication! Hire someone to help or purchase software that assists with this. Finally, refrain from challenging customers in your posts. Bad form. Remain humble, polite, and tolerant. Your tone was a massive turn-off, and a bit arrogant. You are in the customer service business and you have to own the scheduling/communication process...not the other way around. I have led and trained hundreds of people in these disciplines for some of the world's most successful and demanding companies. I am giving you some very valuable advice for free.
