This was the most amateur job I've ever been apart of. I paid Steve $450 to "detail" my boat. Looked more like a normal cleaning. When I returned to the boat, I had to go over it again to get streaks out from wax and noticed several areas that were completely missed. When I spoke to Steve initially, he seemed to understand and I sent a few pictures to show him the issues I had. He agreed to come back and after two reschedules on his part and taking no responsibility for his scheduling errors I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I have never wrote a bad review in my life. This guy earned my first. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and my truck was a mess after the long drive. We also spilled some very tricky liquid in the back seat and it's a brand new truck, so I was very bummed at first thinking I may have to get the seats re-done. I called around to a ton of car wash places all over Phoenix and Steve was by far the easiest and most personable guy to chat with, easy going and very communicative. This was tricky to find in these weird covid-19 times, but he and his right hand man Nester came out and got the job done very well. The truck looked like it did the day I got it out of the dealership. I like supporting guys like Steve and Nester, they do a good job and enjoy helping their customers out. I highly recommend Steve, especially if you want to get your car cleaned during COVID 19 times. read more

Steve and his AZ Quality Detail staff truly take pride in their work. They were on time, performed with confidence and you could tell they took pride in their work. My RV looks brand new, buffed out the wheels and the windows look perfect. AZ quality truly is a "no job is too big" operation. I would trust them with any vehicle I owned. read more

My 2018 4Runner just got detailed by AZ Quality Detail and I am VERY happy with the work they did. It was a hot mess from off-roading, my dog and from driving 2500 miles a month for work and now it looks just like it did when I bought it. Would highly recommend :) Very good communication via text and phone as well. read more

Steve did a beautiful job on my car. Scheduled me within 24hrs, gave me a time and notified me 30 minutes before his arrival. Will be using AZ Quality Detail regularly. read more

We have used Steve in the past with good results. We decided to use him again when we bought our next 5th wheel. the results were disappointing. we contacted him and he said he would send his guys out to go over it when we got back from our trip. We got them scheduled to come out and the results were even more disappointing. Wax and wax residue left all over the trailer. When contacted, he was politely condescending. He said that thats the best it's going to be the as clear coat is wore out. we understood this from the beginning, however he would not address the wax residue left all over everything. We spent $1000 and in the end we are worse off then when we started. read more

Julio did a truly amazing job. His attention to detail is unparalleled. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Steve and his helper arrived to our house on time for washing and waxing our motorhome. They were very friendly and efficient and our rig looks and feels great! Steve responds quickly with scheduling and questions and we thought the price was fair and the quoted price was what we paid. We will definitely use AZ Quality Detail again. read more

Steve was professional and quick to detail our pickup. Even though it was cold, he came and worked in the cold. Our Toyota never looked so good. Thanks Steve, we'll call you again. read more

Steve does an amazing job. Our RV looks SO MUCH BETTER, and with a few more coats of wax we will post a pic. Reasonably priced, shows up on time, great communication and super results. AZ Quality Detail is now on our calendar for regular maintenance. read more

The guys came out this morning and washed our motorhome and car. Steve was in communicative, and called this morning when they were on the way so that we'd know to expect them. Once arrived they got right to work and our coach and car both look great now. When I messaged for quotes on Yelp, Steve was the first to reply. Steve answered when I called him back, and was easy to schedule an appointment that worked for us. I won't hesitate to call Steve next time my wife and I find ourselves in Arizona needing a wash. Overall just a good experience and I'm happy to have found AZ Quality Detail. read more

Steve responded to my text promptly and made this new experience for me very pleasant. I would very much recommend him to all my friends and family. First his price for car detailing was reasonable but after he came by the house I realized they do a lot more work than I expected for the price. Second they didn't rush anything. They took their time to thoroughly clean all the concerned spots. I knew I had to make sure I wrote this review because they deserve a lot of praise! I think the one customer who made a bad review is 'trippin' because the owner was nothing like that guy has (claimed). read more

Great communication during scheduling and great price! Can't beat it when the service comes right to your driveway. Steve and Nestor did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently in this heat too. My car is my baby and I had let the aesthetic things like detailing get waaaay behind. They made my 12 year old car look new again! I can't thank them enough for also doing the engine cleaning - that was a nice surprise. Will definitely recommend Steve and use him again in the future. read more

Steve did a wonderful job turning my disaster of a car into feeling brand new. It came out better than I could've imagined! He paid such precise detail to everything including shampooing all the carpets and mats, making the engine bay look brand new, making my headlights shine again and bringing back color to my insanely dirty seats. On top of all of that he washed and waxed the car better than any car wash I've had! I will 100% be doing business again with him soon on my other vehicles! read more

Steve, the owner, is on top of things. He is easy to reach and is punctual. He arrived when he said he would and did the work exactly as promised. We have a 38' 2007 motor home. When Steve was done with our RV it looked like new. He arrived in a self-contained vehicle, with water, wax, buffers, everything he needed to do a through job. When completed the paint was nice and shiny, the headlamp lens were buffed and were as clear as brand new. The drivers side mirror housing that gets the hot afternoon sun was buffed out and looked brand new as well. We could not be happier. AZ Quality Detail will be our go to RV care provider. read more

Steve was very responsive to my inquiry about his service. His pricing is very competitive as well. The quality of the wash was perfect. No complaints at all. I will definitely use AZ Quality Detail again soon. read more

Owner of company simply has an anger issue and a very short temper. Verbally abuses his customers and does not know how to fully remove products off of the vehicles after detail. Came across as a "fly by night" company. read more

Steve was very responsive with my questions and even answered the after hours. He's very knowledgeable about different ways to make your car and I am sure boat and rv look good. I had some key marks on the side of the car and he was able to buff out most of them. There were few deep ones that remained and he had some excellent ideas on what I could do to address them. He was prompt and gave me a heads up when he was on his way. Steve and his crew have it down to a science. My family was in awe, they said it looked like a brand new car. My friend commented on how good my car smelled. I have a black car that I cannot wait to have Steve detail it. He takes tremendous pride in his work. read more

This kid can't keep an appointment to save his life. An absolute and total flake. Steve missed 3 confirmed appointments, always a different excuse. He realizes 30 minutes before our appointment that today is Valentine's and all the sudden he can't make it. I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more
