I'm visiting from out of town and my truck was a mess after the long drive. We also spilled some very tricky liquid in the back seat and it's a brand new truck, so I was very bummed at first thinking I may have to get the seats re-done. I called around to a ton of car wash places all over Phoenix and Steve was by far the easiest and most personable guy to chat with, easy going and very communicative. This was tricky to find in these weird covid-19 times, but he and his right hand man Nester came out and got the job done very well. We have used Steve in the past with good results. We decided to use him again when we bought our next 5th wheel. the results were disappointing. we contacted him and he said he would send his guys out to go over it when we got back from our trip. We got them scheduled to come out and the results were even more disappointing. Wax and wax residue left all over the trailer. When contacted, he was politely condescending. He said that thats the best it's going to be the as clear coat is wore out. we understood this from the beginning, however he would not address the wax residue left all over everything. The guys came out this morning and washed our motorhome and car. Steve was in communicative, and called this morning when they were on the way so that we'd know to expect them. Once arrived they got right to work and our coach and car both look great now. When I messaged for quotes on Yelp, Steve was the first to reply. Steve, the owner, is on top of things. He is easy to reach and is punctual. He arrived when he said he would and did the work exactly as promised. We have a 38' 2007 motor home. When Steve was done with our RV it looked like new. He arrived in a self-contained vehicle, with water, wax, buffers, everything he needed to do a through job. When completed the paint was nice and shiny, the headlamp lens were buffed and were as clear as brand new. The drivers side mirror housing that gets the hot afternoon sun was buffed out and looked brand new as well. We could not be happier. AZ Quality Detail will be our go to RV care provider. read more

He paid such precise detail to everything including shampooing all the carpets and mats, making the engine bay look brand new, making my headlights shine again and bringing back color to my insanely dirty seats. Steve was very responsive with my questions and even answered the after hours. He's very knowledgeable about different ways to make your car and I am sure boat and rv look good. I had some key marks on the side of the car and he was able to buff out most of them. There were few deep ones that remained and he had some excellent ideas on what I could do to address them.
