The gentleman at the desk, who I presume was the owner, said it would be about an hour before he could help. I asked if we could just fill the tire to see how fast it was leaking. He said yes, and while he filled it, he looked at the tire and spotted something. "I think I found the problem," he said. We called Cletus, who said the soonest appointment was 3 days away. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was concerned for her safety, and asked if she could bring it by for a quick inspection. I have been completely satisfied with the repairs Cletus has made to our vehicles. In my opinion, he could charge double what he charges now, and I'd still bring our cars to him. Why? Because I trust that he's not trying to rip me off. If he says something needs to be done, it really needs to be done. If it doesn't he'll say so. The only downside is that his reputation for honesty and good work has spread, and now it takes a long time to get your car in!
