I heard the phone call to set the appointment where he asked about oil change cost AND if they rotate tires, a brand they sell but we didn't buy there, which was disclosed on phone call, and was told 'yes, they would rotate them for free if he got oil changed. He did not ask when he dropped car off as we thought it was 'already determined'...then was charged $24. The staff on duty was not willing to adjust it. Well, thanks. DISCOUNT TIRES will rotate your tires for free even if you aren't buying a service or item from them. Update next day. Manager was contacted and agreed. It will be refunded.

They able to get our car in right away, diagnose the problem--a faulty sensor, get the part from another location, fix the issue, and get us back on the road in just over two hours. Instead of waiting in the shop, one of the guys drove us to a local diner so we could have breakfast. Not only was it incredible service, but they only charged us for the part and a half-hour of labor! I almost feel like we were lucky to have the problem in Onalaska so we could receive the excellent service from Dee's Auto Care Specialists.

I was able to get a last minute appointment with ease which was awesome. Paul greeted me and was very nice and helpful, checking me in and making sure I was updated on the status of my vehicle. I was scared I was going to get pressured into walking out of there with new tires (that I didn't need); instead, he gave me an honest opinion and left it at that which is very hard to come by these days. The bill was $200 for just the lug nuts. When we complained the lady said they were swollen which isn't what I was told. The swollen issue is known to Ford so basically they are passing the cost of their crappy lug nuts on to the customer. Although we have always bought all our cars and children's car from the Onalaska location I was lied to and over charged; and will not purchase another car from them nor use their service.

The let us use their tools and he gave us a new battery (of course we paid of it) and replaced the dead battery and the car started right up. We went back and returned the tools and thanked the owner, who told us he could not change the battery in the car off premises for legal reasons. I live in the cities & reached out for a few quotes there. My mom lives here, always talks up the wonderful service she gets. I emailed for a quote. Luke's was the only one that asked for my VIN. Which i appreciated; means they're confirming what they're looking at! Luke's came in about $150-$200 to the lowest cities quote. Factoring in the fuel i'd burn through to get here, i determined they were worth it! When i received the quote back they were upfront that they couldnt get me in for two weeks. A few days before the appointment i called to inquire about how long the fix would take? And if they could give me a ride the few miles away during the fix? Chad said it would be about 3 to 3.5 hours and i could get a ride. Wonderful. Upon arrival i sat in the cozy & well lit waiting area....as i chatted up the desk fella, i asked his name? Chad. "Oh hey, we've talked a few times!" As we discussed my repair; he said he would recommend the Chrysler plastic/aluminum housing; gave the reason. He said it was the same price so i told him to go ahead w the Chrysler housing. Thanks! A friendly fella brought me home. Friendly Carl picked me up.
