I really appreciated Tim going the extra mile to fit me in. Instead of being without my vehicle all weekend, I had it repaired the same day. I made a note of that and eventually stopped in to see if they could do a check for me. I was met promptly at the service desk on a busy day, and while they couldn't me in same day (which was a Thursday) I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday morning. When I arrived, Joel met me at the service desk to get things started. Very smooth check-in process. Joel let me know it would be about an hour to do the check and said they'd text me when it was complete. I told him I'd head over to the Taco Bell next door and be back after that. Joel pointed out that some sort of construction had started that morning at Taco Bell and that it didn't look open (turns out it wasn't). That didn't stop me from breaking fast. Joel set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go grab a bit to eat. Sure enough, about an hour later (as I'm finishing my breakfast) Joel called, let me know that the freon was low and that they topped it off, and that the car was ready. When I arrived, we completed payment in no time, and I was out the door with cold AC at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I got the work done at Nelson - friendly, knowledgeable folks who work quickly and charge reasonably. I would not hesitate to go back for additional service needs.
