I had an alignment done got my vehicle back it was still pulling to the right, after a few attempts finally got ahold of the manger, Jon, who assured me they would work with me to get it together. Went back in only to receive my vehicle and it's still the same. Jon left before my car was done so I couldn't speak with him, which sucks because the other front desk guy is not friendly and honestly is just rude, he definitely shouldn't be the one to deal with customers. I thought they'd do a diagnostics, take off the tires look at them, check the calipers...something! They tweaked the alignment again and said if I still didnt like it to bring it back pay $80+ and maybe they could find what's exactly the issue. Not cool. They prove that mechanics are not trustworthy, they literally only want your money. Just disappointing.
