Didn't even fully clean my car because I didn't want to get charged more. Update I was called the next day early after labor day. A man talked to me, was very nice, and gave me a refund for both washes I had to do. Quick and EZ. I guess the owners of Gilmore own this place, so maybe there was a change of ownership compared to other reviews.

This is a real loss for Winona as there are not a lot of options for the service. It's my understanding that the detailing space was needed for the car body shop, which I understand but I certainly hope that Dahl will consider adding back the service to the Winona dealership.

The brakes started making horrendous noise and I knew that we were in trouble. It had the eerie sound of needing new brake pads. My mom's home tire shop failed her when they checked her tires before the trip, they must not have checked the brakes. The shop took wonderful care of me and I'm on the road with all new brakes and they even fix the tire sensor at no charge. Thank you so so much!

The gal at the counter in green shirt was ok…read more Kind. Questioned the amount of money I handed her for gas. I had a rental car. Not sure of tank size. I'm used to a truck and filling with diesel. She shared I could come back in for my change. Well yeah, no duh. I noticed they had a car wash. The rental was dirty due to travel and rain. I wanted to clean it. I go back in to pay for the wash while I was pumping and she gave me a little heat for not asking for a car wash when I bought the gas, due to a coupon issue. I don't live here. I don't know the protocol at Pederson's Sinclair station. Sorry for wanting to give the Pedersons more business as they were friends of my late aunt. Ended up it has a tiny tank and I had to go in for change. The look on her face with my explanation was a little less customer friendly than I expected. Oh well. We have fuel and a somewhat cleaner car.
