I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that

I was in an accident and had Holmen Custom & Collision "repair" my truck. Less than two years later…read morethe entire length of the back bumper is rusting towards the top. I brought my truck in, thinking maybe they were given a defective bumper (by the company they ordered it from) and maybe they could get a new one. I was informed that Holmen Custom & Collision painted the bumper, there was nothing they could really do, and "that's why most of them are made of chrome." Really!! What a pathetic cop out of a justification for their shoddy work. The last time I checked, BRAND NEW bumpers (regardless of if they are painted or chrome) last longer than two years before they start rusting out. Obviously their process for painting bumpers is flawed or the technician had no idea what he/she was doing. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, I got an excuse...so don't take your vehicle there unless you have chrome bumpers I guess. What a country...spent $45K on a truck, got rear ended by someone on her phone, my insurance company and myself paid for all the repairs because the driver at fault didn't have insurance (of course), my insurance company jacked up my rates by about 25%, Holmen Custom & Collision got paid to fix it...and less than two years later avoids all responsibility/accountability for their shoddy work and blame it on the bumper because it isn't chrome. Well there goes the value of my truck if I were to ever want to sell it or trade it in. Meanwhile, the owner of this business probably lives in a palace and drives a gem of a vehicle. I wonder what would happen if this were to ever happen to the owner's vehicle? What a sham. If I could rate this lower than a "one" I would.

Looking at the inspection report, your mechanic if you want to call him that, couldn't even find where the engine air filter or the cabin air filter was located. I looked online when I got home and all you have to do is loosen one cover on the engine compartment and there is the air filter.Its surprising you stay in business with employees like that. the manager contacted me after the first letter and said I was informed of the charges prior to having the work done, which is a lie. When I came and showed them the coupon and asked for a quote, they both looked at like it was the first one they had seen, and I told them I would sit down and they never came over to tell me the preliminary charges. So if you want to go to a garage where they will lie to their face to protect an overcharge, this is the place. Manager can call me at the number on the initial form.
