The owner personally came out and conducted the most thorough inspection (in comparison to the other two shops); they scheduled my service the following week (in comparison to one of the other shops that said I couldn't get in for another 6-8 weeks); the communications throughout the process both email and phone calls were prompt and responsive; the repairs were completed within the timeframe anticipated; and they worked directly with my insurance company to manage the payment for services. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. First I will start by saying Shawn iwas polite and responsive initially.He was hired to install new…read morerotors and brakes, which he did in a timely manner During the process,he blew out the master cylinder when compressing all the calipers at the same time .With this knowledge,he finished putting things back together and packed up. He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.

They actually had the audacity to tell me, you paid for a basic paint job not a superior paint job that's what you got. Interestingly enough I don't know a single body shop, mechanic shop or subway sandwich shop for that matter in the area that would say such a thing other than this place. I was given a discount for doing business with Marks sister Angela and having utilized her company for 10+ years but he most certainly took that away once I complained about the sub par workmanship at his shop.
