I thought I had the wrong place. I got in and the interior was not auto shop at all but more diner. If you get in early enough, there's coffee, donuts and popcorn all on a donation basis. The man behind the counter took me and my car for a spin and was able to tell me just what was wrong and that it would cost about 150 dollars to fix it. I'm lucky enough to have a father who does auto repair. I popped out, called him and told him what was said. He told me I'd be dumb not to go there. I've been going ever since. I've never once felt like I was being talked down to. One of the techs even helped disassemble my bike - something I was completely clueless to - and put it in the trunk of my newly repaired car. First I will start by saying Shawn iwas polite and responsive initially.He was hired to install new…read morerotors and brakes, which he did in a timely manner During the process,he blew out the master cylinder when compressing all the calipers at the same time .With this knowledge,he finished putting things back together and packed up. He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.

Two years ago, my RV trailer lights went out during a trip to Door County. A place in Green Bay fixed the electrical connection, and it lasted for a year. Then it went out again. A place in Illinois tried, but couldn't fix it. Another place in Illinois said they fixed it. But when I moved up here to Chippewa Falls, and connected up the RV, no lights. Brad fixed it. And like the name, his charges were very reasonable. I'll go there again when I need something else fixed, and so should you. Ask around the community; Brad's has an excellent reputation.
