He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. Two years ago, my RV trailer lights went out during a trip to Door County. A place in Green Bay fixed the electrical connection, and it lasted for a year. Then it went out again. A place in Illinois tried, but couldn't fix it. Another place in Illinois said they fixed it. But when I moved up here to Chippewa Falls, and connected up the RV, no lights. Brad fixed it. And like the name, his charges were very reasonable. I'll go there again when I need something else fixed, and so should you. Ask around the community; Brad's has an excellent reputation.

Full synthetic oil change took less than 1 hour and they were flexible with my appt since I called and said I would be an hour late to my appt. Total came to around $70 for a full synthetic oil/filter change but they also have coupons online and in their flyers for $10 off which made this one of the cheapest and quickest places to get a job like that done. The waiting room was comfortable, free wifi, and free drinks (coffee, water, tea) for people to enjoy in there. All in all, a good experience and price that is hard to bear for any of your car needs!
