I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that

First I will start by saying Shawn iwas polite and responsive initially.He was hired to install new…read morerotors and brakes, which he did in a timely manner During the process,he blew out the master cylinder when compressing all the calipers at the same time .With this knowledge,he finished putting things back together and packed up. He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.

I took my 9-month old vehicle here because it was the only option covered by the insurance of the…read moreat-fault driver. Everyone I spoke with at Gerber was very kind through the process. I was quoted for 6 days, and had my vehicle back in 2. However, the quality of the repair was very poor. Several scratches were missed and buffing compound was all over the door crevices and plastic trim when I received it (it cannot be removed from the plastic so this will have to be replaced). They took my vehicle back for a second time and offered me a ride to work for that day, and the swirling somewhat improved, but they did not fix some of the small scratches. I am now having another shop fix their work. Gerber also asked me to indicate on the Carwise review to say my vehicle did not have to be brought back in, in order to improve their online ratings. Photos included. Update: One day after posting this, someone with the same name as one of the technicians posted his own 5-star review claiming to be a customer. Super shady stuff going on here.
