That was not the problem. They were starting to feel desperate. They made it to a Holiday Gas station (where they felt comfortable with all involved) They spent the night in Eau Claire. In the morning, the car was towed to Interstate Automotive. The owner is Moose. He and his crew Mike, Nick and Dan were Fantastic, friendly, helpful and oh so quick to repair my parents alternator. My parents do not use Yelp, but wanted to make sure that anyone that travels through the area, or lives near will be in Great hands! 5 stars, and many compliments to all involved! (we are from the Chicagoland area. Service like this is hard to come by) Thanks guys!!

Here's what happens when you hit a deer (see before picture): The front end of my car was smashed,…read morethe deer was injured, and I was worried about getting to work the next day. After working with Superior Auto Body (see picture again): I found them extremely helpful, going above and beyond in their quality, value, and exceptional service. My ease of mind was lifted, as any car accident can be stressful. Amanda was preemptive and sympathetic, calling Enterprise to coordinate a rental car for me. Jamie even helped me get to the rental car place and was knowledgeable and passionate about cars. These people love what they do! Brian helped me work with my insurance so I didn't have to coordinate or even sweat it. I only had to pay $250 out of pocket for a $3k repair. This is the best auto place I've ever used!! Their great service makes a crummy situation a silver lining. I'll definitely be coming back here to fix my car needs in future! :) thank you superior auto body!

I asked them to match my color of my suv a bit closer then what they sprayed on it total wrong…read moreshade. They said it would be under their warranty and it would be covered cool. I get there and because its under warranty they were giving me a loaner of theirs but then they tell me I can't use it for work I couldn't take it out of state and I couldn't put very many miles on it. We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. I will say they did do a good job with the paint ( other then the color matching) and turn around was in a good timely matter but be sure to cheak and make sure your happy with their results before you leave or find someone else 2 stars for my experience with them for that

It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. It had tiger stripes, orange peel, overspray, other issues I can't remember. It's been a few years. They actually had the audacity to tell me, you paid for a basic paint job not a superior paint job that's what you got. Interestingly enough I don't know a single body shop, mechanic shop or subway sandwich shop for that matter in the area that would say such a thing other than this place. I was given a discount for doing business with Marks sister Angela and having utilized her company for 10+ years but he most certainly took that away once I complained about the sub par workmanship at his shop. They repaired the things that were needing repair after a customer complained but I've would never return to this clown show facility again.
