A while ago, my Cadillac wouldn't start. I paid Youngstedts $8-900 to fix my car and make it run…read more Everything they were doing was completely over my head. Seemed like a lot of things were unnecessary. Unfortunately less than a week later my car still wouldn't start leaving me unable to go to work. What exactly was the money I paid for? All I asked was to make my car go from point A to point B. Unfortunately I brought it back and still had to pay for the parts that were actually wrong. They admitted that they didn't test the proper electrical things the original time. Extremely upset that I paid for things that were not absolutely necessary. I never wanted to pay $1000 that I didn't have, but I needed to go to work. Be careful with these people if you do not know a lot about cars and are in a predicament I later had faith in them and brought my car back to have this insane popping noise looked at. They told me it was nothing and that they cut a piece of plastic off my car that was hanging. I later got an oil change at a BASIC oil change place. Within 5 minutes they noticed that a sway bar link was broken. Wondering why they weren't able to see that, because they called me a few times wondering what sound I even heard. I have to wonder if they played me or if they really are just that clueless.

I tried to get family Automotive to repair my vehicle no matter what the cost and yet again they said they couldn't do it because they'd have to get the service done somewhere else. sounds like a scam because it's a scam. now keep in mind I'm homeless and that's why I had the Grant from this business in Chippewa to repair my vehicle I chose family Automotive because they had competitive prices which did me no good in the end except I lost the place where I was staying which is my car for $100 when all it needed was a fuel pump. this is not a auto repair shop, this is a tow service and scrap yard. don't waste your time!

My dealing with them is RUN FAR. They text all am saying…read morethey would be there about 8 am then a little while later be there 9 then little while later 10 then a little while later 11 Then show up 1145 and had someone waiting for them entire time A weak old lady shows up with a car trailer to haul a 500LB motorcycle and couldn't even load it!!!! Almost dropped bike multiple times trying So waited for MY brother to come and help load it Then the lady thru one strap over the seat and no wheels chocks and said she was leaving. My brother got on the trailer and showed her how the bike can move a foot to the left or to the right and NO WAY was it making it 1 stop or 1 brake or 1 corner She admits she has never hauled a motorcycle ever and is going to start with my $20,000 motorcycle. This company sent her out with no motorcycle loading equipment. My brother then suggested how to do it, but she still did it some of her own way and strapped it to the rim and in the pics looks like the straps are reefing on my spokes and are most likely bent and most likely rims are scratched from the cheap straps she had, most likely my bars with be scratched from not using the proper straps as well. Most likey with No wheel chock she put too much pressure on my fork seals and they will be leaking. She would not have made it to the corner and had to drive from Columbus to Milwaukee like 75 miles.
