So I took it to Hallie Auto to get a second opinion. I asked them to check them over and verify. Well they didn't and just replaced them and $1200 later I still had the same issue. Come to find out it was just a $65 dollars Valve cover and gasket. A couple months later my girlfriends was going on a long road trip. She wanted to get a oil change and tire rotation. Couldn't get it any place other then Hallie Auto before the trip. So I bit the bullet and took it over there. My girlfriend was on the way for her trip, and had a sound coming from the bottom of her vehicle. She pulled in to the nearest automotive place. She found out that the lugs had never been tightened after the tire rotation. I call the owner of Hallie Auto., told him about it, and all he could say was "Oh, Ok, thanks for letting me know". He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.
