Roy did an excellent job of giving me options of tires and prices. Scheduled to get me in quickly.

Awful. Had two used tires mounted balanced and installed. They tried to retrain my tpms sensors. In doing so they damaged the gem module. Car worked perfect before they did procedure. Now dash light it on and all interior lights are flashing. They say they didn't do anything to cause it. They say it was damaged before because it wouldn't go into learn mode using the Ford manual sequence. The Lincoln tech says they had no reason to relearn in the first place since it was the same tpms sensors. Worse yet, the procedure works on the car. The tech was just too impatient. Now it will cost over $100 to fix the damaged caused by putting two $50 tires on my car. read more

So, I called around about tires as well as alinement... I had this place recommended to me, so I figured I'd give it a shot..I talk to Roy and he seemed pretty nice.... I got my tires put in at another place and decided to go with affordable tire for my alinement...Here's my experience.. I got there a few minutes early for my appointment... Then proceeded to wait for a while because no one was at the front desk.. Eventually someone came out and acknowledged me a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time.. I waited in store for my alinement to be done.. After a little over a half an hour some shady dude came in, asked if I was me, and proceeded to tell me I would need another roughly 600 in work before they could do the alinement... also told me he didn't have time to do any of it and I'd have to reschedule... so, I said I'd reschedule and I haven't... As I started my car I knew something was off.. on my way home my car started making a noise I hadn't heard before... I felt sick... I knew I shouldn't have went to this shady establishment... I called my dad who had last looked at my car.. He was puzzled that I would need that much work done... So, they may have resonance prices... But I will never trust them for any work on any of my vehicles... I recommend going some place you went before if they did a good job.. Or I can tell you a few places in Menomonie... Never this place... If I do end up needing all this so called work done, I'll edit this review... Until then, it stands as is... read more

Needed front tires for our 09 Corvette on very short notice on a Saturday. 6/2/18. Only place within 125 miles that had any. Got two used, 95% tread for a great price. They were unable to mount them (we called on a Saturday at 10:30, they close at 12 so this is understandable) and were willing to sell us the tires anyways. We found a tire shop (across the road from them) who would install them and due to time constraints, I asked these guys if they would run them across the road due to the hour long trip we were going to make in order to get the "other guys" (who also close at 12) to install them. Affordable said they did not deliver tires but when I explained my time and distance issue, they did make an exception. When I got to the "other place", they had a bay open and our tires waiting to mount and balance. Thanks A-T for being honest and helpful during our hour of need. Even though we had to understandably go elsewhere to get the tires mounted, you did not flinch and helped us to the best of your ability at that moment. You earned a return customer. read more

I was traveling through the area for work and had run over a nail, which damaged my tire enough to need replacement. I had called 5 different tire repair shops and none had the ones I needed. When I called Affordable, they quickly confirmed they had mine in stock. Getting quotes from the others I was expecting to shell out close to $200 for one tire and installation, but Nate was able to find me a used tire and install it in less than 20 minutes for only $60.
