*Updated* Did self-service. 1 Min in tube above broke. Sprayed that yellow crap all over me and my car. Had to back up to clean the previous mess. 10 dollars. Didn't even fully clean my car because I didn't want to get charged more. Update I was called the next day early after labor day. A man talked to me, was very nice, and gave me a refund for both washes I had to do. Quick and EZ. I guess the owners of Gilmore own this place, so maybe there was a change of ownership compared to other reviews. read more

I agree with Chris A in last post they do not give change AND I agree with Katie R. I had issues, paid for a $10 wash, it washed my vehicle as far as the pretty pink/purple smelly stuff and the damn door went up, the dryer came on and it never finished the job. I had to go into the self serve stall to finish cleaning off my car! I called them and no answer for over a week, I kept trying , the old bat who answered took my address and said she would send refund, never heard a word or seen a refund. ALSO , I stopped the couple behind me who already had put their ten bucks in and told them it was broke, I can imagine they never got their money back either! I need their phone number again, as I live 45 minutes from Winona, and the phone number on web site is from the old business. Whetstones apparently own it...they better own up! read more

I have called them twice, since Saturday as I paid for the $7 carwash & I went in and it said it was out of order, after the car ahead of me went through fine. They won't return my call to either refund me or give me the car wash I paid for. Yes it was over a holiday weekend, but they could've called today. I just left another voicemail. Hopefully someone returns my call. They even give a phone number for a totally different car wash. I feel bad for the other business getting phone calls, for issues with EZ. read more

Thieves, trashy, rubbish - are words best suited for this wash. You can tell how bad it is just by how the labels for the wash are missing and replaced with printer paper that is taped into the slots. I am new in town and thought it was the only touch less wash, not only is it rubbish, this was my second time I paid for a wash and didn't receive it. I left several messages on the contact number but never got a call back. I will never go to this wash again, apparently the owner is a trailer trash who doesn't know business. You may be able to steal a few dollars here and there, but once you let down enough customers you can say goodbye to your business. I actually heard a rumor that the guy who owns this wash is associated with Gordies garage on huff street - that would explain a lot and EVERYONE in Winona knows how bad Gordies is haha, I don't even have to type anything about that. Btw the number atm is incorrect, seems like the owner used the number of the gilmore car wash which is down the street, presumably to defer all complaints.... very professional. I went to E-Z Car Wash for the first time today and will not be going back. I usually use the automatic wash at the chain convenience store, but thought I would support a small business instead. E-Z Car Wash is generally run down and the wash bay (I used the 1st bay on the left) smelled like an old garbage can. Nevertheless, I put in enough quarters (only takes quarters, and only one of the cash exchangers works) for about 6 1/2 minutes, and away I went, only to get nothing but cold water - no soap, no wax, just water at varying pressures depending on the setting I switched to. A waste of time and money, and now my car is a spotted mess. read more
