When I talked to the assistant manager about it, he lied to me twice in 2 sentences. Even when I caught him in his lies, he lied more to cover it up. I tried to contact the business/owners, and it appears they have gone missing and don't respond to anything. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Stopped in to the Service Department Monday morning shortly after open. I explained to Mark that I had a FOB issue last week and now the horn honks when I "lock" the doors But the doors aren't actually locking. Mark ran several scenarios... locking it from different areas in the bay..... of course, never repeated the issue for him. Due to no fault of his own, Mark was unable to help me. I very much appreciated that he declined to charge me $150 by running a DTC(?) or DCT(?) check on it, but that wouldn't guarantee he would find an issue, since there wasn't one he was seeing. So I said I would be in town a few more days and if the issue arose again I would be back.
