Not only did Grant, the owner and operator answer the phone but he gave me a much better deal and did more than the front end! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready the next day. It looks perfect. Things I never even thought about are protected such as the head lamps, inside the door handles and the top of the back bumper. I am impressed with the final result and I am very happy with the price I paid. Grant, the owner/operator gave me a tour of his shop, answered all of my questions and really made this a very easy process. Protect-A-Shield was an afterthought for me. After visiting shops recommended by friends and internet groups, I wanted to exhaust options so called Matt the owner. I stopped by and chatted with him and saw his operation. Compared to the others, it was on a different level. His team was impeccable in their detail and attention to quality. The shop was spotless, and Matt was eager to show me how he did PPF wrapping which left few exposed edges and blended seamlessly into the paint. In his shop were Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and Teslas. He was in a class of his own. Protect-A-Shield was not the cheapest option nor the most expensive. But for the quality it was definitely worth it. When my Model S arrived at the dealer, I picked it up and drove it over. Matt found some serious paint defects and worked with me to get them repaired. I'm the kind of guy who asks a ton of questions, does his research and demands excellence before spending my hard earned cash. Hans more than delivered. He downright shine. He has more tint options than your average shop and he will explain why he recommends certain products over others. I went with SolarGard all around. Here's the kicker, I work from home so that particular day of my install I had a work meeting stacked day. I asked him if I could find a little nook in his shop to work out of. I showed up in the middle of a conference call earbuds in and all and as soon as I got to his shop he knew who I was and led me directly to his air conditioned office without saying a word.
