My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! Anyone needing repair, or simply wanting to 'pimp their ride', look no further! You'll be amazed at how awesome these gents are! Thank you Alex and crew!

I checked around and was going to go with a place that offered me 2k. Although I already decided on who to use I gave Ghost Labs a call because they were recommended. Not only did Grant, the owner and operator answer the phone but he gave me a much better deal and did more than the front end! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready the next day. It looks perfect. Things I never even thought about are protected such as the head lamps, inside the door handles and the top of the back bumper. I am impressed with the final result and I am very happy with the price I paid. Grant, the owner/operator gave me a tour of his shop, answered all of my questions and really made this a very easy process. Once contacted for a quote on my car, Shawn was clear about pricing and very accommodating, not to mention competitive with their pricing. Once I saw the shop and met up in person I could instantly tell this was the place I was looking for. I recommended that a friend was interested in tinting their car as well. Being that we have that same car, I thought if I was impressed with the business, my friend would be too. Shawn was able to get them in same day. After the first week of installation, I had a few spots of concern. Texted Shawn and he was more than happy to take a look and resolve the issues.
