We have had Elite Mobile for the past 2+ years wash our RV at our home always on time and have always done a great job

We Had our 24 ft. Motorhome washed & waxed by Chris and his team. The initial result was great, but very soon afterwards the wax began to turn yellow/orange. I didn't expect much help from complaining, but at the encouragement (insistence?) of my wife called them back. To their credit, they redid the entire job at no charge! It's wonderful in this sometimes unscrupulous world to find a company that stands behind their work. Thank You Chris!! read more

I ordered the "Special", interior and exterior detail which was listed at $200.00. Once I told them it was a Jaguar SUV (small) the price jumped $100. Ok, whatever, I needed it done. The gentlemen showed up on time and were very courteous. The job took them about an hour and half, but was not what I would consider a "complete" detail, especially a $300.00 detail. Car was clean, but still had bugs in certain places. I could still see haze in the paint. Once I got in the car I found parts of the interior that were still dirty. Then, my wife goes to leave the driveway and as soon as she pulls out all of the water in the upper rear hinge/cover area runs all over the rear of the car and puts streaks down the back. So basically, they did a mediocre job, with no attention to detail. I would not recommend. read more

My wife's truck had a run in with an old lady and too much telillya. Needless to say, the passenger seat took the brunt of this abuse of alcohol. We need to get the smell of everything left over gone asap. I called many companies and the earliest time given was next week. I called Elite and they came the same day! On a weekend, came to our home. they came when they said, they were there for almost 3 hours. Chris & his helper did an amazing job! I'm impressed and happy and they are kind! I wanted my van fully detailed so I contacted Elite Mobile Auto Detail. I was quoted $250.00 for a complete detail. Appointment was set but I received a call that they weren't going to be able to make it and rescheduled for the next day. Once they arrived and inspected my van's interior I asked if they would be able to get the clean the cloth seats and I was told yes. I asked the other person if they buffed out scratches. I was told yes for $250.00. He checked the depth of the scratches abs said that some were too deep but others would be good. I asked if there was a guarantee and the person said "I can show you ". He buffed out a few scratches and although not completely gone it was 80% better so I gave $250 to buff out scratches. A couple hours later I was told that they were finished. I came out to look at the van and was astonished that the buffing on one side of the van looked great but the other side looked untouched. I asked about it and was told that was the best that could be done. I told them that if they were not going to be able to buff out BOTH sides of the van that they should've told me and I would've opted not to waste my money. I also noticed that the headliner if the van was mot touched either. When I asked about the headliner I was told that was not included in the complete detail. So in essence I spent $500 cash to have my carpet and seats vacuumed, shampooed and HALF of my van buffed. When I called the owner Chris he started with "if you took your van to a body shop it would cost more than $300 to buff out scratches". I told him ok but if his guys knew that they would not be able to buff it to my satisfaction BEFORE paying they should've said so. I stated that I paid $500 cash and did not get what I paid for. He was NOT aware that I paid $500 cash. Chris said he would come with them the next day to take a look. So when he got there we looked at the van. By this time the seats had fully dried and looked EXACTLY as they did b4 cleaning. I brought that to Chris' attention who replied "he cleaned them twice ". I asked what was the charge to clean 3 times or however many times to get them clean. No answer. There was also a grimy spot if something on the passenger interior door and he said it didn't come iff. I scratched it with my fingernail and guess what...it came off. The guy cleaned it. We then talked about the buff job. He restated that it would cost more than $300 to have a body shop do it. I restated that they shouldn't have taken my $$ if they were not able to buff to my satisfaction. He said "they buffed the whole van for you for no charge". I said ok but I didn't ask for entire van to be buffed only what I paid for. He asked "how does everything else look?" I told him it looked the same as when they started and I wanted a $250 refund for the buff job. Their website says "your satisfaction is our top priority" but Chris was not willing to do that. He said he could give me $100 and told the guy clean the seats again. I reluctantly took the $100 and went inside. I got a txt that they were done and left. When I looked at the van THEY ONLY RE-CLEANED THE 2 FRONT SEATS BUT NOT THE BACK SEATS! I called Chris but he didn't answer. I txtd him twice more and to this day have not received a reply. I wasn't going to post a review but after being ignored I decided to go ahead. A full detail entails A FULL DETAIL. That means windows, door jams, interior, wax residue left behind, vacuum, shampoo seats and mats (I didn't have mats) and honesty should include headliner or at least the visors. read more

Three years later, my car needed extra TLC and I called Elite Mobile to the rescue. The results were superbly the same. The guys worked hard as if my car was theirs. They got only 4 stars this time because of their payment app. It caused a lot of grief. Please update the app! read more

I have never had the outside detailed in the 4 years I have had it, so the hood and roof of my car were starting to feel rough, show scratches, and signs of oxidation. They were able to smooth it all out and make my car look as close to new as they could get. They also did a great job on the inside! All of the stains were removed and my car smells so good! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out and did a full detail on my car for $160. It looked great until I realized they used wax and other compounds on the factory vinyl stripes and ruined them. I called and asked for them to fix it, they never returned my call. I then called and asked for them to replace them because they could not be repaired. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was they would give me 50% off a future service. Why would I ever go back to this company and let them ruin my vehicle again? Don't trust this worthless company that has no idea what they are doing or how to properly work on a vehicle. Just because you have a van and car cleaning supplies does not mean you are a reputable company. You need to close up shop and go find a job that you know how to do. I read a lot of the reviews and decided to go with these guys. I was not disappointed. These guys were here within the time frame, they worked really hard on my car and my car looks phenomenal. They buffed out a lot of oxidation and scratches. The upholstery looks amazing. I have two dogs that are always riding in the car, there is no sign of dog hair/dog smell. Booked Elite today and when they showed up they tried to upcharge me almost $50 more for each car we had booked to wash the cars we had booked for details. When they called the owner who I made the appointment with and objected to the dishonesty, I was told, "It's okay, we're very busy." So, I asked them to leave. read more

Had 2 guys come out to detail my car they spent 2 hours on the car after they said they finished and paid them. I went over the car a day after only to find that they sprayed down the pannels on the right side of the car but didnt wipe it down even had spray on the windows. I text there boss to inform him what didnt get done and he sent the same guys over again I showed them what didnt get done and all they did was wipe the windows down that had the overspray not even the side panels that was loaded in spray. Never informed me they left. The corner of the seats never got wiped down. The center consol was dirty as hell. They had overspray and food in the back consol. I had to spend 4 hours of my time yesterday to take care of everything that was missed. Never again going to use these horible detailers again. I even took photos on how bad it was. I had bought a new motorcycle and needed it cleaned. Obviously I wasn't going to run it though the car wash so I thought I would give these guys a shot. Might as well let them clean my truck to while they were here. They showed up on time and were pleasant to deal with and displayed professionalism you don't see as much as you should anymore. Before I got busy and went to do my own thing I peered in there van and the company has actually invested in the equipment to do the job right. Way better than two guys and a harbor freight sprayer showinging up. The end result my bike looked better than when the dealership gave it to me and the wheels on my old pickup haven't looked this good in 10 years. The pricing is competitive with the gas station really but i was able to go about my day while they worked instead being trapped at a greasy gas station. Great job will use again read more

Chris and his team do an unbelievably great job detailing my Jeep Wrangler. This is the second time that I have had them do detailing and there is no one else I would go to. My exterior and interior are black and shows every bit of desert dust. It looks brand new when they're done. He used a deodorizing treatment on the interior and it smells fresh.
