Wow, the easiest, five stars hands-down. Not only does my car look brand new, including removing multiple, several, severe stains from all of the seats, but the customer service that we experienced was amazing! Super communicative, very thorough, and we were offered a free second shampooing within the same week of our original detail. It's been a few days and it still smells amazing in my car, not overwhelming either. This was not the cheapest quote I received for detailing my car, however, I did get a discount for taking it to the location, which was my preference. I've used Effortless a couple of times now and have only had great experiences through and through. They are essentially my go to detailing service here in the valley. Ive unfortunately had some sick passengers in my car so I needed them to come and detail my interior along with detailing the exterior as well. When I requested a quote on Yelp, they were very quick to reply unlike some of the other services I reached out too. Josh went above and beyond and actually called me within minutes of the quote I sent to schedule the appointment. And what was nice was that they have both in person and mobile services which made it much easier on me because I didn't have to drive a car full of vomit to them. Every time I've used them, the guys that have come to detail have been extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. They did a great job cleaning the interior and removing all of the vomit making it feel like the car was brand new. They also did a thorough job of cleaning the exterior and offered recommendations to maximize the cleaning. There was one point where I wanted to do a headlight restoration but instead of just agreeing and charging me more, they advised me that it wasn't a good idea and was a waste of money because all the dirt was on the inside of my lights and the restoration wouldn't do much to actually clean and restore the lights. I respected that because they genuinely wanted to help me rather than just taking my money. And after about 2 hours, my car looked and smelt brand new and I couldn't have been happier. From a pricing perspective, they're definitely not the cheapest but also not close to being super expensive either. I think they price out their services very well considering the quality of work that they do and the way they treat their customers. This company subcontracted my work to a shop in Tempe. 1 driver and 1 passenger side (doors) mid size Suv took them 3 hours ( estimated 45min when booked) due to unsuccessful work because the pro was not at the seen so I had to go back due to my complaint to the original company that I called and book appointment. The owner made personal attacks because I requested text messages instead of phone calls during the day. I shouldn't have to answer my phone because it's convenient for him. I'm the customer and I replied to all the text messages that were sent to me. It took 7 days to see the hole in my stick shift because it can't be seen when the car is in gear. I'm the only person that uses my car so I would have known if I caused that damage. The owner brought up giving me $120 off the service. I declined because I wasn't trying to get money from them when I posted my experience at their business. However, now that the cover on my shifter has been damaged, I asked for the $120 so I could apply it towards the repair. Of course there was no reply to my request. read more

Michael was great to deal with! We got 2 cars tinted a few weeks ago. They are great!! We weren't between the 70% and 90% - Michael supported our decision. Were did a mobile appt -- worth the small fee extra. The 3 guys were having some difficulty the morning of our appt. The communication was great since they were a little late. They had both cars tinted in about 2 hours. Let me tell you -- THIS IS A LIFE SAVER IN AZ HEAT!! We ended up going with the 70% reduction, the pricing was more what we were looking for (90% was about $200 more per car). I am SO happy with the tint!! I went in for a full-body polish + clay bar last week, after having a less than stellar experience going in for complete full car detailing. Michael, the owner, had called me prior, listened to me about my experience, and asked me how they could make it up to me. We had agreed on returning for an additional service that I was interested in. My second experience was great. He met me upon my arrival, oversaw the exterior service, and assisted in the quality check to make sure everything was perfect. We talked a bit about how he started his business, how many years they had been in business, and how much they truly enjoyed working on cars. He has a way of making a customer feel welcomed and heard. I don't often write bad reviews, but after finally getting my issue taken care of with a body shop, I'm definitely confident in saying that Effortless may not be a very trustworthy shop for paint correction or services aside from standard detailing (I'm sure they are great for that!) My hood had previously had the clear coat burned off by another Detailer (LS Detailing). I brought it by for Michael to take a look and he decided he couldn't do anything for it and I should reach out to a paint/body shop. He helpfully recommended one and I was going to happily contact him and get it painted, now that I knew for sure that it was what I should do. However, Michael started looking at the car closer and said that he actually could fix it after all! I was skeptical because other Detailers had also told me that paint was the best option. I pressed him on this to make sure that it would be very hard to notice once he was done and he said it would. I reiterated that I only wanted to do one more service on the car, either paint or paint correction, and did not want to do the service if I might still have to paint it. To this, he was confident and said he could correct it. When we came back to his shop, it was unfortunately in a very similar state. He acted like he never told me he could fix it and it was just a game of chance (Again, this was his initial stance, but he had changed his mind and said he could fix it). I never would have spent another penny on paint correction if it wasn't going to be close to perfect. In the end, he still wanted to charge full price. I talked him down a little if I remember right but I believe that most ethical Detailers would not charge if they couldn't deliver what was promised. Perhaps it was just an off day for him, based on all of the stellar reviews (which is why we went to him). We ended up with the same embarrassing hood on this car, but luckily we just found a great auto body shop to repaint it once and for all and now it looks good as new. Photo is from after effortless service. Update after Michael's Response: - photos are from July 6, all time stamped. - complete lies from Michael that he told me it would be a temporary fix. I had no interest in a temporary fix and was more than Happy to get it painted if that's what it needed. In fact, I'd asked for painter recommendations when it was looking like that was the only fix - I'm not sure why you are defending LS Detail, I am adding the photo showing before and after they worked on it. I understand there was some damage but they burned the rest off. Photos don't lie. I labeled the photo so people would not think Effortless made it worse, that was only LS, effortless just didn't fix it. I have been told by several detailers that the main mistake of LS Detail was not properly doing a test spot. And LSDetail themselves admitted that they had completely messed it up - Finally, in response to Michael's photos: the car looked decent but not exactly like that when we picked it up (it had time to dry). Every time the car is washed/wet it looked decent until it had a chance to dry, it even looked decent for an hour or two after LS detail finished. Again my photos are time stamped after Michael worked on the car. Please stop the lies. - My girlfriend just reminded me that, when we went to pick up the car and Michael had done the test spot, we asked how long it would last before it went back to how it was and that's when he said "I don't think it will go back." We did not ask that he do the whole hood until he gave his opinion that it was a permanent fix. It would simply make no sense to waste $100 on a temporary fix I truly have nothing to gain by making anything up, if anyone is reading this please look at how positive the majority of my reviews are, I just want to warn anyone looking for anything other than a routine detailing job to be wary of Michael. It is extra concerning that he has gone to such lengths to lie. read more

Hate saying a company is bad - but wasn't a fan. Had them remove some coffee stains from my car for $129. The company says $129 for full detail. I paid for this just for interior cleaning. Employee charged me 250- we got it adjusted back to the original- all good. Found out my iPhone charger was taken later- never returned. The extractor chemical didn't come out entirely of the seats, so I asked if they would come back- they said no, and I had to drive it 30 minutes out of my way. Whatever- drove it down there said it would be 10 minutes. It was 1.3 hours till I left. Seats looked good- there garage is a little dark also when I inspected it I thought it was all good. Got home and now the center console was in worse shape. I complained again was told they gave me a chance to look at everything before I left. Didn't realize I was a supervisor as well. I would pass on working with them- awaiting a call back from the owner still- not sure why a detail would taken to 5 hours in my time. read more
