Save yourself and find a more repeatable establishment. There are a bunch of kids working here that have no idea what they are doing. I could have cleaned myself and saved myself the trouble. Overall I was not impressed with the interior or exterior detailing of my vehicle. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and was quoted 2.5 hours to perform the service. Initially I planned to wait, but then decided to head home instead. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I revived a message from them stating that my car was ready. After inspection of the vehicle, I noticed that the from didn't look as is it was detailed. At best it looked like I ran it through a $10 car. As I further inspected my car, I noticed that the front wasn't vacuumed, my driver side mat was not really clean, there was still a ton of dirt inside the doors and at the base of the car. Keep in mind I paid for the top tier package. I selected this establishment based on the reviews from Yelp. Per the reviews on Yelp, they appeared to do really good work. Josh (I believe was the office manager) was great. Very professional. He inspected the car with me. Was very apologetic and went to clean my car himself. When I walked in the back, several kids were standing around watching him. Very disappointing. The steering wheel is sticky, not sure what was used to clean it. The driver side seatbelt and interior door was still dirty. The driver seat still has a few stains that I'll need to remove myself. In the end, lesson learned. Update: I spoke with Michael, so I'm not exactly sure why the update to his response states that they left me a couple of voicemails and text messages. That being said, Michael did try and remedy the situation. However, I made it clear that I was in the process of selling the vehicle that they detailed, which was the sole purpose of getting a detail in the first place. Michael then offered to give me a discount on my new vehicle and stated that he would add it to my file. While I appreciate the offer, I think I'll take my chances elsewhere. Thanks read more

Josh was quick to respond to my request for a quote for an engine bay wash and detail. I got a handful of quotes from other companies, although Effortless wasn't the cheapest, actually they were the highest, they offered a discount if I drove to their shop. I didn't mind doing that so I scheduled an appointment with them. My truck's engine bay was filthy after going mudding. I am very impressed with how it turned out! VERY SATISFIED! I've never used a mobile auto detailing/cleaning service before. I was not sure what to expect. Now I do. I am super happy. My wife needed her 2017 Ford Explorer interior cleaned because we have 3 small kids and the seats/upholstery has never been cleaned before. They were pretty filthy. I did the $129 interior detail. Raul was super nice and punctual. My main concern was the driver and passenger seats and they were able to get the seats as clean as they possibly could. The drivers seat still has a little mark but I wasn't expect everything to come out 100% for the basic detail price. But everything in the interior (including the trunk) is sparkling clean! Initially my car was returned to me with some swirl marks in the clearcoat after having completed a full interior and exterior detail with Effortless. While this was pretty disappointing I later learned this was apparently caused by some brand new microfiber towels that were contaminated with some industrial residue from the factory. I scrolled and reached out to several mobile detailing enterprises. EMAS reached out right away and explained there services in detail. I tested them out on my wife's 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. Fries, m&m's, straw wrappers, and sauce packets under the seats. Muddy paw prints from taking our big fur babies to the dog park park. Crumbs and debris in every nook and cranny. No easy task. The van looked like it rolled out of the showroom like the day we bought it except better. Wheels, windows and trim not neglected at all. Couldn't get the scratches out but that would almost require magic. Bottom line... I'll use them again. In fact. They are tackling my 08' Dodge Charger. I got my SUV detailing at their business. Everyone here was super nice to us. I receive 15% off for using the service at-store. My car got taken care of by 3 people and everyone seems professional. The thing I like is they do an inside check first and then bring my car outside to check it again with sunlight. And manager make a final check with me to make sure I'm happy with everything before I left. In the end, I still see little hair left on the back and I told the manager if I could get a vacuum a little bit to remove the hair. They were so helpful, that they took the whole vacuum outside and start vacuuming.
