My only complaint is about the way they schedule the service. They will call you and you have to spend 5+ minutes talking with them. I had EMAS do a full service on my 2016 Tacoma and basic service on my 2021 Yukon, both mobile at my home. I have two large dogs that ride in my Tacoma often, so paid a little extra for the dog hair removal. The team spent a good amount of time removing the hair and I was impressed overall. The value for what they provide is very good, I was impressed overall with the results. The most noteworthy reason I will use this service again was not the quality of the detail but the customer service I was provided. I noted several issues after the service and I received a prompt response and EMAS quickly did their best to address my issues and make them right. Well the guys did a fantastic job on the cars! They look great. They were at my home for like 8 hours so they work hard and do good work. Now for my complaints. The did the work inside my garage which I thought was fine, but now there's chemicals and grim on my brand new epoxy floor. There are some black marks on my white wall now too. Some of the pavers in front on the garage are now discolored. I didn't mentioned that this is a brand new home. I have been in it less than 10 days. I would recommend taking your car into a retailer in order to elevate this issues. Look like I have to paint a wall, replace some pavers and clean the chemicals off my epoxy floor. Guys did a very good job.. encountered some minor issues which were quickly resolved. Probably the best detailing my cars have seen. They did it all in my garage out of the sun which was really nice. Just know that if you opt for letting them work on your garage you are gonna have a bit of a mess to clean up on your garage floor. I had three cars done and it took them from 8:30 till 4:30. They did what they were supposed to do. I wasn't too impressed with the service from the techs that came out to me or the overall look of the car afterwards. I was happy with the water spot removal, but the standard detail left a lot to be desired as far as clean up, and they left my front grille a little bit crusty (I can't think of a better word). I definitely wouldn't pay what I paid again (over $300 for just exterior with the spot removal). And don't fall for the "polymer coating" shtick, it definitely doesn't leave the shine they say it would and I would've rather had my car waxed, whether or not the polymer is "better". I've always waxed my cars and have been way happier with the results and haven't had any paint issues yet. read more

I have a 2013 Corolla that had marring and buffing swirls from a previous paint job and buff and polish... mobile team 2 did a fantastic job with both the interior and exterior. All of the imperfections left by the previous job are gone! There were very deep stains of unknown substance on the seats that I wish would have lifted more, but due to the manner of the substance stains, it's 100% understandable and realistic. I just had an Audi Q5 detailed today. Purchased the complete full car package which includes the interior and exterior of the vehicle. They did a great job on the interior cleaning from the window, door panels, door jams, vents, carpet, mats and leather seats. The family golden retriever frequently travels in the vehicle and when I picked up the car you would've never known there a dog was in the vehicle. A bonus was their products smell great. AMAZING JOB! The exterior was steamed washed removing any environmental elements. They worked hard to make sure all tar from roads I've traveled was completely removed. They even removed spots I thought were scratches, but was actual dirt. If you use them you will be very happy with the work they do. Their customer service is friendly and on time for appointments. These guys scrubbed my in interior until it looked like a new van inside! I have 3 little kids that eat in my van DAILY! I had thin seat covers on and food and drinks had leaked through to the seats and also stains on the floor mats & dried up ketchup mess in my trunk! It was a messsss!! I'm happy I went with Effortless Mobile. Excellent communication from both the shop and the technicians. Pricing was transparent and fair - no last minute upcharges, fees were disclosed before booking. Our cars were in good shape before, but they brought them to a level of clean we couldn't do ourselves. Unfortunately, we couldn't take pictures before our dog made herself comfortable in the back seat. We did the Complete Interior detail package and it's absolutely worth it. There were a couple of spots missed or overlooked, but they came back out for a touch-up service the next day to fix it. That customer service alone is worth 5 stars.
