I brought my truck in for detailing and these guys did really a great job. I have a company car that was brought from Minnesota and as you can imagine little dirty and not very clean at all. Josh and Shane really did a great job and cleaning the interior of the car as well as the bed of the truck. I highly recommend this business to anyone that's looking for getting the car detailed. So my experience with these guys was nothing less than a headache. So first I was asked if I could make an appointment on the date that they sent me, within hours I responded and they said its no longer available and they can move me about 10 days out, (already frustrated) the day of my long-awaited appointment, I get a call at 7:48 (12 minutes to my appointment) saying that they actually don't have any Tint, mind you, I got up 3 hours earlier then normal to be there at my now 2nd scheduled appointment that was then canceled again. I could have spent that 10 days getting it done elsewhere and getting my car looking the way I intended without all this unprofessionalism. I then asked if there would be a discount for all this inconvenience and was told that they will remove the trip fee (gas money) to drive to me as scheduled. Our friend unfortunately got sick in our car, and my husband pulled over and cleaned it out the best he could in a parking lot. We called Effortless Mobile in Phoenix, and they returned our call within five minutes. That afternoon we took our car in to the shop, and they did a fantastic job cleaning our entire interior. I was able to let let do their work while i did my own thing which was extremely pleasant.
