I've been using Zendejas annually since 2013 but missed what felt like a couple of years due to Covid. Well I can tell you, they didn't miss a beat! Took my 2008 Honda Ridgeline to get the interior cleaned but after speaking with Alex, decided to get the full detail sans the engine. Just picked up my car from Zendejas. Ok, Alex can perform miracles on cars. I had paint overspray from a house painting all over my car. The car was neglected by the previous owner as far as cleaning. When I got it back, I was shocked how amazing it looks. I'm really particular and checked for any dirt in all sorts of nooks and crannies and nothing. It would have taken me a month to get it this clean and perfect looking. The paint feels like silk it's so smooth now. Even his shop was super clean. I think I have an organized garage but he makes me look silly. I guess you expect a detail shop to be...well...detailed. Bang for buck! I spoke with Alex and told him I was very picky about my detail since I would be selling my car to CarMax. I was already offered a pretty low offer from the dealer when I purchased my replacement and decided against it since I knew with the right detail I could get more for my car. Alex was straight up and said with my Mini they may need more time since there are plenty of crevices and nooks where grime and dust can hide. He suggested I drop off my car a day early so they could spend the necessary time on it. I've heard it before, it's a Mini it shouldn't take long because it's a SMALL car, well it's small but it holds dirt quite well. On details before, the detailers failed because the didn't clean the places I look at specifically when I'm trading in a car. Example battery compartment, the lip of the rubber seal on the top of the vehicle, stem valve on my tires for example. My car came out immaculate and I was so happy that I felt guilty for driving it! Needless to say, I got 2k more than what was offered to me for dealer trade. So for the cost, it was totally worth paying for my detail. Great job Alex and Alan doing a fabulous detail. read more

These guys are great! I have an older car (2002 Dodge Neon) and it was dull and lifeless. I called and set up an appointment for a Saturday. It was nice that they were willing to work with my wacky schedule. After a bad GPS malfunction, I had to call them about 6 times to get going the right way. They were so patient with me, vectoring me in, staying on the phone with me as I drove their. He even stood outside while on the phone so I could see him easily! They spent about 5 hours and she looked like a new car! The headlights were cleared, she got waxed and buffed. They treated all the rubber and plastic and cleaned the tires. Stay away!!! I booked with Riley's specialty detailing and was given zendejas address to drop off. Was told by Alex and Riley they are partners. Payed 1500 to have my 24 foot boat detailed and ceramic coated. Boat looked good out of the shop. Ceramic was completely useless. They only do one coat they said when all others do a minimum of 3 to make wipe down and cleaning easier. There was absolutely no point. Water spots and exhaust soot is harder to get off now more than ever. Should've detailed the inside myself and pay the 1500 to a real ceramic shop. Asked for a portion of my money back and both of them disappear and blame each other for the issues. Alex says Riley priced it wrong and Riley says Alex did the work. Terrible business ethics all the way around. read more

I have used Zendejas on a few occasions to wash our vehicle. Granted, $40 is pretty steep for a wash but they do excellent work. They are extremely thorough when it comes to washing your car and will make sure that every nook and cranny is dried thoroughly. I did not even have water flying off my mirrors when I picked my car up. They cleaned the inside thoroughly, treated the dash and vinyl, etc. In short, I was given the same level of service I come to expect from car washes in Chicago. They offer a mobile detail service that you will have to make an appointment for but, if it's anything like their basic wash, I will be using them for it. read more

I went back this week for interior, exterior detailing and steam cleaning of my engine. My truck is a 2003 Nissan. They have made my truck look brand new. I swear to you these guys are the best!!
