There's only one problem with using Sleek Image to detail your car, it will look so good you won't want to drive it. I honestly can't even imagine ever going anywhere else to get a car detailed now. The car wash up the street is ruined for me, like I just will never go there again. Ever. He's passionate about what he does, and it's obvious how much he cares about your vehicle. JD also took my car to get a ceramic tint at the same time as the detail. The level of service he provides doesn't really exist anywhere else. You can text him and set up maintenance washes after your detail and he will come to you with his tricked out van. He doesn't need your water or your power, he has it all in his mobile setup. He's also just a really nice guy. Warning, it'll make you want to care more about your car than you ever intended to. I utilized Sleek Image 3 weeks ago for a car that had likely never been detailed,...had been washed, but not *really* cleaned. It was a 2008 blue Prius with light beige fabric interior. There was a spill stain on the back seat, the armrest I thought was so dirty it was un-salvageable, the carpets up front were dirty and the paint, while okay, was dull. The car needed a good cleaning. JD came to my location to assess the car before quoting it. While he was late and that made me late for my appointment, the result of the car was worth it. And, since it was my first time using his company, I didn't want to knock down his rating based on this as it may have been a fluke. The only other "surprise" was that there is a 4% up-charge for using a credit card. It doesn't say this on Yelp or on the Sleek Image website. Ya, was a bit disappointed, but again, the workmanship on the detail was excellent and worth it in my opinion. When JD was done, the interior and exterior of this car literally looked brand new. No kidding. People can't believe this car is 11 years old, it's shocking! JD takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. The attention to detail is excellent. Not only does he clearly spend a lot of time and elbow grease but I'm guessing he also uses the best possible products, and he knows them, and it shows! So, the second car. Seriously, it looked like my kids were living in this thing. A black (ya, black) Mazda with gray leather interior. They had soda stains, food stains and who knows what other kinds of stains in the inside. Honestly, it was pretty gross. Strange, because my kids are super clean at home, this must have been the dumping ground while dad wasn't looking. The black paint had not been waxed for many, many years. It was dull and lifeless. The carpets - nasty! Seriously! Stains everywhere, dirty sticky door lock and window buttons, looked like these guys had never, ever, cleaned it. We paid a couple hundred dollars (worth it!!) for a serious detail with a good wax and light paint correction, engine detail, carpet shampoo, leather shampoo and treatment, wheel polishing, headlight clarifying the whole shooting match. I just picked it up tonight. To say I was DUMBFOUNDED would be an understatement. The car is 17 years old and I swear it looks 3 years old. I simply could not believe my eyes. The paint is glossy and shiny. The wheels are super shiny chrome and look new. The interior was the serious shocker,....it is so clean and fresh and literally looks brand new - I'm amazed! Carpets and seats look new, back seat looks never sat in. All the gross, grimy, sticky mess is gone. I wish I had taken before pictures of this homeless-hovel looking interior so you could compare. Check out the pics of this black Mazda Millenia S with the gray interior. The seats, dash, headliner, carpets, mats, trunk, engine, lights, paint - shocking!!! JD is a friendly and knowledgeable guy who takes pride in caring for his customers. He clearly cares about doing a phenomenal job and it shows. Would I personally use Sleek Image again for my detailing? YES! And I will on my other cars. Do I recommend you use Sleek Image - ABSOLUTELY! A buddy of mine told me if I wanna keep my car looking like new I should start investing into getting a yearly detailing job. I had JD, with Sleek Image, de-badge my Ford's overstated flash of "FX4" stickers and basketball sized advertisement of "this truck has a diesel engine" emblems off my Super Duty. I was a little nervous at first, worried about what scars would be left over from removing factory applied emblems. I picked up my pickup and was so pleased that I've been bringing it (and my Jeep) back to him ever since. JD will travel to your house or you can meet him somewhere in the Valley be it at a dealership or at the Moon Valley Country Club where a lot of his business is.
