This place used to be a good touch-free automatic wash but today's results were terrible. I don't know if they aren't using as much pressure on the sprayer or if they aren't using any detergent, but my truck came out looking worse than when I came. I was even afraid to dry it off with my dry rag because there was so much dirt, it was just micro-swirling the paint. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. A decent car wash with a good price. Good concept and idea but not that clean. Feel like a heavy rain pour with big wind. Car is not completely dry after the drying process. Front is dry back is wet. I would like to be able to give this place 10 stars. I had trouble working the automatic machine and the Owner Lenny promptly answered the phone when I called the number on the machine and helped me. Not only that, but I happend to get a flat tire on way way in hitting the curb and Lenny sent his employee to help me change my spare. If that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is. You'll get what you need at this car wash. They have the automated drive-thru wash (I think the cheapest one is $5). Make sure you have cash! The drive-thru doesn't take plastic. They also have the bays to wash your car yourself and four or five vacuums. In my experience, you rarely have to wait for anything, no matter what time of day you go. Oh they also have vending machines if you need air fresheners and that sort of stuffs. My only complaint is that the vacuums are finicky. Sometimes you have to put in five or six quarters (instead of four) to get them to work. Sometimes they don't go on at all. Usually an attendant is around to help you out though. read more

Had to wash my car after I got off work at nearly midnight. Was surprised to see this place was open for 24 hours, took card and cash, had an automatic wash and dry, and it actually turned out amazing. The wash itself seemed slightly futuristic(), where you just pull up, stay still, and let the machine do its thing until it directs you to pull forward to dry. Note: for drying, it's like a minute of drying, so pull forward and reverse a few times to get a good dry all over. And they have vacuums on site for pay, and self-service bays. Overall, very happy with this place. Good for after-hours car wash if you need it. read more

True touch-less car wash. I live in Surprise so it's kinda far for me but I think it's worth the drive. I just got a new black car, and as we all know black paint it's very delicate. And shows every little imperfection in the paint. There are closer washes to me but, all don't have the air that blows majority of the water off. My only concern is the safety at the wash. I went at 3am and there was a handful of homeless people hanging around. But as long as you're aware of your surroundings. You should be fine. read more

Didn't have what I expected to wash my new Tesla (the ability to wash it myself with specific products), but the owner/manager was very kind and helpful when we I called him. He agreed with me about the specific products needed to wash my car and recommended two similar car washes a mile south and north of his location. I only gave four stars since I was unable to accomplish what I set out to do after searching for a self-service car wash. Here's a disclaimer: I usually just use the automated wash here since it's good, cheap and I only stay for the minimum time possible. But it's around the corner from my house so it's become the default place to go. Prices: It's a typical wash your own car wash in Phoenix. Uses quarters. Safety: Not really. This is one of the few places in America that I wish I had a concealed weapons permit and I was packing heat. A couple of years ago I arrived 30 seconds after an armed car jacking. Since then I've been more aware of my surrounding and become more wary of some of the other clientelle. Lots of angry men who are head over heels in love with their below average, but shiny-wheeled cars. Overall: Use the automated car wash they've installed in the north bay. It's good value. But don't stay longer than necessary. read more

This location is not closed and has been fully renovated to be by far the best self service car wash within 10 miles of the area. It has many features including credit cards, cash or coin in bay and hand dryers for drying cars etc. Also, very good vacuums that also have fragrance and carpet cleaners attached. Plus has a very hard to find "Brushless Automatic" that won't scratch paint. Great place if you like self service type washes. read more

First time I ran into the new owner who took me thru the chemicals used, equipment, etc. This wash has a triple condition wand, and a hand blower/dryer option you don't see at every self service place. Vacuums always great too. I did have a problem once but when I contacted the # posted they took care of it right away. I won't self wash my new car anywhere else. I use the automatic car wash all the time. This is the only auto car wash that does a descent job. It's the only touch free car wash in the area. Nothing touches my car to scratch it..just water. The place seems clean and kept very well. Yeah its not the best area but what do you expect? It's metro Phoenix. Just don't be stupid and go washing your car at midnight by yourself. Great self service car wash but I take two stars off for the poor vacuum area. You can park on both sides of the vacuum. Problem is the vac will only reach one car well the other side you'll be trying to stretch the hose to clean out your car because its really only favors one side. Not to mention if someone else is using the vac you have to wait for them to clean out all their stuff and hope you don't get someone that drives up quickly after the last person and swipe it. read more

I have been a customer of this car wash for years. This is the only self serve that the owner is often on site. He is very helpful and nice. The car wash is clean and the foam brush always puts out tons of foam. I have not used the automatic to clean my car but I have used the dryer only option after I washed my car in the bay.
