I opted for the latter, choosing the basic wash, which includes a 2 pass hot presoak, 1 pass high pressure touchless wash, spot free rinse, and dryer-- ALL FOR $6! I didn't know affordable options exist like this anymore. Even better, upon checking my credit card transaction history, I saw that I was only charged $5!!! Will edit this review if my card is charged more than the $6 I opted for (in reference to Boom D.'s 5/9/24 1 star review). Note that the cash slot is taped up, but you can pay with tap or swiping a card. Hopefully card usage is safe here (in reference to Olivia M.'s 8/26/23 1 star review). The drive-thru wash can only accommodate 1 car at a time, with convenient guidance on how far to drive your car and park during the wash. My wash took about 5 minutes, but upon leaving, the drying portion was self-paced, so make sure to drive slowly through it! My car wasn't horrifically dirty to begin with, but I had just traveled about 1000 miles, and this car wash did the trick. Will definitely return for routine cleanings! EDIT: I noticed my car had the same dirty water marks before and after my wash. The marks were relatively recent and not caked on, so they should've been easily removed by the wash... will still return to this business for routine washing but be more weary about the touchless drive thru service.

My car hadn't been washed in a while, and they were very meticulous and paid close attention to the details. You stay in your car until they vacuum the inside, then they have you step out and wait under a covered patio with a large fan, which was a nice touch. I was the first car in line and was done in about 30 minutes. I got there early before they opened, and by 8:55 AM there were already cars lined up behind me, which says a lot about their reputation. At the end, they have tip boxes set out for the crew, which I thought was a nice touch and a good way to show appreciation for their hard work. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, and the whole experience was efficient, thorough, and well organized. I'll definitely be back!

The water pressure is extremely high, and does a great job of removing those mud bits. Would totally recommend for somebody who wants a do it yourself approach to washing your car. After purchasing the wash, the manager told me that if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned properly and the vehicle vacuumed well, I would have to pay an additional $40. I find this charge unreasonable and excessive. I was not being asked to pay an additional $10 or $20 for an upgrade--the manager wanted another $40, bringing the total to $80. For $80, I could purchase two separate VIP washes, which makes the additional charge seem disproportionate to the service being provided. I believe the pricing and what is included in the VIP package should be clearly explained to customers before they purchase the service. I also feel that charging an additional $40 simply for an interior/vacuuming upgrade is excessive and feels like overcharging. I would appreciate an explanation of the VIP package, the reason for the additional $40 charge, and a reasonable resolution to this matter. I am requesting that management review this situation and consider an appropriate refund or adjustment. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue fairly. I would also appreciate clearer disclosure of package details and upgrade pricing so other customers do not experience the same situation.
