After the service, I noticed multiple things in my vehicle were broken, and instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help resolve it, they acted like it had nothing to do with them. That part was more frustrating than the damage itself. Mistakes can happen, but honesty and accountability matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

Skipped steam clean completely. Scratch and paint repair was awfull so bad that any reputable shop would have removed that charge. Water never beaded up on any surface like it does on any other car I have had even in the first wash six days after treatment no water beading and it acted as if the dust was glued onto the paint. Dont waste your time or Money here. Slick talker delivered a crap job.

I opted for the latter, choosing the basic wash, which includes a 2 pass hot presoak, 1 pass high pressure touchless wash, spot free rinse, and dryer-- ALL FOR $6! I didn't know affordable options exist like this anymore. Even better, upon checking my credit card transaction history, I saw that I was only charged $5!!! Will edit this review if my card is charged more than the $6 I opted for (in reference to Boom D.'s 5/9/24 1 star review). Note that the cash slot is taped up, but you can pay with tap or swiping a card. Hopefully card usage is safe here (in reference to Olivia M.'s 8/26/23 1 star review). The drive-thru wash can only accommodate 1 car at a time, with convenient guidance on how far to drive your car and park during the wash. My wash took about 5 minutes, but upon leaving, the drying portion was self-paced, so make sure to drive slowly through it! My car wasn't horrifically dirty to begin with, but I had just traveled about 1000 miles, and this car wash did the trick. Will definitely return for routine cleanings! EDIT: I noticed my car had the same dirty water marks before and after my wash. The marks were relatively recent and not caked on, so they should've been easily removed by the wash... will still return to this business for routine washing but be more weary about the touchless drive thru service.

First red flag, didn't make sense but I ended up paying for it as a line had formed behind me and getting out was going to be impossible. Once I got out of the car wash I went to the vacuum station to dry off any water marks, all towels were dirty and there was only 5 towels in the bucket. Managed to find a semi clean one until I notice the paint to my car was COMPLETELY PEELED OFF! NOT ONLY IN ONE PLACE BUT TWO PLACES!! My car paint is taken care of and my paint was NOT LIKE THIS before entering this shittyyy car wash! If I could I would give this a Zero. Called my bf and he told me he used to go to this car wash too until it fucked up his paint too. BEWARE, horrible car wash. Wouldn't recommend this car wash even to my worst enemy!
