Bill the owner of this lovely and efficient customization and car detail shop personally answered…read moreall my questions via phone, text, and seemed to have done the window tint and ceramic coating for my 2012 SLK (talk about amazing customer service and an honor!) Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

She then proceeded to hit the subscription button, then asked me for my phone number. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Shady sales at best. There are a dozen other car washes around, I will be going to one of them.

The sales team was especially impressive. Even after I clearly said "No thanks," they continued asking me about other services and memberships multiple times, turning a simple car wash into a surprisingly competitive negotiation. Nothing says customer service quite like arguing with a customer about something they already declined. As for the vacuuming, WOW! truly UNremarkable. The attendants were so careful not to disturb a single crumb that it honestly looked like the vacuum never touched the interior at all. Maintaining that level of consistency takes dedication...brilliance even. If your goal is to leave with the same dirty interior you arrived with, plus a little frustration from unwanted sales pitches, this is definitely the place for you. Honestly, i forgot why I only came once and realized this was a scam.

Once I finally got talking to them it was extremely sales pitchy. I said no 6 times, I just wanted the inside of my car cleaned a bit so I went with the $40 option. After declining several times the guy helping me looks very annoyed and just stopped talking, put the receipt on my car and walked away without saying anything... I was going to give more stars if the people actually cleaning my car were happier or did a good job but there's still quite a bit of stuff on my seat and the side of my console that I was able to rub off with my thumb, there is also some sort of spray that wasn't wipes and not it's dried on my white leather. It was not too busy but it seemed rushed, they were also throwing towels in the air and onto the group, it just gave the energy that "I don't want to be here, I don't care" Needless to say I probably wont be back but it's a shame because I prefer these types of car washes. For $40 it seemed like a $10 wash
