So easy to get into right off the thunderbird exit. I am not a fan personally of just the long skinny vacuums - I wish they would have both options. It hurts my wrists to use the long ones. Loved everything about this car wash! I am very picky when it comes to cleaning, especially my vehicle. Pulled in and got the Grand Champion wash. It also includes a car interior kit. After your wash you can go to the free vacuums, they also have free clean towels, and compressed air to clean out all the nooks as well as water in your mirrors or windows! Loved that! I drove to Phoenix from Colorado to escape the Arctic Blast in January 2024. Needless to say, my car was dirty so I randomly chose Raceway for an exterior wash. The young man at the point-of-sale was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what wash service to choose. I chose the $15 wash and polish. It was perfect! I especially liked the track that moves your car along the wash bay because there's no rail to scratch my wheels as I have low-profile tires. I've tried different car washes around the valley and I really like Raceway. They get the pollen, dog drool, and bug spots off of my car. The buy one get one free $20 Champion wash is great but you only have 2 weeks to use your second free wash. Just scan your receipt to use your second wash, and you can use it at any Raceway location. The Champion wash comes with a dash wipe, microfiber towel, and a new car scent. Staff is friendly and helpful, and I love how they have restrooms and water fountains on-site. They have strong vacuums here as well and a compressed air spray. read more

This car wash has everything you need for an awesome experience and a beautifully washed car! The gentleman who helped me at the drive thru was so friendly and not at all pushy (like some salespeople at car washes), then you get this great little bag with all your car wash supplies (cloth towel, dash wipe, air freshener) to wash itself was quick, but really thorough. My car didn't even need me to wipe it down it was so dry at the end - the tire shine is my favorite part. The vacuums are strong and there was another employee who even came up and gave me a few fresh towels from the wash! The location itself is clean and there was no issues with taking my time to finish the interior of my car. GREAT experience and I will be back!! I normally use the quick wash in Surprise but they were broken down so thought I would give Raceway a try as they are close to my house. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the wash. I seemed that all it did was rinse the dirt down the side of my truck. Air hose was missing from the vacuum area. I did not do the cheapest wash nor the most expensive but for 18.00 I expect at least to be clean down the sides of my truck I do not recommend this place read more

Their car wash hydraulics went out today and had multiple cars stuck. Missed my eye appointment waiting around because of the issues at this car wash. Not one fucking associate apologized, rather looked at the customers as a inconvenience. Beyond belief and to my dismay the owner showed up and same shit, unapologetic. I gave this car wash another chance for my business after the other newer car wash opened up down the street because I support local businesses. After this fuck up, I sure hope this guy closes down due to this poor customer service. After Driving on desert trails with my off-road club, my great, big, beautiful, blue, ZR2 needs a complete cleaning. Only one place in town I'll take my Camero and Silverado - Raceway Express on Thunderbird in Peoria where you'll get the best exterior wash available. The "Boss" greets me and prepares my ZR2 removing all bugs, dirt, debris, before the wash cycle. My ZR2 comes out look'in brand new again. Wow!! Now I'm happy. Have been there twice. First time guy at front would NOT stop pressuring me to upgrade. Really uncomfortable. This time that guy was fine. Just respectfully sold me the basic option. Then second guy who guides my car in had a real attitude and was hard to understand. Not cool. Also, when I got out I noticed a bunch of light scratches in addition to a very incomplete exterior cleaning. Can probably be waxed out, but pretty upsetting. Decided to try a new car wash because Super Star sucks!! Came here and it wasn't busy at all, employees were super friendly!! I was asked if I wanted to join their monthly plan, I said no (only because it was my first time ever going there) and I was not harassed about not getting it or guilt tripped into not getting it, which made me like this company even more!! Before I even got a wash she gave me a towel and sprayed my front windshield down and then got this mop and scrubbed it down (as well as the back windshield too!!) I was super impressed with the wash, my car was actually clean!! No dirt or water marks on my car! I forgot to mention that their are great prices too!! They are cheaper than Super Star and way better quality!!! I highly recommend going here for a wash and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Good little car wash. Friendly guy working there. Theres a cheap wash that 6$ just basically a rinse and dry, I got the $10 basic one and it did a pretty good job. They have nice strong vacuums with the skinny heads (I prefer those because they can fit between seats) only lacking the interior wipe that most of the other cheap car washes have as well as the towels to dry spots that got missed. Luckily i had a towel and my own interior spray but just making a note of it. Also could use more shade over the vacuums. read more

I've been a weekly customer of this car wash for a couple of years. The quality of the automated car wash is good. Until recently, the attendants would take a wet brush over the windshield, or a pressurized hose to the windshield or sides, but that hasn't happened in at least 6 weeks. It's not that this affects the quality of the car wash, but having this service removed after having it done on a regular basis over the past years gives me a negative impression on the service I get. The employees went from doing a small service that gave a positive first impression to just waving the customers through. read more

After all the rain we've had lately, my vehicle was filthy. Since moving to Peoria and seeing this on my commute, I've been meaning to stop and give it a try. Super convenient location smack dab on Thunderbird on the border of Peoria / Sun City. You pull in to their location and drive around to the start of the wash. The attendant there asks what kind of wash you want which varies the degree of cleanliness and the length of the car wash you're going to receive. I opted for their $10 wash. They swipe your credit / debit card and you enter the wash. An attendant there sprays all the road grime and bug guts off the front of your vehicle and then the wash begins. The brushes appeared to be soft and the bulk of the wash utilizes a microfiber sheet (I asked) because like most of you - my clearcoat is important to me. In other words, I don't want some dude in his rusty Ford Super Duty using this wash after he's just been mud-bogging in his buddies back yard. If the wash and more specifically, their microfiber sheets which glide across your clearcoat are covered in this poor sap's gravel and mud - guess what's getting dragged paint job?? ...this is terribly important to me and what I look for most in a car wash. The microfiber sheets and soft texture brushes appeared cleared. So after your vehicle is washed and rinsed, you go through a series of dryers which is also fairly nice. Most of the car washes around town have no desire in drying your vehicle. In fact, they give you 10 to 40 seconds to completely dry off your vehicle with an ill-equipped dryer that pushes you out into the hot Arizona sun. The water spots then get baked onto your paintjob and then you're forced to go home and re-wash your fricken vehicle again. UGH! So get this... you exit the car wash after your vehicle has been dried and you pull around past the detail station you passed when you entered the wash. There are little detail stations set-up for vehicles who have used the car wash! Each station is furnished with hoses that run to their main air compressor. You actually get to stand there and dry off all the little nook and crannies and rid them of water on your vehicle! I brought a bunch of towels with me, used their air compressor to blow all the little droplets of water that inevitably leave white streaks of dry hard water stains all across your paint. What an awesome idea! I realize the use of an air compressor to dry off your vehicle is nothing new (Jackson's Car Wash locations do the same thing), BUT it was nice that I they set-up little stations for you to do it yourself! The car wash was clean, the stations were clean and it was an awesome experience. My vehicle came out of the wash flawless which is awesome as I have aftermarket front and rear bumpers as well as aftermarket wheels and tires. Everything was in the same condition as it was in prior to me entering the car wash. I will definitely be back and would most definitely recommend it to any friends, family or fellow Yelp'ers! read more

Raceway is probably the only car wash besides self serves that me and my boyfriend trust our cars to go through, it doesn't mess up the paint and the monthly prices aren't bad for up to 2 washes a day. Great wash! We got the best one, it cost $20 but came with a BOGO code. The wash came with a micro fiber towel, air freshener and a packaged wet towelette for your dashboard. The drive through the wash itself is fun with all the cool colors and such. At the end there's free vacuums. Definitely will be back here again. My car looks better than if I visited one of those "get-out-and-they-call-you-over-at-the-end" places. read more

Paid for the high end "membership" expecting to efficiently get my car washed. The conveyor belt messed up and grinding against my tires and rims. All that was told to me was "this hasn't happened before." I was livid. All that was "done" was returning my membership with very little to no words of right sizing the situation. Bianca, who said she is the general manager yelled at me today. I do not condone any violence and this place is really going down hill because of her. I was in line waiting patiently at 6:55am as they open at 7am. There was a guy that had already gone through the car wash as he was drying off his car and I could see that the wash was wet so I was surprised when I pulled up and the cones were in front of the drive. At 7:02 nobody had come out yet to remove the cones so I though maybe they just accidently left them there so I removed it. A woman came running out yelling at me. Hey you can't do that, we will open when we want to open. I asked her name politely and she yelled again my name is Bianca and I will open when I want to open don't remove the cone again. I drove through and they decided to leave me there until 7:15am before coming to let me through the wash. Never again, I am cancelling my service as any type of violence is not ok with me. read more
