UPDATE: 05/12/2026: I reached out online for somebody to contact me and received a follow up email that somebody would contact within three days. I have not received a response yet. ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive. read more

Be careful when you let them help you at the machine. Today the girl there asked what I wanted and I said just the lite wash. She then proceeded to hit the subscription button, then asked me for my phone number. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Shady sales at best. There are a dozen other car washes around, I will be going to one of them. read more

I Really like this Carwash, the equipment is new and does a great job. I Love Love Love the air fresheers! The staff are very courteous and helpful!! I come here a couple of times a month. read more

Still waiting for my hood to be repaired or any kind of response other than "we are working on your claim" generic email. It has been 39 days now and even on Yelp when they respond and say check my junk/spam folder... It's not there. I just want this resolved. There's no number to call, no corporate email, etc. Same generic response email photos but no resolve. read more

Sylvia took care of my license plate snafu. I'm so glad she was working today when I came through. Car wash is well stocked, plenty of towels and window cleaner. The vacuums worked great. read more

No customer service phone number. No email response. They have been double charging me for months and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. read more

I don't think all of the details are necessary for this review but what I can say is that it was 7am and things had already gone wrong with my day.:.then I went to clean my car and can I tell you that I was greeted with so much friendliness and customer service!! Not only that but all of the equipment was working !! I just needed the friendliness this morning and customer service! Thank you read more

Employee did not put the car wash on the correct setting, resulting in the machine breaking off the rear brake light of our vehicle. Staff at location was supportive and completed appropriate documentation. The claim goes through "corporate." However, there is no contact information available to speak with an actual person. 20 days since the incident and have received 3 automated email responses with no solutions sight. Avoid this business. There is nothing super about them. read more

Wash was great and the young gentleman who helped me was amazing... then I get to the part where the wash is starting and they give you the wipes and air freshener. I asked for an extra wipe and the manager. Sylvia pulled back the air freshener and gave me two wipes, and when I asked for an air freshener too, she looked at me like I was asking the world and that it was unacceptable. She gave it to me, but wow, somebody is unhappy with their job. read more

This place fraudulently sets up membership without your permission!!! Do not go here. Just went for a one time car wash and the attendant set me up for a membership, without my knowledge. Worst part when noticed charges on my account only way to cancel was to go online and guess what ? Trickster attendant didn't use my name or license plate so no way to shut it off. Had to cancel debit card. They know this and will set you up anyway hoping you don't notice. They make commission of membership me this is how they make money. read more

Unfortunately I couldn't use my car wash coupon that I got from a business to business appreciation. Silvia is the GM and refused to service me and said my coupon was already used, I'm not sure who's if they are the ones to take the coupon after I use it. read more

Super Star Car Wash: more like Zero Stars Car Wash. Let people get a dang car wash without being hassled about getting a membership. I know how to click buttons and insert my card on my own, thank you very much. Instead of worrying about how many memberships you sell, how about you clean the inside of your car wash, change out your old, stinky towels, and fix your vacuums. You have one job - help people clean their cars. Drop your greed and do your job!! read more

Car wash is great. Always brought towels and extras to get the job done. Customer service is great and so is Carlos!!

For a newer built carwash this place has promise but huge room for growth. Several of the included amenities are frequently "out of order", wash seems rushed and not thorough compared to other locations and brands, and check in machine issues. What is got going on for it is the towels, double vacuum styles, tons of after washing parking spaces, and it's location. The compressed air has been consistently out here and the fast pass / license plate reader fails. As a result I have to wait for staff that's busy doing other work at this understaffed locations. Without the compressed air sprayer several trouble spots of my ride has water spots a streaks from the rushed wash n dry. This will be my last visit here and switching my membership to the more affordable competitor down the street. read more

Sergio is the man! Super helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommended Came here for the first time and got the best customer service read more

Came to the car wash and purchase the middle package for $12. Drove through the car wash. Still lots of bugs on the windshield, and my antenna snapped off. I told the manager about my antenna, and he pointed out a sign and said most people don't care if their antenna comes off, so they don't take them off. I suggested they put the sign in a more visible spot, or remind people to lower/remove antennas upon entry. So that was disappointing, but ultimately my bad. Anyway since there were still so many bugs on my windshield, the manager sent me through the wash again with their "deluxe" package, complementary. There were still a lot of dirty spots on my windshield, headlights, and the body of my vehicle after the second wash. Gave 2 stars because the free vacuums and use of towels is great! Overall, super disappointed. read more

Place has gone down hill. Vacuums are always clogged and useless. Clean towels are hard to find. Air hoses are either not working or missing altogether. Been like this more often than not and will be canceling my subscription for both my cars to go somewhere else read more

Came once about 5 months ago, paid $10 for basic wash. Come to find out they signed me up for a $25 a month membership without my consent. Places like this should not be in business, complete and utter shady bs. You clowns owe me $125+! read more

Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Great vacuums - wash is hit and miss sometimes. Nice they offer cloths to use as well as glass cleaner.

Watch for price increases without proper notification on your credit card statements this month. Without any warning, price went up on this month's auto charge. Will be cancelling via their online cancellation website/cancel read more

I've been going to her for a while. Danny made some suggestions that I need/should do. He's right, keeping it clean is important. I like this place, the vacuums and dryers kick butt. Lots of over covered parking while you clean... It's a good day. read more

Super Star Car Wash - 83rd Ave & Thunderbird Rd - Car Wash Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

Great location with an affordable program that gets the job done. Sager was great with membership facilitation.

The tire shine upgrade is a joke. I don't think I'll ever return to superstar. They always have some guy pressing people to pay for the membership. I must've said no like 8 times. No means no. These men should stay away from women if they won't take no for an answer. I upgraded my wash with a tire shine only to have a section of each tire shining. read more

Super Star Car Wash - 83rd Ave & Thunderbird Rd - Should have said "partial tire shine" - Car Wash Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

I really don't want to leave one star for this place. Not only employees smell like they just hit the bowl but the car wash only half of it works, no towels and the vacuum cleaners are not working. It used to be a good location to go get your car wash now it's gone down hill. Don't recommend spending your money here. read more

HORRIBLE!! do NOT recommend. A worker with a name tag of DON, on 12.31.2020, was VERY RUDE!! He tried to sell us a monthly service plan. When we said politely declined... he asked "do you understand me?"... insinuating I'm STUPID. WELL F*** you Don!! He not only insulted us... then he walked away and didn't help with the wash selection... even though my girlfriend was obviously having trouble inserting her card. He absolutely saw this and did nothing but stand there with a evil smile on this ugly face. His smile screamed 'HA!! HA!! that's what you get for not going for what I was HARD SELLING YOU'. What a DISCREDIT to your company and that car wash in particular. Everyone else that we interacted with WAS nice and actually seemed to appreciate our BUSINESS. We will NOT be using DON's business... and if asked by anyone... I will give them my opinion. read more

Had to go to 8 different vacuums because they were all clogged. One of the workers acknowledged but said said he was putting towels out. To me, a vacuum is more important and so is taking care of your customers. Others across from me were also going from vacuum to vacuum. Not right when you pay for a service. Usually they are out of towels. read more

Every time I come here I have nothing but problem. The bald guy with tattoos is a complete imbecile. He is the only attendant that shows his unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge . It is extremely frustrating. I have seen the way he treats other people letting them go through without a pass. He pounds there hand pretends to do something in the computer and lets them through. Meanwhile, I have a monthly subscription. I pay a little over $25 a month and he has complication. The best part is my license plate was not the one that was being pulled up. It told me a different license plate number. I told him and explain that to him multiple times, but he still wasn't able to do anything about it "he couldn't type it in or anything ". ("I never have any problems with the other staff"). So "he said I can't let you in " I need to turn around . BRO ! I am so done with this place ! I mean if you are getting free washes from him, I wouldn't want that to stopped either. read more

This is by far the best location and the guy was very upbeat and happy. I love this location and the staff is amazing.

Very nice people work here, Mario was especially helpful and very respectful. I have never had an issue with this location, always service with a smile :) read more

Too bad the price has increased so dramatically. Love having a clean car. Will look elsewhere if the price for unlimited climbs again.

To update, I received a reply from the customer service team. They canceled "my" membership, that I never signed up for, and have stated that they would refund my money, which has not been completed as of yet. After posting my review, I read through the prior reviews and learned that this is not uncommon for this location. Sounds like they need to train their employees better, scamming people is not a way to earn business. read more

I go to this car wash whenever I'm in the area and I think it's the best car wash around. The vacuums are strong, even on a busy Saturday when it's packed with cars. They have little extras that make a big difference too like pressurized air to get dust out of hard to reach crevices and towels to wipe off excess water. The employees are always friendly too. read more

I "was" loving this car wash because of the convenient location. They recently opened. Now I don't love it anymore because of the RUDE manager Sergio. This guy was MEAN and lectured me about the sensors, etc. Why do I care about that? I am paying for the most expensive car wash membership and it didn't reflect the correct car wash on that light up board when you pull in. When I rolled my window down to tell him, it threw off the sensors??? This resulted in my car not being rinsed off or dried. WTH? He could had been like, "No problem, pull back through the wash again." Whatever! You pull up to one of the three lanes, pay, and go through the wash. Self-service vacuum and drying. You can pay for a monthly membership or just purchase a car wash. Basic wash is $8 bucks or $16.95 per month. Other places charge $3-$5. Their most expensive is $29.95 a month for their Carnauba Hot Wax Wash. They hand you a blue paper towel that had been sprayed with something to wipe the inside of your car and an air freshener. This place is clean and they have complimentary towels to use when you are there, not sure if they are terry or microfiber? The vacuum area in included in the price of the wash. There's also a Starbucks located next door too. read more

Easy sign up for unlimited car wash. Be advised that this location is an express wash, while the Surprise location is truly full service. The express wash did a good job on my filthy car. read more

Decently busy car wash however the company is unprofessional and does not provide good customer service during my experience. Be prepared to be upsold into an unlimited subscription anytime you use this carwash even if you live out of state. Corporate accidentally signed me up for 2 unlimited subscriptions and it took many phone calls to their office to get sorted out. Don't expect to receive an email when you're subscribed, billed, or cancelled as its on you to speak to their team. Sometimes site staff are nice other times not so much. Really varies by shift. Prices are ok at best, $7 lite wash is good for Arizona dust in most cases however can be got cheaper elsewhere without the unneeded sales pitch and endless marketing texts. Would not recommend. read more

I paid for a $10 car wash July 8th , lady had asked for my phone number telling me there was a special going on, that I'd get a text with a free wash, cause I had gone that day. Never got the text! NOW TODAY 8/8, only to find out she signed me up for the monthly enrollment without my knowledge! Now I'm getting charged $19.95!! Thankfully I got it canceled but I'm Never coming back. #scamers read more

Stumbled upon this car wash because I was in the area. They were running some sort of special that said free car wash. I thought it was too good to be true so I went to check it out. Sure enough they were giving their basic car wash for free the day I went. It's normally $8.00 and it was probably one of the best automatic car washes I've been to. read more

Buyer beware!!! Do NOT purchase their monthly "deal" as even without any authorization, they will keep charging your credit card monthly. In March, I purchased the unlimited car washes for the month for $9.95 and was NOT told this was a reoccurring payment. Once the month was over, I did not go back yet for the past 3 months, my card has been charged $19.95 each month. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank but what a headache. No wonder this company is making a fortune by charging people without their knowledge. It is a shame as I had been telling others how great my experience was with this company for that month. Little did I know it was shady. read more

I decided to get my jeep washed here because I am not happy with Quick Quack which is normally where I go. There was no comparison- from the wash to the multiple dryers (Quick Quack's dryer's are TERRIBLE and do NOT dry your vehicle all the way, leaving it spotty), and the awesome staff, they are hands down my 1st choice now. I will be switching my monthly membership to this carwash!!!! read more
