Beware... My unlimited membership was upgraded without my knowledge or consent 3 times to a more expensive membership. The last time I was upgraded and charged more was 5 days after I had canceled my membership because I found out about the first 2 upgrades. I use their monthly wash package as I stop in at least once a week. Some times the scanners / payment machines are running a little slow but now that I now I can use the scanner at any of the 3 lanes and not just one, it makes things a bit quicker. The wash does a decent job on cars, not so much on trucks (I have a truck on the smaller side). I like that they provide towels to dry off the car as well as the free vacuums. There are enough stalls for the vacuums that I don't ever have an issue with finding a spot. read more

Stayed in the Glendale area for month, I had towed my Travel trailer with me for the trip. After a week my truck was looking gritty from the road but could not wash it at all the RV park. Cobblestone offers a drive through wash for a Dually so went to check it out. Turned out to be a great facility, ran the truck through without exiting the vehicle drove into a shaded parking area with vacuum and trash can. Wiped the truck cleaned windows vacuumed even vacuumed the bed as I have carpeted liner. Good value $19.00 and some elbow grease good to go again. I would recommend the business small car or large truck. You can do it yourself or they will do it for you. read more

I'm on my wife's family plan, went to the wash on Yuma in Goodyear. my trucks windshield was fine entering, exiting i heard a noise and saw a long crack in my windshield. I went to a member and they said oh it could have been a rock that hit it from a wheel of a car in front of it. The wheels don't go around they are on a conveyor belt??? He looked a the video and saw no crack entering but crack exiting and said he would give all my info to his manager. I have not received a call back in over a week. this is just b.s. I have a feeling this kid didn't even give my information to the manager. I will go into the wash again and once again try and file a complaint. read more

I ended up stopping by this location because it was newly opened and it seems they always have an attendant at the kiosk to help you with checking out as well as offering upgrades and stuff like that. Once you get through the checkout there is a little box you might not notice on your left before the car wash which has dash wipes which work well. The one thing I definitely like about this location is when pulling into the wash they don't have the metal rails that you have to pull in perfectly and potentially could damage your rims so makes it easier for the larger tires . Overall the wash cleaned the car well and they have good vacuums and towels to wash and dry your car afterwards. read more

I have used this location since they opened and had no issues until 9/26/2024 @ 1156am. Sale# 51552627036. I was going through the wash and noticed the rinse cycle did not turn on until after the driver side. I was not satisfied with the wash. I proceeded back through and the manager said you received what you paid for and refused to allow me to go through the wash again. We used to bring our 6 cars through there only once a month. But no more will they get our dollars. We decided to buy a monthly service at the Quick Quack Car Wash. read more

I had one the worse experience! One person who was suppose to spray front and back when I enter for car wash. The entire time he was looking his phone. He only spray little front bit which I am member and come so often to get my car wash. I have noticed the manager was getting into my face and doing body gesture which I thought it was very disrespectful and didn't care. Then why are you working there if you don't like your job. Customers services should have respect for anyone but not this location. I called the corporation leave a message and corporation will call me soon I might well use this to let them know. Love this Cobblestone location on Yuma in Goodyear AZ and, especially, two staff members! I was having trouble using the Membership lane and ALYSSA and ADRIAN came to the rescue! The front of my car was full of bugs from lots of long distance driving. Typically when I go through this car wash the bug stuff they spray is minimally put on :( This time a chipper young man really sprayed the front and hood of my car. Im not sure what he did or did not see but my assumption was the bugs were baked on. I visited this car wash yesterday on my way home from work. Decided to give them a shot as they are a newly opened car wash and a bit closer to my house than the other two in the area. When I pulled up to the payment machine to select my wash, there was an employee at the terminal. She had asked me what wash I'd like and then began to attempt to sell the monthly pass. I told her I was not interested, and I would just like the wash I selected. She took my card to run it and became impatient while the machine was processing the payment. She took the card out and re-inserted it several times, not letting the payment process. She then went to another terminal, without telling me where she was going with my card and began to run it at another terminal. She came back and stated, "you don't have enough money, it won't accept your payment." I disagreed, informing her there was more than enough money in the account to purchase the wash. She just blankly stared at me and said, "well, it's declined, sooo..." I asked her to put the card in the terminal I was at again and to wait until the card processes so I can see it on the screen that it was declining. About after 30 seconds the card processed and approved the transaction. She rolled her eyes and said, "go ahead." After I proceeded through the wash I pulled into the vacuums to dry my vehicle and clean the inside. It was quite obvious when I began drying my truck that the wash did not do even a mediocre job. The car was still covered in dirt (very minimal when I entered the wash, just dirty from the last rain), not what I expected for a $15 wash. The rudeness of the employee and the quality of the wash will lead me to use the competitors in the area until this location improves. read more

Went to cobblestone car wash this morning at 10:20am. Paid for the $16.00 wash. Car is a 2021 Honda civic. After going through the car wash me and my wife stopped in a bay to dry the car and vacuum the inside. The car had some bird droppings on the hood and the roof. Nothing really excessive. After getting out of the car the hood still had bird droppings on it as well as the roof. Found the manager Chris (the older gentleman with long hair) sitting inside folding towels. Told him that the car is still a mess and I was wondering if we could go through again. He comes out to look at it and proceeds to say that the bird dropping were too aggressive for the car wash, then said I would understand is we were doing a bad job I wouldn't have an issue sending it back through and kinda beating around the bush about letting us back through in my opinion. I proceeded to say ( we just won't be coming back here anymore). He then said and I quote ( Well then I just won't send you through again). Talk about great customer service! Unbelievable. Car washes aren't cheap and we work very hard for our money to waste it at a shitty car wash with poor customer service. I would not recommend using this car wash unless you like wasting your money. read more
