I went to get a quick wash to take the dirt off my little jeep. I noticed that the roller arms to clean the hood and windshield did not lower to go over the front. I thought maybe the wash malfunctioned so I drove back to the front and talked to the attendant. He said "the luggage rack on top of the car prevented the washer arms from being able to descend and wash the front and windshield." What BS! But he offered to spray the front and send us through again which I did. The photos are of the car still dirty after the second wash. So I still need to clean the car but not here. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. It's worth driving the extra few minutes to the one on the north side of I-10 at PebbleCreek Parkway. This location is run down, and it seems like something is always broken. The car wash is frequently out of service, and the air hoses and vacuums are constantly down. It's frustrating because these issues never seem to get fixed. Save yourself the hassle and go to the other location instead. read more

On 11/28/2025 I visited this car wash for the first time with a vehicle in pristine condition and left with a car covered in scratches, scuffs and swirl marks. Dash has denied any responsibility despite the fact after the wash I immediately reported the damage as I had looked at my car before leaving the property. I showed photos of my car taken earlier that showed the paint was not damaged. I was mislead by their false advertising promising customer satisfaction and ZERO disclaimers warning that their wash would cause damage, despite the 30+ 1* reviews I've since discovered of complaints and photos showing damage similar to what happened to my vehicle. Dash also promises outstanding customer service. It took 8 days before they followed up with my complaint, of which I was promised I'd hear from them within 72 hours. I was called by a Tanner Kilgore, Colorado area code, who hung up on me once I asked for video proof of the wash to be emailed to me. I'm not sure of the legalities to knowingly withhold evidence that has been used to make a decision, but I'm currently researching it. My paint has sustained an estimated thousands worth of damages and this company has stone-walled me and refused accountability while offering the bare minimum of communication. The next steps I am taking will be to 1) file a formal complaint against Dash Car Wash for false advertising with the Arizona Attorney General office and 2) Submit a formal letter to the CEO of the company, Jim Cole, compiling a list of negative reviews and photos of damages caused by the Estrella Parkway location. I urge any whose vehicle has been damaged from this facility to also file a complaint with the AAG office. Furthermore, I paid $30 for thousands worth of damages and my car wasn't even cleaned, as advertised, afterwards. read more

I was washing a friend's car to decorate it for their post wedding escape and had an issue with my card. The guys at Dash took care of it and saved the day! read more

Staff was friendly and patient since it was my first time there. I was looking for a touchless car wash and bought the membership because when I asked the attendant I was told they can put it in the computer to be touchless. But at the end there are soft-touch brushes or foam and I don't trust that they won't mess up the matte finish on my car. I canceled my membership and it was easy to do so, but I don't think I'm getting credit for the remainder (since I just used one wash). I will miss the vacuums and microfiber towels and if I had a regular paint job, I would definitely recommend them. read more

I will never return to Dash Car Wash and strongly urge others to think twice before going. Their machines cracked both my sunroof and windshield during my visit - significant damage to my vehicle that should never happen at a professional car wash. Immediately after exiting the car wash, I filed a damage report on-site. A worker assured me they would review the camera footage to identify where the damage occurred and that someone would follow up with me within 72 hours. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have both called and emailed Dash and have yet to receive a single response. No follow-up, no accountability, no resolution - nothing. Filing that damage report clearly meant nothing to them. As a result, I have canceled my memberships for both vehicles I had accounts for. I was a loyal, paying member, and this is how they treat their customers. That says everything you need to know about how this business operates. If you value your vehicle, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. A place that damages your car, ignores your attempts to resolve it, and shows no regard for its own members is not a place that deserves your hard earned money. read more

Be Aware...this place does not take responsibility for car damage occurring in their tunnel. In January a car two in front of me jumped the track (no idea why), causing the car in front of me to ram it. My car in turn collided with the car the car in front of me. Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP. read more

NO STARS IF AN OPTION. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD COPROMISED. I am so surprised at the amount of people with the same issue. We have gone to this location on and off for a few years. All of a sudden in May they started charging our Credit Card 19.99 for membership. We did not sign up for membership, we just paid for a cheap car wash. We called the bank they removed the charges and our dispute was honored. Today, I get another Credit Card Statement and they charged it again, as I was on the phone with the Credit Card Company they mentioned they also just charged it again. So we cancelled our card. This was not an accident. We did not accept a trial or anything else. We used to like the convenience of going through, vacuuming the car and getting in and out. NO MORE. Oh also, the phone number on our Credit card Statement is not a valid number and the phone number for this location does not allow you to speak to anyone. read more

We really like this car wash a lot! The price was very reasonable with the basic Car Wash costing about $9. This includes the use of the free vacuum. The car wash also has rags available at the vacuum area to finish off the drying off your vehicle. We also used these Rags for wiping down the interior of our vehicle. The car wash did a very good job of watching our car and especially for a drive-through style. We would definitely return to this carwash read more

No line Friendly service Clean car $10 basic wash Tons of vacuum stations..a few open no need to wait. Loved that they had towels, flat vac option and a long slanted angle vac and the air blower. The kids chose to help this time. I could have spent hours there if I had time. No none warns you that kids are disgusting and ruin clean cars (inside and out) so I wish I had this option in my own garage hahaha Check it out for a do it all yourself option. I'll be back ever time we come into town. The drive from CA to AZ is brutal on a car. Thanks guys!! read more

Needed a quick, cheap wash and figured a $5 one would get the job done. I was wrong, it was over priced for the bad job that I got. Not sure if this place just needs to be serviced or what but brushes/cleaners barely touched the car, the soap barely came out, the rinse barely cleaned the soap off and the dryer blew and not in a good way. car was almost just as dirty/dusty when I left as it was when I rolled up. Again, it's a cheap was but they should have given back $3 at the end of this "spit and wipe" car wash read more

Funny how you respond to reviews faster than my paperwork! Nothing wrong with contact number you just have to call it and leave a message as stated on my paperwork. My car was and is brand new, I chose your car wash because we always used your wash with our old car and liked the service and never had an issue. This is from your wash and you do you I will get my car fixed but I will also let everyone know you are not the business to be using. By the way my site committee also has determined this damage was from your business as the swirl marks say your business name all over my car. Thank you for your concern best regards. read more

I went to three minute car wash on Estrella Mtn Pkwy south of I10, paid extra for deluxe wash. . It was NO better than half the cost Express Wash and the wash job is the WORST I've ever experienced. The Deluxe Wash was supposed to have Spot Free treatment, but the water spotting was THE WORST I've ever experienced in a car wash like this.... I had to use substantial elbow grease to minimize the spotting & streaking and I'm going to have to wash my car again to minimize the residue on my car from this debacle wash.... Top this terrible wash job off with vacuums that had minimal suction... I'll NEVER use the car wash again and I recommend others avoid it even at the inconvenience of driving extra miles to an alternative... ‍ read more

The car wash was ok. The free vacuums were great! They had all types of vacuum nozzles and air pressure to get rid of dust. They also had clips to hold your floor mats while you vacuum them! read more

I went to the 3 Minute Carwash at 840 N Estrella a few days ago. I paid for the $20.00 carwash. BIG mistake!!!! Don't waste your money! read more

Very pleased with this car wash. The other location near me is larger, but not as well maintained. Happy to drive a couple of miles farther to get a better experience. read more

The car wash does not do a good job on cleaning off bug splatter, even with their higher priced washes. Unfortunately they've also removed the Bug Buster brushes and buckets of water in the vacuum area, so you can't pre-clean the windshield and grill before entering the wash. Would be 5 stars if they brought back the bug brushes. read more

3 Minute Express Car Wash has great customer service. Kind and kid friendly! Strong vacuums and a good thorough wash.

Long lines, water spots all over... just to crowded. I only went through the wash once. I felt my hose at home could of done a better job. Since I had purchased the monthly deal I tried to at least give it another chance. After three times of it being over crowded.... I gave up! Great for their business. I found a much better deal elsewhere for the same amount. They are crowded too, but great customer service to help get you through the process to make sure your 100% happy, read more

The car wash itself is great, however, same as other reviews. Be warned you may get charged for the wash, then monthly membership service that you never signed up for. This happened to my step-daughter, so I was very careful when entering my information. Guess what, now I'm being charged $26.99 a month. The phone number only lets you leave a message. Waiting for a call back and credit of several months. I should have checked my credit card statement sooner. read more

Meh. Basic and doesn't really wash and clean the vehicle. I was at Saddleback having lunch and thought to get my car a little wash. 10$ and not worth it. Still left poop stains on my front windshield and the "free" vacuums don't suck up anything I quickly just left. read more

Horrible customer service. My car got damaged while being washed and I was asked to fill a report and a manager by the name of James was supposed to call me after reviewing footage of video and this happened on 11/17/2021 and until this day I have not received a phone call despite numerous attempts to contact him via phone and in person. Employees that answer the phone just keep saying that he's not there and they don't know his schedule. Keep leaving messages and nothing happens. It is very irresponsible of a business to create damage and then pretend like it didn't happen and keep ignoring calls and visits on person. read more

Took my truck in this morning to get it washed on my way to work. The attendant told me that I had some "dirt" in the bed of my truck and I needed to sweep that out before I could go through. Now... If my truck had mud all over it, or a couple pounds of sand and rock or trash in the bed of it, I'd totally get it... However, the "dirt" in the bed of my truck wouldn't fill a 12 ounce coffee cup... Such a shame. I had hoped I could run my truck through once a week now that they're open, but I won't be back. Last time I checked the purpose of a carwash was to "wash dirt" off your vehicle... Updated. Thanks for the response to my review. I may give you folks another shot and update further. Thanks! read more
