Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. I'll be coming back for your business again and recommending you to everyone who asks.

Been searching all over Phoenix for a decent condition do -it-yourself carwash…read more These places have slowly disappeared over time with the rise of automated washes and get harder and harder to find. I can finally stop looking! First time going, but I plan to wash my car here regularly now. Everything is in working condition -all the pressure wash nozzles are spraying in an even, unclogged manner. The pressure wash also has a spot free rinse (the owners there confirmed it's hooked up to their water filtration system that runs to the filtered water machine out front). I bring my own buckets/chamois for a full washing, then use the pressure wash for rinsing and cleaning out my wheels. Best option for you car lovers who don't want to run the risk of scratching, spiderwebbing, damage, or incomplete washes. Some tips: Make sure to run/rinse the pressure washer between cycle changes so you're not spraying residual stuff from the hose all over (eg: brake cleaner) Bring your own chamois and a bucket for that extra cleaning that won't come off with spraying alone Make sure to dry your car before the sun dries it out to avoid water spots (the filtered water reduces the amount significantly too, though). Pro tip: always use clean towels and DAB the water up. Don't wipe it off. Yes, more effort - but much less risk of scratching/spidwerwebbing. Careful with the compressed air, you'll blow dust from the ground onto your newly washed car if you're not careful.

I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.

If it wasn't for the terrible [new] attendant I had the displeasure of experiencing today, I…read morewould've given this location five stars. This one is my go-to because of the location and each time I go they give you their brightest smiles when they greet you as you pull up. Note: if you've ever stopped your unlimited passes, you'd know smiling is part of the company's mandatory services. I appreciate the attendants looking over the car too (even when it's 115 degrees F) and spraying the majority of sap, poop, and dust spots. Now for my one complaint. TL;DR hyperfocused attendant does not know when to stop the car wash despite a foreseeable mistake like an open car window [that was unmistakably malfunctioning]. Maybe she's new because I'd never seen this middle-aged woman before, but please pardon me for saying she had no sense - or maybe she's seen too many absurd TikToks that nothing fazes her anymore. Today, I drove my husband's car not knowing the mechanics of one of the rear windows malfunctions. Doing what I always do, I made sure the windows were all rolled up, but the malfunctioning window automatically rolled down. This new attendant sees this, continues to spray the car down (so I got a little wet too), and allows the conveyor belt to keep moving the car along...so what do I do? I put my foot on the brake. She then proceeds to yell "Put the car in neutral" as she sees the windows continue to roll up and down multiple times. I repeat, the window doesn't work properly and I'm trying to not get water, soap, and the brushes inside the car by gingerly fussing with the window button. After yelling about five times, likely thinking I'm not listening, and the car behind me is now also on the conveyor belt ready to hit my bumper, she presses the button to stop the wash. Did she finally hear me say "I'm trying to close the window" before she gave an exasperated look then pressed the button? I'm unsure. Was I embarrassed? Yes. Did I expect her to pay attention to obvious details like an open window - malfunctioning or not? Absolutely. I hope she learned from this mishap many, many things. What did I learn from this? Just look at the windows to see if they're all rolled up.

ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership.
