It's a great place to get my car washed and it's 2 min from my house and it's convenient.

I used my unlimited membership for the first time. I drove up to the unlimited slot and it scanned my tag without issue. I went through the wash and there were not any issues. I still don't know if it works after hours, and I don't know the normal hours. read more

I like this location of Cobblestone Auto Spa better than most of the others. They always give a beautiful full service wash and offer many options. Prices have risen in the past year, but in my opinion they are still the best full service car wash facility in the valley. read more

Never coming back to this wash. I usually drive past this place, especially when I see one of the attendants by the pay machine--they constantly harass you, trying to upsell a wash. Even when I tell them I know how to use the machine and can do it myself, they don't stop. They say things like, "This is my job," as if that justifies being pushy. I understand you have a job to do, but the customer should have the option to decline assistance without being badgered. When you're not around, people use the machines just fine on their own. The last time I went, I told the attendant I don't really come here often--maybe once a month, at most. He insisted, "No, you come here quite often." I drive a white Honda truck that I barely even wash, so that's simply not true. There's a drive-thru wash across the street at the gas station that I actually prefer. It's quicker, no pressure, and way more convenient. This place just lost a customer for good. read more

Just went to the car wash. Per the usual the attendant at the screen was pressuring me to purchase a subscription. When I wouldn't engage with him, he told me that I "HAVE" to respond to their subscription questions OR I can't go through the car wash again!!! read more

Found this gem as I was running errands & decided to stop in as my car needed a thorough cleaning, inside & out! The car wash options are vast & definitely worth the price! On top of that, the company offers fresh microfiber towels to wipe your vehicle (don't forget to return it) & the free vacuums have strong auction power. I went to have my truck washed on Saturday 1.15.25. A young man at the gate told me that my card had expired, and I had 30 days to correct. He offered to fix it for me. He scanned my card and the bar code. The charges immediately were taken out of my bank account. I went into the office and told them what happened and that it was wrong and that I didn't want my bank account to be debited again. I was told that the kid at the gate SCAMMED the system so he could make a sale, and my bank account would not be hit again. Yup, you guessed my account was charged twice! Love this Cobblestone! Pulled in and had an issue with my coupon code scan but within seconds, one of the service attendants, Ruben, came to the rescue! He saw the error, upgraded my wash due to the inconvenience and his presence was professional, kind, and such a welcome difference from other car wash spots (where the service attendants can be pushy, invade personal space, etc) the wash itself was terrific and the vacuums are super strong, tons of towels available, and spots are large and well lit (I was there in the evening) so it felt super safe. Staff was super friendly when pulling up to pay. The vacuums were good & no loss of sections. The free towels were super nice & not frayed. I'm not too positive, but this place seems fairly new (I'm not from the area, just driving through) & clean. If I am ever back in the area & need a wash I will definitely come here. read more

We've enjoyed having this auto spa open near our home. We purchased the monthly pass and feel we are getting our moneys worth. No issues with the machines and the vacuums are always ready to go. We really like the towels they have available for drying and the dash wipes. Would recommend! read more

Was driving by and saw it was the grand opening so there was free car washes. My Jeep Wrangler was a little muddy( not mud bog muddy but only had mud blobs flipped up from my tires on the sides and hood) and dusty so said why not? Was going thru and noticed the top roller wasn't coming down and the side rollers weren't coming close enough. Sure enough when it was done, the mud was gone but the mud stains and bugs on the windshield remained. It also didn't wash the back or the hood very well. I could have done the same by just spraying it off with a hose. I went back and they said there was a limit of two times per day so I drove it thru again. Guess what? Same result. I'm very disappointed. I talked to them about it and they said it was because of my lights on my front bumper. They said they had to turn off those rollers or would rip my lights off?? Horrible excuse because Superstar car wash(my favorite) never turns off rollers and does a 100% better job cleaning. Well needless to say I will never come back even if the washes are free. Bought the monthly pass. Courtney was very helpful in getting my pass set up. She was cheerful even thought the temperature was over 100! The car wash is very clean and set up to take care of the insides of your car. There are vacuums air hose and fiber clothe towels there is everything for a pleasant experience. I canceled my membership three or four months ago. I received a confirmation of the cancellation yet my debit card continues to be charged. If you look at all of their other social media pages you'll see this is a reoccurring thing that cobblestone does. It also shows that they lie to people telling them they'll only charge their card one time and then instead getting them into a membership with as many options as there are for reputable companies, I would steer clear of this one read more

First off if bugs are encrusted on your vehicle you should probably wash it more regularly. This place is great. Great wash every time, friendly staff and when your outside you shouldn't need to wear a mask. If your that paranoid stay home, we don't want you to feel threatened by fresh air. Honestly it could have been a better experience. I was pulling up to the car wash area to get on the belt but no one was available to help me after I paid. I waited and then proceeded on to the belt. I was then greeted by two men who's first words were "we are not responsible if your car gets messed up." I then back up and no communication afterwards and then I proceeded as normal. Let me explain my rating. Wednesday morning arrived at this location. Use a coupon code for a basic wash, attendant lines me up way to far left, so far left the brushes do not even touch passenger side. 2021 Tacoma! Once I get to the drier section it rushed me though so fast I think my truck was wetter than wash cycle. I drove around to the vacuum area and choose a spot that apparently didn't work. There was 20 dirty rags and two clean ones that were dryer dirt. I then noticed soap that didn't get washed off the front of my truck. I will not be returning to this half ass ran car wash. read more

My license plate fell off when I went thru the car wash. I called probably 20 times which nobody answered so I went back and ask if they could look if it was in the office. A gentlemen named terry found my plate but did not bring the frame that went over my plate so of course I asked if he could go look for it, which he was not happy about having to go back in and look again. I waiting 10 minutes in 115 degree heat, when another worker asked me if everything was okay. I explained what I was waiting for so we both walked Into the office and terry was standing there and had not even went to look for my license plate frame. So basically had the other worker not check terry would have left me standing outside in the heat while he wasn't looking for what I was still missing because it was such a n inconvenience to him. Overall it was exceptional! Customer Service was wonderful & very helpful. The vacuums are really great & it was so nice not being "timed" on them which really allowed me to vacuum my car well. The only negative is that there was some dried soap on parts of the exterior once I got home, so the rinse function in the actual car wash didn't work as well. I will definitely use again though & recommend to anyone I know looking for a good car wash read more

i should've believed the review about the jeep. For a new car wash this place isn't that good. i had to go through twice trying to get little bugs off the front of the car and still didn't take them off. i had some what high hopes for the vacuums since it is a new place but no power to them. staff is very nice though. read more
