If it wasn't for the terrible [new] attendant I had the displeasure of experiencing today, I would've given this location five stars. This one is my go-to because of the location and each time I go they give you their brightest smiles when they greet you as you pull up. Note: if you've ever stopped your unlimited passes, you'd know smiling is part of the company's mandatory services. I appreciate the attendants looking over the car too (even when it's 115 degrees F) and spraying the majority of sap, poop, and dust spots. Now for my one complaint. TL;DR hyperfocused attendant does not know when to stop the car wash despite a foreseeable mistake like an open car window [that was unmistakably malfunctioning]. Maybe she's new because I'd never seen this middle-aged woman before, but please pardon me for saying she had no sense - or maybe she's seen too many absurd TikToks that nothing fazes her anymore. Today, I drove my husband's car not knowing the mechanics of one of the rear windows malfunctions. Doing what I always do, I made sure the windows were all rolled up, but the malfunctioning window automatically rolled down. This new attendant sees this, continues to spray the car down (so I got a little wet too), and allows the conveyor belt to keep moving the car along...so what do I do? I put my foot on the brake. She then proceeds to yell "Put the car in neutral" as she sees the windows continue to roll up and down multiple times. I repeat, the window doesn't work properly and I'm trying to not get water, soap, and the brushes inside the car by gingerly fussing with the window button. After yelling about five times, likely thinking I'm not listening, and the car behind me is now also on the conveyor belt ready to hit my bumper, she presses the button to stop the wash. Did she finally hear me say "I'm trying to close the window" before she gave an exasperated look then pressed the button? I'm unsure. Was I embarrassed? Yes. Did I expect her to pay attention to obvious details like an open window - malfunctioning or not? Absolutely. I hope she learned from this mishap many, many things. What did I learn from this? Just look at the windows to see if they're all rolled up. read more

What a great experience! First time visiting Quick Quack and it was great. My car was so dirty and I was so nervous to bring my 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy thru an auto wash, I had read so many horror stories online of other Palisades getting damaged. The young woman that checked me in was so great explaining the process and answering all my questions. I got the ceramic duck wash and my car came out great! I love the damp rags that are available to wipe the car down after it is washed. The vacuums have great suction. One of the workers came and chatted with us and explained about the membership plans. I did not feel pressured at all to buy in. She also explained how they adjust the top brushes to protect my large roof rack. I will definitely go back again. read more

I found these guys by doing a car wash search on Yelp. Before coming here, I visited their website and saw that they have a monthly membership where you pay a flat fee for unlimited car washes through their automated drive thru car wash. I decided to give it a try, signed up at the location with my credit card. When you get there, a person will greet you at the front driveway before you enter the main car wash area. You'll see signs directing you to stop your car and wait until somebody approaches you in the driveway. They ask you if you have a membership or what type of car wash you'd be interested in. They have several types of car washes to choose from. Since I signed up for the monthly membership, they will just enter your car license plate into their iPad and in you go. Very easy to sign up and all their employees are very friendly. This is a drive thru car wash that isn't harsh on your car. I've been to some other different car wash places where the car wash brushes had metal sticking out the ends so they will scratch your car paint. Not this place though. I've been here about a dozen times since signing up and it's always a scratch free experience. When your car wash is done, there is s shaded area to park and use their free car vacuums. I almost always use this to clean up debris in my trunk and interior. Totally free and don't need to use any quarters or anything. Bring some rags with you (before you go) to do a thorough wipe down at this shaded area because we all know that water droplets that dry up will leave a dry mark on your windows. Great value for the service you get, highly recommend. I'm saving a ton of money using this car wash and I have 2 of my cars signed up for the monthly. The price for having 2 cars unlimited car washes is just slightly more than the price of 1 car unlimited car washes so I recommend this for 2 cars if you need it. Before I signed up with them I used another place that charged $20 each car wash every single visit. First time trying out this car wash. It's clean (you'd hope right?), reasonably priced and I had so much fun taking artful pictures during the wash. You don't get a clean on the inside, but there's vacuums after your wash to do it yourself. I purchased the most expensive car wash and bought 2 air fresheners and spent $20. I have been a customer of Quick Quack car wash since we moved into the area around 1.5 years ago. I love the wash and the hassle free customer service. Yesterday, that changed. I pulled up and I assume the attendant was new because there was someone standing behind him watching. They gave me two dog treats for my pups and I thought wow what a nice gesture. He first asked "what monthly membership can we get you started on today?" I get it. You want to upsell. There's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. I responded that I was just looking for the single basic wash. He then said "why wouldn't you want a monthly membership?" Again, this was annoying but I get it. Especially if he was new, he needs to learn how to talk customers into buying more. Here's where my review comes into place. After I said "I don't come often enough for the monthly membership" the lady behind him piped in and gave about a 60 second spiel about how I needed to get the better one for $19.99. At this point I was down right annoyed and just said "fine, give me that one." Seriously?? I was up sold three times! I have never been hassled for a damn car wash the way I was last night. One time, sure. Two times, annoying. THREE TIMES? You've lost yourself a customer. To top it all off, my license plate was bent after I went through the car wash! Are you kidding me?? This place is great! No wonder I keep seeing these car washes popping up all over town. This place is clean, organized and I love being able to vacuum myself. I did the unlimited month for $15 and I've been here probably 7 times. Well worth the money. It's good too because my toddler loves coming and it gives us something to do in this heat. Every person I've had check me in, has been great but Miss Kiandra went above and beyond. She was very informative and she gave my daughter a Duck whistle which just made her day. I decided to give them another try and paid for their medium car wash for $10.99. I told the girl I didn't want the tire wash as it sprayed black oil all over the sides of my van. I went right home and when I looked at my van, the back of my van wasn't touched. I had to rewash the whole back of the van. Unfortunately this car wash hasn't gotten any better. I will be going back to the one I regularly go to. It's a shame as it's so close to my house. read more

Very nice drive thru car wash. Looks new, clean and modern. Employee meets you as you drive up and assists you on which type of wash and take payment. They are very friendly but will try to get you to sign up for a monthly unlimited wash program. As you exit the wash you can pull into the vaccuums and detail area. read more

Love this carwah center. I have two cars and have purchased the unlimited carwash for both. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Even honored a special request to spray the debug stuff at the beginning a little heavier after vacation as the road bugs had taken a toll on us. I bought a groupon here for 1$ of unlimited washes for a month. When I got there they told me I had to pay another $1 to "activate" it. Today I got charged $30 for my membership that I never signed up for. No one ever explained that I would be charged monthly!
