I have the unlimited car wash with Super Star. I'm happy with their services and have visited several locations. Overall, I'm satisfied with all the 4 Super Star business I've visited prior to this local. Today, I'm taking the time to recognize this location as their complimentary towels smell fresh. This is not the case with all locations. Their restrooms are clean, though that's the norm with every Super Star car wash I've been to. In addition they have a nice sink tub to aid in cleaning vehicles. read more

This place keeps going down hill while increasing their prices. Left my truck with wide streaks where brushes completely missed. The roller brush that's supposed to clean the top completely missed the hood and bottom of my windshield. Never any clean towels available. 1/3 of the vacuum hosed are broken or don't work. All done with this place. read more

Clean well stocked compared to other car washes I've been to. Plenty of vacuum bays. Employees were polite and mentioned a bogo deal going on. read more

this place is the worst for hard selling, I know what I want and how to work the self-service payment machine (I am an adult), there's always someone standing there pushing memberships and selling services. one time the person even walked up and started clicking the options on the screen and selected the most expensive membership for me, I kept trying to change it and he just would not stop selling! I finally got mad and told him to leave me alone. went again today and 2 people were there and pushing memberships and they were rude and sarcastic, worst experience I have had in a long time. Don't think I will go back, I will find another place. I would avoid this place unless you are ok with hard selling before you get the service you went there for. read more

I came today for a car wash. I did not come for the hard sell. The young man assisting customers at the payment gate tried to sell me a membership that I did not want. I told him several times I did not want the membership and he kept trying to sell it to me. I tried to call the store to talk about this, but there is no way to speak to a person, and I am directed to your website for "customer service" matters. Your website insists I give my email address and phone number. Since I can't handle this matter privately, I'm letting your potential customers know to be wary. No means no and your employee clearly doesn't understand that. read more

Why is the car wash so inconsistent ? one day it cleans my car another day. It misses a lot of spots. Also today. there was no wax coming out of the dispenser onto the car. disappointed because I pay a monthly subscription. I expect so much more. read more

No customer service phone number. No email response. They have been double charging me for months and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. read more

We've been coming to Super Star for years. We recently moved so this is our closest location now and the staff is friendly, location is big and spacious and always clean! The value of paying for a monthly membership is so worth it! read more

Thank you hector for a great and fast experience!!! I always come and it's always a 5 star !!!

Pray your car doesn't get damaged because Justin (I think that's his name) right off the bat will say everything was damaged before hand. I take care of my car! I have video of him accusing me of having prior damage. Check video of all the times I got my car washed and my mirror never broke off before. HORRIBLE management. If I wanted to make a false claim I'd say you guys broke my windshield but I'm not scum like that jerk at the carwash. STILL waiting for a phone call as of 2/25. As of 3/3 they did not call me or anything. They are going based off their druggie manager. Keep letting him twist that pipe in the office! Your signs are NOT legally binding. See you in court. read more

Mila was kind and had exceptional service, most definitely be back to this location. The clean towels and wipes are appreciated.

Raul and Brandon were excellent! 5 star service not my usual location but I will be back

Managers and employees are always super helpful and professional. I've personally been coming to superstar since I got my first car at 17 and I don't think I've ever been disappointed and I am now 24 so that should say something about their service!! read more

The website is a never ending loope. It's crazy you are unable to speak to anyone or use the contact us now chat option. There is no phone number no help now button. There are only pre seleted question that give you no information and when you respond to their (did this answer your Question) with a no, it takes you back to the same page you were on. I want to sign up for a fleet account and get pricing but, you cant pricing without having an account 1st. You cant get an account without speaking to sales but you cant speak to sale to get pricing to creat an account before you sign up for an account. So no pricing without an account No support with out an account Cant sign up for fleet without pricing Cant get pricing without support Cant get support with out an account Unreal maybe, they dont want anymore business How do you get information?????? read more

NO customer service: just a recorded phone line. I did NOT sign up for a monthly membership and unable to stop monthly charges on my card! I EXPECT A PERSON TO ANSWER when possible fraud is committed!!! PAY IN CASH WHEN ABLE! read more

This Super Star location has gone downhill rapidly in the past couple of years. Dirt and litter everywhere, vacuums and blow guns in poor repair, indifferent staff. Sad, because they used to be the best around. read more

Save yourself some time and an excruciating headache. THE BELL LOCATION SUCKS!!!The employees SUCK the equipment in the lot SUCKS and how the hell are the towels always filthy!?!? Like cmon where's your pride. I have started going out of my way and heading to the one on either Bethany and 21st Ave or McDowell and 43rd Ave. At least their towels don't smell like they wiped every single one up their crack before dropping them for public use. read more

The reviews are so surprising. I came in to get a wash for the first time and the worker Michelle was very helpful. She was very patient with me and made sure my car came out perfect. I am very pleased and definitely will be returning to this location. read more

I appreciate Jeannette reaching out to me and the consideration. I will give the SuperStar another opportunity to get my business.

This is our go to car wash when we travel to Phoenix every year. The pressure makes a great start. Luckily, you are then provided clean towels for the drying and even glass cleaner. I've not found another place so friendly either. Sager is the man who knows how to make an old truck shine like a diamond. read more

Great service!!! Anthony in particular was very kind and very helpful! I highly recommend this location!

This location is horrible. As I got on the conveyor belt the associate that was working was very rude and said to stop pressing my brake. As my foot was not on the brake what so ever. I will never spend my money here ever again. This business is very unprofessional. read more

Super Star Car Wash - 16th Ave & Bell Rd - Car Wash Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

excellent service!! Very please with the wash and pricing, will use again. Lines moved fast and vacuums were great!

Disappointed since I have a membership here. Not going to cancel yet, unless serious improvements are made. There are NEVER fresh towels available. You must go on a scavenger hunt to find one. Several vacuums are broken. The garbage disposals are overflowing and there is garbage all over the property. There should ALWAYS be an employee to hand you the air freshener, etc. I have had to wait for an employee here. When one shows up, without me saying a word, they give me pushback, making excuses. NOT GOOD. Please fix these issues!! FRESH TOWELS please!!! read more

Anthony was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Overall I recommend super star car wash

This car wash is a scan they've billed me over $125 in the past 4 months and I've never gave them authorization to do so nor would I ever I went and tried to talk about it and they won't listen to me they just tell me to email the company email and haven't got any responses in 2 weeks. Customer service is horrible read more

This place has everything you need to detail your car for yourself and there monthly pass for a basic car wash is like $14 give or take a few dollars. Unlimited for that price! OK! ILL TAKE IT AS I DRIVE SO MUCH I'm always making sure my car is clean when I drive up to a clients house. Location is right down the street from where I stay. Gotta say great deal for if you live around moon valley! read more

Last week I called in thinking it was Superstar Car wash on 16th Ave and Bell. Wait 20 minutes to find out you leave your name, number and issue with the customer service rep for a call back. Well tomorrow will be a week no call yet. I did stop in and spoke with Manny the so called night manager! Poorest customer service I have ever encountered!! I was looking for a small back trim piece off my vehicle and he wouldn't look or move from his position to help!! You have lost all my business!! 5 vehicles I own will be using another car wash. I will let everyone I know that goes to your place to no longer patronize your place of business!!! read more

Anthony was such GREAT help! Will come to this car wash from now on was able to hook me up with a good wash and provided professional help and offered a great monthly offer read more

Super Star Car Wash is under investigation for multiple fraudulent charges! My son's ex-gf used his card (without permission) to purchase what she apparently thought was one wash. He's being charged nearly $40 a month ever since. He never used this service or authorized payment. This seems to happen often, just read their reviews. We called corporate (because you can't contact them through their site without account info) and were on hold over 30 minutes just to be told they won't refund the payments, even though it wasn't him who created the account. They say the only way to get refund is to make a fraud report with the bank! I asked why they didn't check ID, especially when a woman used a man's bank card without him being present and they say they don't check ID, they just run the card.... They refused to elevate this issue or offer anything other than a virtual gift card. My son has no car, just a motorcycle, and never authorized payment in the first place! read more

Well it'd be great if my pass would work once and the staff would help me. Today I spent 15 with Sandra and still nothing Every time I come. Four months now. I'm canceling my service here. No one ever wants to help. This sucks read more

I do not recommend starting an unlimited wash plan. They make it sound like you're getting a good deal for adding 2 cars for a discounted price. I was lied to TWICE about how much I was paying. After going in the first time it was $35 for 2 cars. I was paying double for months. The guy working was shocked and said it was a mistake. Then gave me another rate and after a month or 2 I checked again to see I was paying double. Again. I feel stolen from and will not be returning. read more

Do not wash your car here!! I washed my car on 08/23 at the Bell & 16th Ave location and my windshield was damaged. The manager on duty was very rude and insisted that there was a chip on my windshield and that is why it cracked. There was no chip on the windshield but he refused to take a closer look. He was very unprofessional and even laughed when I asked him to take a closer look because I heard something hit the top of the car but he refused to even consider the damage. Your organization needs to train your employees to offer better quality customer service. read more

Super Star Car Wash - 16th Ave & Bell Rd - No chip on the glass! Something hit the top and cracked windshield - Car Wash Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

How hard is it to not charge people who never signed up for your business? Apparently hard enough to not stop it from happening. Went there once and now this. If you used their services keep an eye out for unwanted charges. read more

Update 24 Jun 2023... Despite me attempting to cancel, they have attempted to charge my card 15 TIMES! You are blocked buddy. Get the point. They will increase your membership price with no warning, no notification. That's ridiculous. If you're raising prices, YOU NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE! Plus... you can't cancel. I tried the website on 2 different devices. The "cancel" button is just decorative and does nothing. I have to call my bank to either get a new card or block this scam of a car wash. STAY AWAY! Plenty of better options nearby. read more

Great car wash. It was quick and the wash tunnel does a great job. Appreciate the fact that they provide towels for drying off any additional water left over. At just $7.00 of the light wash... you have my business!!! read more

I'd give this place zero stars if this app allowed me to do so. This poor excuse for a car wash, scratched the whole underside panel of my car. They do not get your washes right, even after multiple attempts, and even paying for the designated services. Customer service just ignores you. I'll be going to the BBB. Stay away from this car wash and company. read more
