This review is for the unlimited car washes at Cobblestone. For $20 a month, this is an excellent deal! It takes about 10 minutes from arrival to finishing up drying off my car. The towels are soft and don't seem to be scratching the clearcoat. I'm still not sure about the automated car wash harming the paint, but so far so good. I have a black car. When I go to realtor open house events, I do not want it to look filthy. So, I spend the 10 minutes for the car to look good. read more

I just paid for my last 'carwash.' Not sure why I'm shocked at all -- the level of quality at any carwash these days is abysmal. And Cobblestone Auto "Spa" is no different. My car is dirty, there are dog nose prints on the interior back windows, light cob webs in the trunk and superficial grime in highly trafficked spots within the car. Not a difficult job and if I had the time and tools, I'd probably have done it for myself. Recently took my vehicle to the location at 22111 Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ hoping to get my car cleaned. However, I left with my vehicle seemingly DIRTIER than when I arrived. I paid $109 to have my vehicle's seats and mats cleaned. And while those areas were cleaned adequately, residual residue -- from what I can only guess as 'cleaner' from shampooing upholstery -- was evident in the under dash. See picture for details. Additionally, apparently, for $109 only 2/3 of the car's interior was cleaned. While the front and back seats were cleaned, along with their mats, the boot of my car was not even attended to. Lastly, the super easy spots to clean -- dog nose prints, cob webs and dirty consul -- were either overlooked or rushed through as they all remain... after a supposed wash! Definitely feels like something I should have paid $50 for and not $109. Carwashes are a scam. If you've got a bucket, scrubber and soap -- you're probably better off saving your money and doing it yourself. P.S., I think the people that work at carwashes aren't paid enough -- which is why they do a shitty job. Maybe if Cobblestone didn't pay their employees MINIMUM WAGE, we could expect a better quality service. read more

BEWARE.. I was super excited about this opening, to have a car wash like this closer to home. Everything went great but after I went through the wash and was cleaning my car I notice this speckled film all over my car. I got the wax car wash and wow I regret trying this place. I go to these types of car washes all the time and have never had a problem (I take good care of my car and I'm constantly washing it). Now I'm going to have to find some way to get this crap off my car. I'm not saying every wash is this way just beware, I have a black car and it's very apparent. I've added photos and one of a part where I scratched off whatever this stuff is. I also waited to write this review for two weeks. When this happened I thought maybe it was the wax I chose and that it might come off. Now that I've washed my car again and it didn't come off I thought I'd put this out there for others. UPDATE: I talked to technicians from Safelite and they said this usually happens when a wax is applied that needs to be buffed out and wasn't. I added another photo of how my windows look after I've taken the crap off. Also I had to take it off by hand with a razor blade.. Super aggravating. This spot always has available quality vacuums and cleaning cloths to use! I've been about twice a month now for 2 months and am never disappointed with the amenities and support from staff. The wash itself is priced ok (maybe on the high end), but I can thorough attend to my car without interruption. I love having a good, self-serve car wash spot in the neighborhood. read more

I definitely recommend this car wash because I don't even have to get out of the car. I go through the express wash just about every Saturday before an appointment and the car always comes out looking good. Friendly staff and it's perfect for me because washing the outside of my car is not as easy in the apartment building I live at. So I'm glad there's something like this business to help me out. I was new to this car wash and didn't know the procedure. I went inside and spoke with a friendly young lady who told me how it worked. I was a bit nervous because I am claustrophobic and not a fan of staying in the car as it goes through the cycle. She assured me it was quick and I shouldn't have a problem. She was right. The manager, Juan, said he'd submit it to corporate to review and they'd reach out to me within 48 hours. Nothing. Impossible to reach anyone. The worst customer service. I never had a problem with Cobblestone and really used at my go to car wash. This all changed two weeks ago. I had a fast pass last year and canceled it in May. Then two weeks ago i was charged $39 from Cobblestone. I called the customer service number 10 consecutive days and left a message for someone to call me back to reverse this charge. I have heard absolutely nothing still to this day. I stopped into the location at Bell and the 51 to speak to a manager and there was no one there to help me. I have had zero response from Cobblestone in any way over the last two weeks and will now have to go into my bank to get this charge removed. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will no longer take my car to Cobblestone in any way. Thank you for finally getting back to me. I did cancel my fast pass, back in May. I got hit with a charge on my bank account for no reason the other week. I emailed the address you gave below so we will see what happens now. read more

I'm psyched that there's a Cobblestone in the neighbourhood. There's something about these car washes that feel so fresh and welcoming. To be fair, we've only taken advantage of their free car washes and vacuums, but I have no doubt that we will continue to bring our cars here even when the free car wash promotion ends. Service: we haven't actually spoken to anybody yet, but their automated system works well and the guys at the entrance of the car wash seem friendly. Quality: I have no complaints about free car washes. Yes, their free wash left a few specks... but for no cost, I'll take it. They have a number of different single purchase options and also a monthly membership to their premium service. Have had a pretty good experience before, but the last two or three times I've gone through have been underwhelming. I noticed streaks where the brushes missed the hood of my car two weeks ago, and just now, it seemed like the wash didn't start until I was halfway through the brushes, which meant the back half of the car got cleaned, but the front bumper still has bugs on it and a soap film. This is one of the worst car washes I've ever been to. There's usually an attendant to help you purchase the wash and to hand you the dash wipe etc but here you have to do it all yourself. But the worst part: I got the $14 wash (3rd level) and I still had dirt in multiple areas on my car that I had to wipe off after going through the wash (The car comes out very wet too; the dryer seems completely ineffective but I gave an extra star because they provide towels). The attachment on the vacuum was also broken. I am wondering if the person who was purchasing a car wash at the same time as I did bought a cheaper wash and it got mixed up with mine because I really think spending $14 on the 3rd tier wash should at least get the dirt off read more

The site manager Zach is so helpful and walks around to make sure that the washes are truly getting good results! I've never seen a car wash actually care about how clean your car comes out! My regular express wash of 10 years was closed for remodeling, so I searched online for one nearby and came across Cobblestone which had recently opened. I did not know what to expect. I was very impressed. Henry was friendly and patient, explaining all of the different options. I could not think of a better ambassador for Cobblestone. The wash, itself, was just what I wanted. Quick, thorough and inexpensive. I have a garage and don't drive much; so I do not need their monthly frequent washer options. But I certainly will use this facility when I do need a quick wash and continue to recommend it to others! read more

BEWARE. Danger. I have been using this car wash since they opened. Up until today, I was very pleased. I was just rear ended by the SUV behind me. The car behind me put her car in drive and hit my rear bumper two times. I received some bumper damage. I reported it to the GM and was told it is NOT there responsibility. Since it is on private party the Phoenix Police would not come out and file a report. The lady that hit me refused to give me her information. So, basically i am screwed and have to file a claim under my insurance. What concerns me is the design of this car wash. There is ZERO safety or security for customers. At any time a person can put there car or SUV, or Truck in Drive and cause damage and hurt other people. Other car washes have a locking mechanism between cars. Buyer should be aware. read more

This is very convenient for me however I and a few of my friends who use Cobblestone have the same impression: the greeters when you pull up are quite rude and bark orders at you as if you work for them instead of the other way around? And this is even when they are not busy! If they don't like what they are doing they should seek employment elsewhere. One gets the feeling that there are no adults running the show at this car wash/spa. I would rather go out of my was to another car wash rather than deal with this 'tude. read more

Horrible horrible service I talked to carlos on the phone he said he would take care of me and give me a mini detail since my ford escape was already pretty clean.... I get there for the detailing and he starts adding a kinds of charges on .... He told me upolsterty clean is $89 I don't know why he even offered that because I have all leather interior ... I told him I wanted the $20 leather polish .... This was 10 am Saturday morning he asked if I coups leave it over night so they could do a really good job.. so I left it over night they called me at 3pm Sunday I get there and immediately saw problems the rubber trim around the doors was blotchy like a bad wipe down job open the back and carpet hadn't been shampooed there were dirt on the door and rims hadn't been touched .... Horrible horrible job and very disappointed also they broke my air conditioner charm ... I will be calling cooperate Tuesday morning since it's a holiday weekend ...
