SCAMMER ALERT!…read more Beware! The current employees are running a scam at this car wash. The tall, male, blonde employee is telling customers they are only offering $14 car washes for the next two weeks. THIS IS NOT TRUE. His coworker admitted to me today that they never raised the price. This employee is POCKETING THE DIFFERENCE. I am in the process of filing a police report and contact headquarters. STAY AWAY

When I got to the gate the attendant told me they were only doing the 15$ and 20$ car wash because they ran out of soap and they wouldn't get anymore until Monday, therefore I couldn't get the 7$ car wash. First red flag, didn't make sense but I ended up paying for it as a line had formed behind me and getting out was going to be impossible. Once I got out of the car wash I went to the vacuum station to dry off any water marks, all towels were dirty and there was only 5 towels in the bucket. Managed to find a semi clean one until I notice the paint to my car was COMPLETELY PEELED OFF! NOT ONLY IN ONE PLACE BUT TWO PLACES!! My car paint is taken care of and my paint was NOT LIKE THIS before entering this shittyyy car wash! If I could I would give this a Zero. Called my bf and he told me he used to go to this car wash too until it fucked up his paint too. BEWARE, horrible car wash. Wouldn't recommend this car wash even to my worst enemy!

However they never contacted me, you can't call, so I filled a form on their site. They told me to file a new claim, but I explained I had already filed a claim, and then there was no response. I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.

I like to be impressed. It doesn't happen often…read more This young gentleman deserves some serious recognition. He has an incredible work ethic and commitment to quality. If he is available you are fortunate. Sadly the car he detailed for me was in a bad wreck about a week after he did an exquisite job. I only mention this because it illustrates why I was so impressed. His work is SO good that the guy at the impound lot where it was towed post accident- who has worked there for 5 years- said it was the CLEANEST CAR he'd EVER SEEN. Unprompted. There were probably 500 cars on that lot from different owners on that day alone. He's probably seen thousands of cars. This young man served in the marines and I'm unbelievably grateful that people like this exist. They set a worthy standard. His prices were also the most reasonable of the 5 companies I contacted. Don't think there's anything else that needs to be written. Until he does more magic on my other vehicle.
